Great staff in the restaurant and housekeeping department. Food was pretty good as well. The front office and reception staff was quite rude while talking and kept denying requests. Kept having to go back and forth from the garden area to reception area since different staffs had different opinions of where to get the playing equipment. Hotel room was great but none of the rooms below the premium suite( which is the most expensive room in the resort) had bathtubs which according to me has become a pretty important thing. Great sanitization and social distancing was maintained everywhere. Towels in the bathroom felt a bit cheap and not like the premium thick ones. The kettle in my room wasn't working either. Overall it wasn't the best trip but still enjoyed a lot since there was a big garden at the back where we spent most of the time. Reducing 1 star for the front office staff behavior since they are the first thing we see when we enter. Loss of another star because of the Room issues.

One of the best resort of udaipur and rajasthan but a bit expensive.

Old property. Architecture and built of Ramada gives you Rajwada vibes. Service and rooms were at par. They have night show consisting of Rajasthani folk dance on certain days. Food menu was good.

overwhelming experience.. celebrated my son's birthday there and it was excellent experience. location, their food, hospitality. specialy Mr jogendra and Mr anirudh F/b and front desk Mangers respectively are very cooperative. room service is little bit late we found there otherwise everything is good.

Far end of Udaipur town, spread over large area of inclined piece of land, it's ideally suited for a few day stay at Udaipur better still suited to something like a destination wedding. Staff are very polite, place is spik and span. Nice view of town from roof of the rooms at higher lay of land. They aren't very elaborate with food menu but you could talk the chef to get your customized needs.

This is one of the lovely place in udaipur. Hotel staff's are very good. Nice place to stay or spend weekends. All facilities are available.

Clean and bigger property, rooms are bigger than any other resorts..ambiance is superb and service is unbelievable, staff is so supportive in all the manner, u just ask about something and they will provide evwrything. Restaurant and food is just awesome. I had stayed there for 3 nights with my wife and 9 months old baby. They took extra care of us. Staff is so polite and humble. Specially Vivekji, Vikram ji and Kishan ji from housekeeping department. Laliteshwarji from engineering department too.

This place is amazing.they provided best facility to us.Staff is very responsible and respectful.Restaurant and bar facility also available here.you can get fresh air here.they daily clean the room.nice experience.

What a breathtaking resort! Just loved the stay in here! Gigantic resort, literally 3-4 times bigger than I thought but yeah, a bit distant from the main city which is not that bad thing! Cjheck in the reviews at other sites, they will describe better! According to me, 5 star for the stay and staff and even the food provided!

Great place to relax for one or two days. Resort made like rock fort and modern amenities. Best part is the night view of Monsoon palace of Sajjan Garh. Nice, warm and helpful staff. Food is very good. Only improvement is needed on some professionalism and etiquette of star hotel.

One of the best hotels in Udaipur without any doubt. Bit far from the city but worth it. Came for the conference and it was one of the best experiences here in the city. Arrangements were beautiful with very good food. Amazing ambience. Worth it.

Ramada resort is built completely with stones & hard rock on a plot of about 7.5 acres it's 75 rooms ..rooms are spacious& good hospitality; pool, few indoor sports, spa, bar & restaurant aptly cover the star hotel prerequisites

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada.. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. Food was delicious.. We enjoyed Spa there and Jacuzzi after that.. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Ramada.. We visited in Mid Sept and had only one issue many people were moving around there without mask and even during buffet they had lot of people at a time.. So if we look at Covid-19 point of view that was one issue other than that it was awesome...

I am here at destination wedding of my Cousin Sister. This Resort is the perfect place we decided to chose in Udaipur. Quiet and beautiful mountains around it. Total 60 rooms we have booked and the service provided by them is on point. No issues. 4 days stay is worthy in this resort. Much recommended.

The property is beautifully made . Nights are especially good! The staff is very warm and hospitality is good. Non veg food options are extremely limited. But overall great value for money

Very beautiful place. Very spacious room (my room 317) . Lot of facilities like foosball table tennis etc . Lovely place. The only negative is the price. I feel it is a bit pricey. So be prepared for a big hole in your pocket

Resort is near to Pichola and Fateh Sagar lake. Resort has excellent landscape, it has very good walking trail and gardend. Rooms are good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Only minus is the food served in restaurant.
