This can be a best week end gateway if you are planning.

This is a stunning property on a hill. It's unlike usual properties and has villas all across the land. Stunning views from every villa. Each room gives a traditional royal feel with a touch of modernity from the inside.
Breakfast is vast but okay. Food sent in the room via room service is slightly expensive but amazing. I would recommend at least 2 days of stay here to experience the beauty of this property. It also has gym, pool and spa facilities if one feels like treating themselves.
I would love to go back to this property.

Traveller tip: Properties in Udaipur are half their prices in Monsoon (July-August).

The ambience and the hospitality is superb. The staff is very cooperative and kind. The food quality is also good with various options for jains. Over all 5he experience is good. The only thing is that the doneout space can be opened up and have a garden or lake view for better experience.

I love the hotel, the pictures on their website are not at all deceptive..the property is very well maintained and full of greenery.Also the food was yummmm and the staff was very friendly and welcoming...

Its in very remote area .the best property but they provide car to go to reception from rooms.This car takes too much time to reach reception. Very remore from city.

One of the best experience in Ananta. Littlebit far from the city. But near to Sajjangarh Fort. Overall satisfied.

Service is Good But not when they have group of some company. They differs us from some services and they give their whole staff to those groups.

So its never like we are paying in rupees and they are in dollars.. And if such there then they should tell us we are also from IT company we can pay in all currencies.

We don t expect this from such properties. Everything was good but only this was problem.

Excellent property. But as far as overall services in festivals are concerned they need to grow. As we expect more accuracy and dedication in a service of 5 star hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay at The Ananta Udaipur

Poisonous snake seen going in the wall of my room. Overall nice property but definitely my family saw the snakes and it worried me. Food quality was not good.

This is really 4 star property but service is very poor. I stayed for 3 nights last weekend.

Inappropriate response from Staff,
Switching Off the Restaurant ACs at 10.30 am as breakfast time gets over no matter 50 guests are eating the food,
while asking for anything after meal time, they'll deny, even for Breads.
Very bad attitude of Staff specifically at Poolside.
Noisy Cabs and you have to be dependent on cabs for going anywhere
Poor greetings, check in and check out experience
Most of the games are chargeable, even table tennis.

Even after your complaints, no response from them.

With spending lots of money if you face these many problems, this is too annoying.

Go for another resorts like Ramada.... You will purely understand what Hospitality means......

I assume that people who gave 4 or 5 stars are just impressed with the location and rooms

In the outskirts of Udaipur. Resort located in a really amazing spot. Views are amazing.

property is very nice. cab service is also good but as per our experience v hv waited 1.5 hrs fr room keys while check in plus restaurant is too small compared to guest feels like v wer in any marriage n most worst things is everything is chargeable in indoor play area n not at all maintain kids indoor play area no single toy fr free theater charge is 250 per person thats worst

If you are not Indian citizen make sure to bring your passport and Indian visa as they check both if you don't have it say good bye to your trip.

I called them , thay put my call on hold for 4 minutes, but no any reply

It is a wonderful place , The location says it all , You just go into a moment being there , The hills and winds and the scenery around is commendable .

It's a not good experience due to inconvenience for 3 hrs v 've to wait o/s the room no. 605 to repair your TV & changing the room from 605 to 515 cause is darkness & 15/20 staircases v already mentioned while taking membership that both r senior citizen

Excellent location and ambiance. I have been here for a 3 day Destination wedding function and the venues inside the resort were so amazing that it can be decorated at its best. Excellent place for even weekend stay and also for a function to organize. Staff is also supportive and the food is too good.

Just entered into my room.. No.. 739 and it's too hot..And yes... There are SPIDERS in the room. The plug in charging ports also do not work. And yes there are POWERCUTS.
This place isn't worth it anymore in 2019. Everything is untidy and hospitality is zero.

The fan is emitting heat. It's been an hour and the room cannot cool up. The staff and hospitality is so pathetic that after having a check out time of 12 noon and a checkin time of 1 or probably 2 pm. They could not just even turn on the room ACs for the new guests coming in. Basics are not right. Most of the things are still clumsy. It does not give a premium feel at all.
The room should atleast be chilled whenever someone goes into it.
I wish things were better than this. Being a honeymooner, I felt the worst experience upfront. I called at the reception twice to change my room which they proposed me to do.. But their words were rather cosmetic and superficial as they came very late to change my room.

Amazing place. Amazing ambience. A place that would bring you in touch with the nature. Each guest house, each cottage, each villa is designed specifically to bring you closer to the environment than you have ever been. It's not just a regular resort. It's a place where you would wish to go to take a break from life. Spacious rooms. All the amenities, Food taste and quality, ambience, staff behaviour, everything just adds to the beauty of this place.

2 stars only for the property. This place is mini mehsana, with travel agents overselling packages at dirt cheap prices. We succumbed to such deal after being locked down for months. Our check-in time was 2 pm, we were allotted room at 4.30 that too after requesting them again n again as we had a 4 year old baby who badly wanted a nap. Even after waiting for 2.30 hours one of the rooms of grand suite was still being cleaned. Later on, Shockingly there was no hygiene, social distancing maintained in buffet area. it was over crowded, with less staff, cold empty food n below average taste. Rooms are so far off (good for some privacy) but waiting period for a cab to come pick you n leave you back is exhausting. If you are looking for a relaxing get away skip this place. You wont miss a dime but exhaustion. There are far better resorts in Udaipur - Ananta is overhyped argh !!

Ananta i visited... in 2016.. it was absolute pleasure being at ananta ... great ambience, lot of fresh air, good food... amenities... tastefully furnished rooms and prompt room service
