Radisson Plaza spa & Resorts udaipur Reviews

We Booked 15 rooms, in group by flamingo travels. Our check in time was 2:00 pm on 17th sept,2016. We reached at the hotel at 3:45 pm sharp but we were shocked to know that Not a single room is ready for pussasion. They started to provide room keys of Only 10 rooms even at 4:30pm. The remaining rooms were provided us to 5:30pm. Meanwhile during these 105 min. No any Hospitality was served to us by Management. Even not a Glass of water was offered.

Moreover A.C was not in working condition in room no. 22/23 ,22/24 ,22/25. It was a Big Headache.
After Complaining at 5:40 their staff came to check the A.C at 6:00 pm. AC filter was cleaned by them and they called it's okey now. But the reality is that AC was still not working. And we have been shiffted to another room at 8:00 pm.

It's nice located but I felt as it's very old property maintenance part need more better.

Beautiful and good location...but room service was not good..had to call many times for tea spoons and glasses which were not there at the first time

Staff are very useless. They used prank when my wife was hurt in hotel that is disgusting.

One of the finest properties in udaipur. Amazing hospitality. Great food. Peaceful location overlooking a lake. Great outdoors and lawns.

Good Hotel with a view of Fateh Sagar Lake. Palatial building with modern facilities in the room. Kids play area, swimming pool and gym with a nice restaurant.
Courteues staff. Ample Parking space, free wifi.
Weekend crowded with mostly people from Gujrat. Winters are better time to visit.

The hotel is located in the lap of mother nature with a beautiful view of lake. The staff is very polite and welcomes everyone with a warm heart and a beautiful smile. The food comes with a variety in taste and too many options.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for a short time. Checked in around 6 PM and checked out the next day morning at 0445 AM. Inspite of this I would say this is a place I would like to come back again. The hotel have a nice view of the Fateh Sagar Lake though there is another hotel in the vicinity which have better view of the sunset but I found Radisson better in many respects. Firstly, the number of activities organised are splendid for a holiday maker. There are kids events, adult events and in the evening cultural events of Pupet show & top local artists performing dance and song. I made the best use of the cultural show

My check in took some time but I did not mind, sitting in one of the best lounges while waiting. We were escorted to our room and explained about the facilities. When I informed that I would check out before sunrise I was immediately told to pick up my parcel breakfast in the morning. Incidentally, at the time of check out I forgot about it. Thus the staff came running and handed me over the same in my cab.

There is a nice bar opposite to the reception overlooking the lake. Nice place to hang around especially in the daytime to relish the scenery. For the afternoon I would suggest the pool and its pub. For Dinner you should visit their restaurant in the terrace. I found it quite classy, though I did not use it as the weather was quite chilly.

Overall I loved the place for the comfort and the value for money. Keep it up I am going to come back again

The dining experience at the roof top restaurant was simply fabulous. The service was impeccable and Bhawar, our hostess, charmingly made it a memorable evening.

An excellent hotel with excellent atmosphere. Breakfast and swimming pool is awesome. The dinner at the rooftop restaurant is very good with a beautiful view in the night. A must place to stay in udaipur.

Everything is good. Except the coordination between front office, room service and other staff. This may be because of the high number of rooms nearly 230.

But little attentiveness towards the guests would do lot better.

Wastage of money to pay for a lake facing room. This is the view outside the room which is basically debris.
It s a spa hotel but the spa services are terrible. They have no therapists even at 9 30 even though the spa opens at 9. The staff is rude and unprofessional . There was a constant smell in the room, tv and coffee machine was not working. Requested 3 times, staff acknowledged but didn t not do anything about it. Wouldn t ever recommend to stay here.

In my view - Both of them are the Gems and playing significant Role in Great Hospitality to a Beautiful Hotel...I always wish to stay here only in next visit as well...

The resort's failings do not come here, there are differences in rooms in the booking room and the difference in rooms offered in hotels. Staff is the trend. The terrace opens in the evening itself. Overall, in the web, not much on the spot.

Hotel guests be careful while settling your bill at the time of check out. U may be charged for someone else by the careless staff of hotel. Radisson Hotel is not ready to accept the mistake and not refunding the amount. In addition to the items not ordered by us we had to pay taxes on the same.

The rooms are good enough, but the food variety is limited during breakfast and dinner, the taste was okayish too. The playing area(garden) was fine enough, and the view was good too. I visited during covid, so maybe that was the reason for slow service.

A beautiful 5 star property with well maintained rooms and lawns, courteous staff and good general atmosphere. The food is good and hygienic. A must stay, if you find the tariff affordable.

We have 3 rooms .all the rooms minibars (freeze) donot work. The one room A.c works.we had not good experence with this hotel.

This is an awesome hotel. The view in evening is awesome. And the top wind is mind blowing
