Sergey and Chris from QDI were awesome. Upon arrival, they walked through and explained the whole job and made sure there were no surprises in terms of the work that was supposed to be done. They discussed pros and cons of doing some accessory installation in a certain way and were receptive to my wishes of where the condensate discharge from new HVAC unit and humidifier should or should not go. They did their installation in a timely fashion and were done by 5 pm after having started the work around 9 AM. They had put down mats and carpet protection pads to keep the walkway and carpets clean and they cleaned up the inside and outside work areas completely. Not a single piece of debris/trash was left behind. All through their work, they were respectful and polite.
Before the installation, the sales process was pretty smooth as well and Todd was great to work with.
So far, I am impressed with QDI and hopefully I will continue to do business with them in years to come.

Our central air/heat pump unit stopped working. I called Quality Degree at 9am the next morning and Jason showed up only a couple of hours later. He told and showed me what I expected to hear- big coolant leak. Given the age of our system and the more recent industry switch to a new refrigerant, we decided to get a whole new system. A two man team arrived by 9am the next morning and installed the new unit that day. All employees were friendly and professional.

Aaron was punctual and able to help fix an air conditioning system that had not been used in a while. He was very proficient and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. We were very pleased with his service and the end result. We would recommend Quality Degree and Aaron to anyone looking for a great technician and company to back him up.

I appreciate the job that was done for our new air conditioner. Very nice people came and were willing to help if we had any questions about how the air conditioner works. However, we found our door trim very loose. We understand that it was an accident. We contacted the company about this and Jake, one of the employee's that was here yesterday at our house gladly came to fix it. He did a great job and the door trim looks good as new. We needed a replacement of heater and A/C. From sales to communication and through installation, this was a great experience. Salesman (Ben) took the time to answer my many questions, communication about the install with home office was spot on, and the actual installation (Jake) was great! We hired quality degree to replace our 20 year old AC unit. The technicians that came out Jake, Rod, and Tom were super professional and very respectful of our property. They wore masks the whole time and shoe covers to protect our floors. When installing the unit they discovered our heating exchange was cracked which im very thankful for as gas could have leaked into the air the next time we used it.

Aaron performed seasonal maintenance on HVAC. Very happy with work he did.

We had the pleasure of having Jake, Rod, and Tom install our new air conditioning unit. They arrived halfway through the allotted 2 hour appointment slot. All 3 of them of course had their masks on and were very diligent about putting on and taking off shoe covers each time they walked in and out of the house. They were very professional, seemingly efficient (although I have no idea what being inefficient would look like when installing new HVAC), and thorough when I was questioning if everything was working properly. They made sure to answer all questions before leaving. It was also a 2.5 week wait time for the new install and Quality Degree loaned us window units so we could survive the July heat while waiting the new unit. They also offer great financing options. Would definitely recommend!

Phil was the ultimate Sales Consultant when he came to identify what was wrong with my heating and air conditioning unit. He explained in layman terms exactly what was going wrong and made sure that I'm getting the system that is going to be most efficient going forward. In addition, the office staff provided first class customer service and answering all my questions and making sure someone got out quickly to assess my situation. Quality Degree also ensured that that afternoon fans were brought out due to the high temperatures we were experiencing at that time. Highly recommend!
Post installation:
Cole and his partner who came to install my new heating and air conditioning system were prompt, very efficient and clean, they went above and beyond. After the installation was complete, they even programmed my Bluetooth compatible devices for me to control my newly-installed system. They left my home as clean and orderly as when they arrived, removing all debris, Etc. Once again, it was a high level client experience and I would highly recommended.

Our boiler stopped working overnight on New Year's eve, and my family woke up to a 43 degree house New Year's Day. After calling around to several other companies who were either closed or charging a high fee to come out on the holiday, I reached the folks at Quality Degree. I cannot say enough great things about this company (especially Aaron Will, the tech who came out to our house). Quality Degree responded to my call immediately, had a tech to our house within 2 hours, and had our boiler working again an hour later! They were prompt, accurate, and affordable, and I will use them for all of my heating/cooling needs in the future. I cannot recommend Quality Degree highly enough!

This company went above and beyond for us.

We asked them to review our A/C system so that we could gather quotes from different companies. Upon their review, they noticed that our system was about cause damage within days if work wasn't done. This was during one of the hottest weeks on record.

We asked how long it may take to schedule the installation (if their quoted price was reasonable compared to others we had already gathered -- which it was). After some calls, the quickest they would be able to begin work would be 2 weeks.

The person who reviewed our system called his managers to let them know that we had an infant in the house. They authorized him that day to go to the nearest Home Depot and buy us 3 window A/C units to use during the time we would need to wait for the new system to be installed. They did not charge us to purchase the units or rent them. THANK YOU FOR THIS SERVICE!

The staff at Quality Degree have always been professional, on time, and courteous. Scheduling an appointment was easy, I received a picture notice of the repairman who would be arriving to my home (promptly), and an emailed invoice afterwards which included an applied online discount coupon! I would recommend QDI to anyone! Aaron gets a A for his last visit!

I initially contacted QDI because I have a 22 year old Rheem HVAC system that is on it's last legs. From the initial contact with QDI, I was impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of their communications. After meeting with Charlie, the sales rep, I was profoundly confident that I wanted to go with QDI for my HVAC replacement. He knows his stuff and was able to explain technical aspects of the system in terms that were easy for me to understand. The install was scheduled and the QDI crew arrived on time and just got right down to business. QDI sent a crew of 6 in order to complete the tear down and install in one day. I was able to work at home during the install so I got to interact with all of the guys from QDI. Everyone of them was friendly, engaging, and most importantly skilled in this field.
The install was completed by 5 and Matej and Cole stayed to review the new install with me and walked me through the operation of the system. They were very patient as I had questions about several aspects of the new Lennox systems. To conclude, I was thoroughly impressed with the crew, the new system, and their work. I highly recommend QDI!

Exceptional Service and with the service contract they actually do come even on holidays. Our heater broke Thanksgiving evening two years ago and they had it running in three hours, well before the house was cold. Another time we had a repair done while we were on vacation. Not a problem as their visit was coordinated with our house sitter.

My ac stopped working today and I called Quality Degree because they were doing work in our neighborhood. They were able to get someone out the same day to check out our ac. Turns out that we need a new hvac system. We werent surprised because we knew it would need to be replaced sooner or later. Jason was very professional, knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. We were very pleased and looking forward to getting our hvac system replaced soon.

I purchased a new Lennoz HVAC system about a year ago they installers were great. Recently had my 1 year service a nd the tech, Matej Marolt was great and he was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Def reccomend them. Updated- Just had my second service with Rod Reyes and again they knocked it out of the park... he was excellent! keep up the great work guys!

Two HVAC systems (both Lennox gas-HeatPump) replaced two 20yr old HVACs (oil-A/C and gas-A/C). Quality Degree sent their two best teams (in 5 trucks) for a single day extraction and installation. Arriving on time (8am), they immediately walked me around the property to review all work to be completed then got to work. Everyone worked efficiently and proficiently to remove the old systems and bring in the new systems (including removing old oil tanks) taking care not to cause any cosmetic damage to the house. These guys were informative, answering my questions throughout the day; they were courteous, and they always worked as a well seasoned team. They pointed out issues (beyond the scope of their work) and made very helpful suggestions to address them. I experienced the original home HVAC system installation 20 years ago and hands down, comparatively these guys are rock stars. I would recommend them every time.

The guys that came to put my heat pump in today were great. They were professional and great to work with. They did great work and did an even better job cleaning up.

These guys showed up on time, were friendly and professional, efficiently installed and tested the product then showed me how to work the thermostat. The communication leading up to the install was very thorough. From the sales estimate through the install it was an exceptional experience. Six stars would be more appropriate.

One year later and just had my first maintenance appointment. Still great service with several communications and reminders right up to the techs arrival, which I might add was on time and just a few minutes past the start of the time window. He was professional and provided clear invoicing. This exceptional service should be the standard customer experience provided by all companies.

The Installation Team was on time and they worked non-stop from 8:00am to 4:00pm. It was 3 crew team that worked efficient and with understanding that the task is to be done in time. All members were very respectful towards each other and communicated very accurate in order to get the job done. The old units were huled away in no time. They explained each unit that were installed in detail. They were very polite and were open to any questions regarding the units. We had great experience with the QD Inc employees. We had a scheduled annual check-up of our HVAC system today and then promptly lost power in the neighborhood right before our appointment. We had three guys who came over to replace our HVAC system. They were very respectful and helpful. They laid plastic wrap on the floors so they would not dirty the floors. Rod was thorough, ensured I was aware of what he found and how he was going to correct it. He also made sure everything was satisfactory and that I was at ease with the results.

Just had my unit replaced 2 months ago. Cost 7600.00. Running air conditioning. Condensation line backs up. Call, want to charge me 150.00 to unclog line, was 300.00. They said they were being nice by cutting it in half. Brand new unit installed, but didn't run it long enough to see if it would be an issue. God knows what my warranty is truly. It says 10yrs parts and labor! Will never use again. Stay clear people! I'll say again 2 months old! QDI should be ashamed of themselves.

QDI technicians are great at doing what they are supposed to do: keeping my HVAC system working like it should. But there is much more. They listen to my concerns, carefully analyze the unique heating and cooling needs of my home with its wood stove, oil burner, and heat pump, and suggest strategies using modern technologies to give me a balanced, efficient system. They've steered me towards a highly rated chimney repair outfit and towards a company that did good work insulating my attic. Without exception, all of their workers are respectful and take time to answer all sorts of questions in a way I can understand. They show up when they say they will and stick to their bids for repairs. I'm very satisfied.

This company and its employees, from start to finish, were very professional in every way possible. They did a wonderful job setting up appointments, reveiwing options and prices, answering questions, apprising me of any changes in the schedule, and ultimately installing my new AC unit. When any team member visited the house for either the estimate or the installation, I received a text ahead of time with their name and a picture. They were also very courteous when they entered the house, wearing shoe covers and (important right now) also wearing face masks. Once the job was completed, they left everything just as they had found it, making sure to clean up any debris left behind. Ultra fast service. Not only did the tech come out in less than 6 hours, the issue with my air conditioning was resolved in an hour. Jason was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything very thoroughly.

Our commercial property's AC stopped working in the middle of the horrible heat wave this week. Several other HVAC companies said they would not be available for days. Upon calling Quality Degree, who said they usually do just residential, they came out the same day within the time period they told me. I received a text with not only the name of the technician, Ben Thomas, but his picture. I think that was very professional and courteous of Quality Degree. Ben was very professional, explaining what the issue was, and fixed the AC unit. I highly recommend Quality Degree.

Great experience with this company from start to finish, the employees were very professional and extremely helpful. For the contract and scheduling the service, Janelle was point of contact and she was extremely helpful and explained the options and provided ongoing updates on the project status and timeline. The installation team, Matej, Bobby, Tarik arrived on time and were very professional. They did a wonderful job answering questions on the new HVAC system. They were very courteous and adhered to the safety protocol when they entered the house, wearing shoe covers and face masks. They put floor mats and covered the work area and once the job was completed, they cleaned up all debris and trash.
