Phil was the ultimate Sales Consultant when he came to identify what was wrong with my heating and air conditioning unit. He explained in layman terms exactly what was going wrong and made sure that I'm getting the system that is going to be most efficient going forward. In addition, the office staff provided first class customer service and answering all my questions and making sure someone got out quickly to assess my situation. Quality Degree also ensured that that afternoon fans were brought out due to the high temperatures we were experiencing at that time. Highly recommend!

Cole and his partner who came to install my new heating and air conditioning system were prompt, very efficient and clean, they went above and beyond. After the installation was complete, they even programmed my Bluetooth compatible devices for me to control my newly-installed system. They left my home as clean and orderly as when they arrived, removing all debris, Etc. Once again, it was a high level client experience and I would highly recommended.
