Print Appeal Inc Review

Do not order here. I ordered almost $3,000 worth of cups, napkins, sleeves, etc. all for an opening on September 1st. I received everything mid August and checked over a couple to make sure it was all okay. The few I looked at didn't have a problem - of course as I dug deeper after the opening date I found that 1/3rd of all of the cups and sleeves had ink rubbed off, scratched, or smudged. In fine print they said I had to reach out within 2 DAYS of receiving the product if I found errors, so despite having spent so much with them already they won't reprint about $400 worth of cups and sleeves even though their product is obviously not quality. An absolute joke. Don't waste your money or time.

Very poor customer service and problem solving skills. I received a quote via email for printed napkins and was billed for more than what I was quoted, even though I sent a purchase order at the time I placed my order, showing the total cost I was quoted. They waited until after the order was complete, then raised the price on me. In the end, they matched the original quote, but it took over a week and I was told that the error was on my end because I should have looked at the additional costs on their website. This is the first vendor I've ever dealt with that does not include all of the charges within the quote and expects you to visit a separate site for other costs. Ridiculous.

Quality party accessories at a good price. Top notch staff. Good people.

Worst on time frames and getting things to customers on time and following dates submitted on order forms. Had to pay for couriering and overnight shipping several times which took away from my business.

Easy to order and they help if you have any questions. Their product is awesome and our brides and other customers love their products.
