Josh and Chris were awesome. Both professionals open to conversation with the client (me) and with a personable tone.

They showed time and care in their work as well as explanations of the work, the upgrades, and more.

I definitely recommend working with Chris and Josh and Quality Degree again in the future.

Sergey, Dan and Josh did a great job installing our new furnace and AC. They arrived promptly, were extremely courteous, worked throughout the day, and explained each element of the new system upon completion.

We recently replaced our furnace, air conditioning system, and hot water tank in our house. To replace all three it cost a small fortune. However, working with Quality Degree was a pleasant event. The estimator, Dan , and an office worker, Janelle, and the installers, Jake and Matej, they all were very professional and kind. I had so many questions for the process, all were answered patiently. I hope our long relationship continues as satisfactory as the installation.

Phil did a very thorough checking out our existing system in anticipation of installing our new Lennox system. He answered all of our questions about the new system. I was very comfortable dealing with him.

Super expensive and shady. Tried to charge $290 plus a $70 diagnostic fee to clean replace filter and nozzle on a hot air oil burner. Wanted $475 for a $60 burner controller. Choose another company. Get quotes from a non chain type operation.

We have been using QDI for many years, and always enroll in their annual maintenance plan. We had a particularly complicated system in a former home that needed to be reworked due to a faulty install by another provider, and they did a superb job. We have since moved into a different home with a less complex system, and they are, naturally, just as good on the smaller stuff!

Very high fees!! Service Tech was knowledgeable and repaired my heater; however, their fees are ridiculously high. Make sure to get estimates from other companies before you pay their outrageous fees!

I'm not an hvac technician but from what I can tell rod did a good job.I would recommend Quality Degree

Mateo, Lance, and Tom were on time, and professional from the beginning to end of the install. They explained everything they were doing from start to finish. They placed carpet protection and wore protection for thier shoes each time they had to enter the house. I would highly recommend Quality Degree for any heating and cooling issues or installation.

From all angles, this was as great an experience as replacing a furnace and AC can be. Jessica was an excellent contact for setting it all up, the sales side of it with Charlie was straightforward and honest, and the installation with Cole and his crew was executed without issues. It was a way less stressful experience than I imagined and it was executed exactly as it was pitched. I wish I had done this sooner. I'm very happy with my experience and our house is more comfortable than ever.

Tips: If going through Costco, make sure you get your citi card setup before they need to bill.

Just completed a oil to natural gas conversion. Quality Degree was our contractor for our new furnace and hot water heater. QD is an A+++ company. They explain everything they are doing, answer every question, and are respectful of your property. Jake and his team spent the day completing the work, including removing our old oil tank. They left the basement cleaner than when they came. Bobby came out two days later to complete the post meter install work and was great!! Customer service is their specialty. And let me not forget Janelle - she helped coordinate and schedule everything so that PECO and QD were on the same page. She answers the phone and all your questions!!! And returns calls promptly!! Not stuck on hold with an automated system with QD. So happy to have been recommended to this company from Costco.

Quality Degree installed our heat pump back in the Spring. They did a terrific job. I just had them inspect and tuneup our oil heater and they did another great job. Quality Degree is an excellent company.

Ken called ahead to let me know he was on his way. On arriving, he quickly made friends with my dog Derby, who is an excellent judge of character. Ken took the time to ask if I had any concerns or questions and explained how the pricing for the service plans had changed.
He reminded me that he had been one of the installers on my heater when QDI replaced my original one . He performed his work quickly and professionally and asked again if I had questions or concerns. I continue to be favorably impressed with QDI.

All three gentlemen came to my house on time. They are doing a great job to install AC and furnace. At the same time, they are extremely patient to explain the functions to my wife and I. We love this wonderful company and we sure will recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

Problem and fix was explained in detail. They worked quickly and got the job finished.

I met with Phil to discuss both a hot water heater replacement and for an evaluation of a less than 2 year old heat pump system installed by another company into a newly constructed addition. This heat pump has not been functioning appropriately in my home since its original installation despite multiple adjustments and modifications including the need for an added Aprilaire dehumidifier beacause the heat pump- a1.5 ton Bryant Legacy could not even reduce the humidity in my new addition below 80% this past summer. Now I am being told to add a humidification system by the original installer because my winter humidity has been down to 1% this past winter and despited my use of a Vortex evaporative humidifier I am struggling to keep humidity levels in the 30-40% range and using about 9 gallons of water every 6-7 days.
In addition to the health aspects of dry air and bloody noses at night my newly constructed walls are now nail popping and pelling drywall tape and paint.

I shared some of this with Quality Degree in my phone consultation for my hot water heater and was told that Phil was the man to diagnosis the system.

Phil was on time, professional, respectful and thourough. He listened to my concerns for both the hot water heater replacement and the current heating system. I had my general contractor present for the heat pump evaluation and both of us felt that Phil was professional and honest. He did not bad mouth the other installer but instead shared his opinions of both the positive and negative aspects of the Bryant that is in my new addition. Unfortunately, this situation for me is not an easy fix.

If this was the beginning of my construction I would hire Phil in a heart beat to istall the Lenox high efficiency multistage heat pump. At the moment the Btyant Legacy single stage will have costed me almost the same by the time I pay for all the baindaids that are now neeeded.

For those of you in my position or considering even new construction call Phil and get an estimate and allow his explanation to guide you.

Phil was more thourough and expalined more to both myself and my general contractor about the construction and the heating/AC requirements of my addition in his consultation than my general contractor's heating subcontractor and the Pierce Philips technical representative have been in the last year.

I unfortunately already have over $11,000 of non functional Bryant equipment in my addition (and am being told I still need an central humidifier)
Unfortunately it may now take a small calims court to rectify this problem with Bryant's Installer (....and by the way Bryant has no way to ecalate this beyond the Pierce Phelps rep who sells the equipment to the installer)

For normal people like me call QDI first or at least make them one of your estimates and allow their knowledge to speaks for itself. ....

This service call was actually to perform an analysis on service performed by a different contractor from a week ago. I was told my CO levels were in the 1000 ppm range and generally garbled responses to my questions. The tech told me I need a new boiler but wouldn't give me any details.
**Aaron** from Quality came out today and was the complete opposite of the previous tech. My boiler is old and I should consider replacement, talked some technical jargon and what if's. He then was able to adjust the combustion to acceptable limits by adjusting air/fuel ratio (12ppm CO). The other guy left it near 1000.
As a first time client it was a very good experience.
Stay tuned for the next visit.

Great experience - so glad I found them. They answered all my questions during initial visit to understand my needs. Day of install they arrived right on time. Courteous, extremely knowledgeable. Cole, the lead on the install made sure I understood the schedule and exactly what was happening when. Josh and Dan also worked on the install and were great, answering questions and I could see as i walked by from time to time they made every effort for each step to be done, dare I make the pun, to a high quality degree. Jake Moss and his team members Lance and Kane, came right on time to install new heat pump. Explained everything about the installation process and address any questions I had before the start of the work. They did a very professional, neat and clean work, starting from wearing booties and laying out carpet protection film to thorough & detailed installation process to clean wrap up and explanation of the system workaround. They are polite, humble and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend Quality Degree and their assets Jake, Lance, Kane, Phil and Janelle.

We bought a house a year ago that needed a new heat pump system. We called lowes because we needed the financing. They sent the sales guys out from lowes and QD. They said the old heat pump was not to code there was no backup heat system so they said there would need to be a furnace installed as well. We were told we were getting a great unit and that the air quality in our home would be top notch with this fancy new system... after some difficulties and differences in actual costs vs. quote and install issues. A month or so later it was done. Our system has a condensation pipe running out of my house that they didn't seal so god knows what kind of animals and weather got into my attic. Not only this, but the condensation pipe regularly freezes in the winter when this happens the entire system shuts off, the back up included and doesn't work. We have to boil 2-3 kettles of water and pour down the pipe To get it to turn on again. I basically can't leave my house for vacations in the winter for fear of pipes freezing. This little piece of info would have been very helpful when I was sold this system. And as far as the air quality goes it's not improved at all. My children have breathing issues we were promised a great air filtration system and didn't get it. The system itself doesn't seem to blow equally throughout my home even after cleaning the ducts. I really don't think this is normal function of a new system. Afterwards I found out I paid roughly 4-5 thousand more than other companies charge. Now this could be lowes fees but I doubt it all is. This is just my experience and maybe I'm a fluke but I won't be calling or recommending this company again.

Todd was very thorough and thoughtful in evaluating our replacement needs. He represents his company and equipment manufacturer that inspires a high degree of confidence. I would rate him A++, and look forward to dealing with him in the future. Once we receive the detailed estimate with the attendant options and provided it is affordable within our budget we are happy and ready to move forward with the project confidentiality. Awesome Experience - highly recommended! Used this company for a new AC/Furnace and two new water heaters. The entire experience was great - Ben (the big guy) was great - low pressure, knew his stuff, and was flexible on schedule. The office staff was nice to deal with. And, Jake and his install team worked hard all day - from 8am to 6pm - to finish our job, doing things completely and professionally. And, might I add, they were amazingly competitive on price. Great Job! I would definitely recommend Quality Degree. We have an old 2 story home built in the '30s that never felt comfortable or consistent when you walked from room to room on the second floor. The most experienced technician (three total technicians) according to them was not paying attention to what he was doing; here are examples: He cut the a hole in the new furnace to attache the the electrical air filter larger than the air filter.
He mounted the condensation pump in a wrong position, and he had to move it
He cut the out going duct crocked
He was attempted to put screws through the new thermostat attachment, before I stopped him, and I did the mounting for him
He stepped on top of the outside unit, and claimed he always did that
There are many others issues which they indicated he was not paying attention to the job
Just to be fair, the others two technicians were great.

We could not be happier with Quality Degree! Rod provided exceptional service and really went beyond what we had experienced with our previous air conditioner service provider. Would highly recommend Quality Degree!

The team at Quality was great to work with. Scheduling went easy, and from discussing options with Todd, to the actual install by Josh, Jake, Tarik, and Ken of both a replacement unit and a new mini split, everything was smooth. The whole set of installs took about 1.5days, and seemed nicely efficient. And they did a great job of minimizing the dust and dirt.
The timing was perfect as we then have had a suite of a few days of hot weather where we got to validate the work, and it has performed as expected. The mini-split was a great addition, and I appreciated the placement option discussion.
All good so far, and the Quality team lived up to their name.

On August 16th we came home to a leaking hot water heater. Fortunately for us we have a drip pan with a run off pipe. Fortunately for us, and equally important, we have a service contract with QDI for our heater, air conditioner and hot water heater. Of course this was after hours so we called the 24 hour call number and had a return call from Aaron within 10 minutes. Aaron requested that we send pictures of the hot water heater to him. We still had water so we were ok to wait until the next day. Aaron said that if we didn't hear from QDI by 9 we should call. Erica called us at 9 and because of the information Aaron had provided they already had the new hot water heater delivered from the warehouse. She told us Aaron would be at our home around 11, informed us of the total cost and took our payment over the phone. By 2:15 we had a new hot water installed and running.
We can't say enough good things about QDI, their customer service and their technicians. We were already dealing with health issues in our family and I was preparing to fly to Florida early Saturday morning. Under normal circumstances the hot water heater problem could be stressful but the upcoming trip was an added concern. We have had emergency issues in the past with our heater and air conditioner so from experience we were confident that QDI was more than gualified and dependable to come to our rescue.
One of the best things we ever did was becoming QDI customers and purchasing a service contract.
We have never had a technician come to our home for routine or emergency service who has been anything but highly skilled, completely respectful of our home and property and just really nice people. Aaron was a return technician which is always nice. Many thanks to Aaron, Erica and all those who helped resolve our most recent emergency.

That time of the year...air conditioner and hot water maintenance check. I appreciate the system that QDI has to remind you of your appointment and to inform you who the tech will be. Their policy of having the tech call when they are headed to my home is so helpful. Ken arrived promptly and started right in. Like all the technicians we have encountered Ken was knowledgeable and thorough. Of course that should be job #1 but I greatly appreciated Ken's courtesy and respect. This has always been our experience with the techs who have been either on routine maintenance calls or emergency calls.
I would highly recommend QDI and Ken....thanks Ken.

Jason was out today to service our heater and get it ready for the cold weather. Jason is definitely an asset to QDI and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. A new service they are offering is maintenance checks for water heaters. I never feel pressured when we are presented with additional services and in this case it seemed a wise choice since my neighbor recently had issues with a leaking hot water heater.

Always appreciate QDI customer service and getting reminders that is time for seasonal check ups for either our heater or air conditioner. Aaron was out on Thursday the 26th to make sure our air conditioner was ready for the season. All QDI's techs are top notch and provide excellent service and are just nice people and Aaron was no exception. I always rest easier knowing that we've had our air conditioner checked out especially when we need to replace a part....would rather be proactive than be without air conditioning in the heat of summer.
