On August 16th we came home to a leaking hot water heater. Fortunately for us we have a drip pan with a run off pipe. Fortunately for us, and equally important, we have a service contract with QDI for our heater, air conditioner and hot water heater. Of course this was after hours so we called the 24 hour call number and had a return call from Aaron within 10 minutes. Aaron requested that we send pictures of the hot water heater to him. We still had water so we were ok to wait until the next day. Aaron said that if we didn't hear from QDI by 9 we should call. Erica called us at 9 and because of the information Aaron had provided they already had the new hot water heater delivered from the warehouse. She told us Aaron would be at our home around 11, informed us of the total cost and took our payment over the phone. By 2:15 we had a new hot water installed and running.
We can't say enough good things about QDI, their customer service and their technicians. We were already dealing with health issues in our family and I was preparing to fly to Florida early Saturday morning. Under normal circumstances the hot water heater problem could be stressful but the upcoming trip was an added concern. We have had emergency issues in the past with our heater and air conditioner so from experience we were confident that QDI was more than gualified and dependable to come to our rescue.
One of the best things we ever did was becoming QDI customers and purchasing a service contract.
We have never had a technician come to our home for routine or emergency service who has been anything but highly skilled, completely respectful of our home and property and just really nice people. Aaron was a return technician which is always nice. Many thanks to Aaron, Erica and all those who helped resolve our most recent emergency.

That time of the year...air conditioner and hot water maintenance check. I appreciate the system that QDI has to remind you of your appointment and to inform you who the tech will be. Their policy of having the tech call when they are headed to my home is so helpful. Ken arrived promptly and started right in. Like all the technicians we have encountered Ken was knowledgeable and thorough. Of course that should be job #1 but I greatly appreciated Ken's courtesy and respect. This has always been our experience with the techs who have been either on routine maintenance calls or emergency calls.
I would highly recommend QDI and Ken....thanks Ken.

Thanks, Jason, for another fine service call. In addition to being thorough and knowledgeable, Jason is very personable. This has been our experience with all the techs. Glad to be customers of Quality Degree Inc.

Jason was out today to service our heater and get it ready for the cold weather. Jason is definitely an asset to QDI and is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. A new service they are offering is maintenance checks for water heaters. I never feel pressured when we are presented with additional services and in this case it seemed a wise choice since my neighbor recently had issues with a leaking hot water heater.

Always appreciate QDI customer service and getting reminders that is time for seasonal check ups for either our heater or air conditioner. Aaron was out on Thursday the 26th to make sure our air conditioner was ready for the season. All QDI's techs are top notch and provide excellent service and are just nice people and Aaron was no exception. I always rest easier knowing that we've had our air conditioner checked out especially when we need to replace a part....would rather be proactive than be without air conditioning in the heat of summer. Thanks Aaron.
