Aaron performed the annual inspection of my furnace. He was efficient and professional. He answered questions I had for him, and he made sensible recommendations for my heating system. He was pleasant and courteous. When an earlier job held him up, he phoned ahead to let me know he would be a little later than he expected. I appreciated being notified.
