We had a scheduled annual check-up of our HVAC system today and then promptly lost power in the neighborhood right before our appointment. Aaron was extremely accommodating and flexible with his schedule to help us keep our appointment today once power had been restored. He was polite, professional, and friendly while helping us solve a problem with our air conditioning.
