Jake and his crew are very professional. He came in and explained all of the work that was to be completed. The amount of time he said he would be on the job site was spot on and they finished as scheduled. Jake and his team did an excellent job getting the tear out and install completed with minimal clean up. When the install was complete, Jake was extremely helpful in showing me how the system operates and very hands on when setting up the thermostats and made certain that everything was in working order.
