Pulliam Pools' contractors and staff were very skilled and built a beautiful pool and hot tub in our small space. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you Pulliam!
Pulliam Pools' contractors and staff were very skilled and built a beautiful pool and hot tub in our small space. They exceeded our expectations. Thank you Pulliam!
Pulliam pools did a great job installing our pool and the finished product was great. They kept me informed every step of the way and made the process seamless!
After researching several pool builders, we selected Pulliam. The pool was completed in the time as described, builder was great and the sales staff was fantastic. The only issue we had... destroyed my irrigation system, after I had the zone removed and main line and wiring located both visually with multiple holes and by flag. They destroyed it only to say "it was in the footprint of the pool, not my problem". $1700.00 later it was repaired. I contacted them, and as I thought, they don't care. Offered me a free annual maintenance check for next month and another in 2019. As for me, I'm out $1,700.00. Oh well, live and learn. They sure don't care now that they have my money. As for the annual checks, no thanks.
We have been trying to reach Pulliam Pools since mid-April 2020 to build a pool for us after hearing the rave reviews from pool owners in our neighborhood. We are very disappointed after numerous attempts and zero response.
Pulliam Pool's follow-up and warranty services are extremely lacking compared to the high quality of their pool construction.
Over a year ago, in August of 2014, we noticed a crack had developed in the gunite shell of our pool which was constructed by Pulliam in the early 1990's. This company stated that the gunite shell is warrantied for life against cracking and leaking to the original owner.
We telephoned Pulliam and arranged for one of their representatives to inspect our pool and make recommendations as how to proceed. This person made a thorough evaluation of our pool and stated that a temporarily fix would be to apply pool putty into the crack of the gunite shell to seal any leaks that may have developed. He also stated that a more permanent fix would entail a process of "stapling" reinforcement along the crack.
It was also noted at the time of his visit, that our pool should undergo renovation due to the condition of our pool surface and decking. And herein is where our problem lies with Pulliam Pools. My wife and I decided to proceed with the pool renovation process. I called Pulliam the following week to discuss this and NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL. A few days passed and I made another call to try to discuss and schedule a renovation and again NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL.
We subsequently found another company to do our pool renovation and are very pleased with the work that was done.
My advice would be to proceed with caution in your decision to do business with this company. They build a quality product, but you need to ask yourself how important it is to you in how your situation is handled should a problem arise. The DFW area is overflowing with pool contractors. Check them out. Just because you may be the oldest pool company in America as they state does not make them the best.
I asked for a quote to resurface and retile my pool and they cancelled my appointment after they found out I was going to have multiple quotes for all of the work.
Everything was great. The design process was perfect and it all came out as designed. I would like to see an online tracking calendar to track your progress. Good having such a large company behind the pool warranty and service.
The staff at Pulliam is amazing! Commitment to quality and kind people. With demand so high for service right now..... I would wait as long as long as needed for Pulliam. I have gone other routes before, that was pricey and Pulliam had to fix. And y all, don t forget to thank your service people in all industries for helping you. It matters!
Totally dissatisfied with the service department. It's like buying a car and then going back and complaining to the guy who sold it to you. He just gives you that blank looks and says I'm sorry but I can't help you.
Pulliam installed my pool as well as my kitchen area. Original service call was to fix the electrical to the kitchen area. After 5 rescheduling and wrong parts for a pool light they found to be out still no power to the kitchen area. Hmmmm, I think I need power to light the grill. To top it off, the technician just left the manual to light and the trash sitting out in the rain.
Looking for another pool service provider. Next pool will not be built by Pulliam Pools of Fort Worth.
Pulliam built my pool a year ago and I was very happy with the entire process. The designer was very patient and knowledgeable making sure we were satisfied with our final design. It was a very wet spring so the process took longer than expected but I received updates timely. Tracy, my construction manager, stayed on top of things, keeping me informed through the entire process. I highly recommend this company.
They discovered that my toggle switches had been turned off, provably by my pool man. But I did not require a new Spa heater! Thank you God!
Pulliam pools provided some consulting services regarding how to remedy various issues with my current pool and renovations I was considering. Their advice was insightful, they really know their stuff, true professionals!
We just had our pool done, and enjoying it to the max. Our experience with Pulliam is as follows, the sales; our sales person was great to say the least, made us feel comfortable and not pressured. We had actually met with him last year, but due to the possibility of having to move we did not proceed. When we called back he was just as courteous and we didn't feel rushed and once again he was very professional. During the construction phase we were well informed, the construction supervisor in my opinion could have been a bit more customer friendly (do not perceive this as if he was rude, because he was not) and more responsive when needed, however when we called the office, nothing but superior customer service which I really appreciated. The service person who showed us how everything operated, again superb customer service, he took his time and ensured that we felt comfortable and understood. We did encounter about 3 what I would call minor issues, and once again, they listened, and made it right. Kudos to the staff at Pulliam pools! I am a business owner as well and this is the type of customer service that I expect my staff to give. I recommend Pulliam Pools without a shadow of a doubt.
Pulliam completed our pool in October of 2015. We couldn't have asked for a better company or people to work with. I highly recommend them and have no regrets. Finished on time with no problems. We're so glad we chose them, they're awesome!
My visit at Pulliam pools was great. All of the staff seem to be very knowledgeable about any question I had to ask and we're eager and polite to help me. Everything that you could need for your pool service or to begin talkin about having a brand new pool built is here. I would definitely recommend Pulliam pools to anyone who is inquiring about work in the pool business. Thanks for all of your help guys
I called and left a message for someone to call me back. No such luck!
Pulliam continues to try to find reasonable solutions to some minor problems we have had. I appreciate the owners open and honest communication today. I am confident that Pulliam will continue to service our pool. We are overall happy with our pool and know that Pulliam will always make it right! Thanks for the communication today!
6 weeks and still no communication back from you. Designer guy came out, did not leave a business card or brochure or anything, he left in a hurry without even saying goodbye and I'll get back in touch with you or nothing. That was 2 weeks ago. Communication from the very beginning was absolutely horrible.
Pulliam built our pool in 2004. They have also been servicing our pool ever since. But the last 2 yrs, their service had gone downhill. I called for service to check our pool pump which won't turn on. A technician was supposed to call me on Tuesday morning to give me an estimated arrival time. I decided to call them instead because my mom who just had a stroke and was recently released from the hospital was having blood pressure problems and had to be seen by the doctor at 11:30am, so I needed to make sure that I coordinate the technician's coming to my house. Josh was the name of the tech and he said that he has scheduled to be at my house at noon. I requested for him to come at around 3 because I will not be home at noon and I explained that I had to take my mom to the doctor. He told me that he cannot guarantee that he can come at 3 and I might need to reschedule. I didn't want to wait another day or so since the pool pump has not run since Friday so I agreed to his suggestion to come to my house without me being there and I can just call in my credit card number to the office for the charges. He called later on during the day and said he turned on the pump and it turned on and he tried turning it on and off 3 times and it seemed to be working and it might just have overheated and it doesn't need replacement. I trusted his judgement. I asked him to do the annual cleaning of the separation tank and check up and he said he could do that since he was still at my driveway. My husband got home and checked what was done with the pool pump and noticed that the psi level was still high, our garden hose didn't look like someone had used it and the normal white specks left on the lawn grass after tank was cleaned out were nowhere to be found. No service ticket was also left on our door or elsewhere. He called the office to discuss the work that was supposed to be done and Josh wrote on the ticket that the lady asked him to clean the skimmer baskets and we got charged an hour's worth of work plus the service charge for coming to check the pump. My husband tried to explain to the assistant manager that there was no logic in cleaning just the skimmers which he could do himself and would not take him an hour. Also if the pump overheated, it means it will overheat again in the near future because something must have been causing the overheating. The assistant manager agreed and promised to send Frank who has beed doing service with our pool and I also specifically requested to do the work but my request was overlooked, and will not charge us for the cleaning and supposedly going to check the pump. But it is Thursday now and we have not gotten any phone calls back about when they are coming or if they are coming at all. My husband has called twice today but each time someone answers the phone, he is clueless of our situation and the managers were apparently gone for the day. Whatever happened to the Pulliam we have known? They now have dishonest and inefficient technicians and the managers now seem to not care about their loyal customers.
Pulliam Pools is the best pool building company. I like their service in building a pool in my house.
Responded to my request quickly even though they are SWAMPED with freeze damage repairs.
When I decided to put a pool in, everyone had a horror story about their experience. I spent a good deal of time researching and pricing different designs and companies. Pulliam was not the least expensive, but what a bang for my buck I got! Between Carl designing and getting me started, to Brian who is the world's best construction superintendent, to Frank who is just as awesome on the service side, I could not be more happy with the end result and customer service I have received. My team of guys at Pulliam would get 10 stars if I could rate that high. Pool is amazing, finished on budget and quicker than promised. You cannot find a better company and group of people to work with than this!! Thank you!!!
In 2014 we contracted with Pulliam to build a pool in the backyard of our new home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ted, our salesperson/designer, was easy to work with and quickly came up with the perfect plan that transformed our backyard from an empty plot of land to the perfect summertime enjoyment area.
It has also been a great experience dealing with their service personnel who are both friendly and knowledgeable. They are also pretty quick to respond to the few minor issues that have arisen since the pool was completed.
I highly recommend this company for their competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff and commitment to quality.
Great overall experience from beginning to after the pool was filled. Highly recommend Pulliam.
Very knowledgeable staff, quality products and services
Pulliam has built 2 beautiful pools for us over the past 12 years. From construction thru customer service, they are excellent at all phases & a pleasure to do business with!
We had our pool built in March of 2017. Couldn t be happier with the outcome. Thanks Pulliam Pools.
These guys are excellent. They walked through every step of the process with us, were on time and professional at every phase of the build, and after an issue with the SPA had a service tech out in under 24 hours and fixed a small issue in minutes. Simple valve switch had been toggled off. I would recommend these guys 100%. Great communication. Cost might not have been the cheapest, but they were not the most expensive and I'll pay more for quality every time. Great organization.
Pulliam built our pool in 2014 and we are extremely pleased with the results. They built everything we asked for per our design at the agreed upon price-you can't get any better than that.
Carl has been amazing so far in every step thus far. His design is EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I cannot wait for them to trash my yard building my backyard oasis
Pulliam was highly recommended to us and we are very happy with the result. The designer worked closely with us to capture our ideas while carefully guiding us away from potential problems. Our construction manager was very attentive to all details of the design execution and was always patient with our questions and concerns. Pulliam has the full spectrum of experience and expertise to deliver a fantastic pool, on budget and on time. I recommend Pulliam Pools to any family that wants to fulfill their dream of building a pool and lasting family memories.
Pulliam Pools was an absolute joy to work with during the design, construction and completion of our pool. Their customer service and attention to detail impressed us beyond compare and they made the process extremely easy and enjoyable! If you are considering a pool, Pulliam is is the best choice!
I called many times right after the last snow storm, left a few messages, filled out my information on the service request form on their page, talked a few times to the receptionist, and she said she doesn't have my information in her service request list, she would transfer my call to the service department, but they NEVER answer calls, nor call back when leaving a few messages, it was until I went personally to request their services, and finally someone came yesterday to take a look after almost two months of constantly calling and leaving messages, and he said is going to take at least another two weeks for the parts to arrive, not to mention that they took way too long to finish our swimming pool, they started in the middle of June and finished and the middle of October. I wouldn't recommend this swimming pool company. The only thing we're very happy about is the design though.
Pulliam Pools did an outstanding job in building my pool. In meeting with them, I felt they were very honest and above board. Their pricing was competitive. They were in contact with me all during the build. Never did I feel neglected. If an issue came up, it was resolved very quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I look forward to swimming in my pool for years to come. I would highly recommend Pulliam Pools if you are looking for an honesty, reliable Pool building company.
These guys are great. Pulliam built my pool 17 years ago. A great job they did too. My pool filter sprung a leak after 17 years of service. Well, Pulliam replaced the whole filter at no charge. Great professional staff as well. Thanks guys.
To preface, Pulliam Pools built my pool back in 2002. About a year ago, my original filtration system was beginning to show signs of it's age, with a few leaks, spa blower motor having gone out, and the system was no longer efficient by today's standards.
I decided to completely renovate my filtration and heating system; to include a new DE filter, new electric motor, salt generation system, spa blower and control unit, and natural gas heater. Naturally all of the plumbing would have to be replaced as well.
I put out a general call for quotes to four Fort Worth pool builders/contractors, and much to my surprise (and delight) found that the original installers were still building and maintaining pools! Of the four, Pulliam also had the most competitive price for the job (four thousand dollars less than their nearest competitor) and they used top of the line Jandy products, replacing my original Hayward system.
Here is what really surprised me, though. Erik came to my home to visually inspect the system on Friday, January 31 and give me the hard quote. I called Pulliam customer service the next day, Saturday, February 1 to tell them I wanted to execute the work order. Erik called me back on Monday, February 3 to finalize a question that I had, and confirm that Pulliam had access to the property.
On Tuesday, February 4, I had an entirely new system plumbed, installed, tested, charged and operational by the time I got home from work. The footprint is much smaller than the original 2002 system, it's so much quieter, the Jandy JXI heater got my spa from 46 degrees to 100 degrees in under half an hour, and the layout is simply so much more aesthetically pleasing. This install was also performed on one of the coldest/wettest days of the year.
I'm honestly taken aback how smoothly this whole process has been, how simple Pulliam has made it, and how incredibly efficient and professional they've been in giving my pool (That they built nearly twenty years ago!) a face-lift for the next twenty years.
Couldn't be happier.
***long review but hope this helps prospective buyers*** TLDR - Pulliam is amazing and you will not be disappointed!
Like you are probably doing now, I was very interested in putting an in ground gunite pool (and possibly spa) in my backyard to transform the backyard into an oasis. I scoured the internet for local builders in DFW and it was overwhelming. There are so many. Not to mention, since COVID and a low interest rate environment pool demand has NEVER been higher. Where to start? Well I researched and did my due diligence on just about every builder in the area. From meeting with designers, to talking to their general contractors you name it I did it. I even had other builders say they could not meet with me since they were so busy. I had a general idea of the design I wanted and a budget. I had heard of Pulliam from an old manager who used them 20 years ago and had nothing but great things to say so I called them up. I had a design meeting with Carl not even 2 weeks later (I knew they were busy/booked). Carl was fantastic. Couldn t ask for a better designer. He really listened to me and my girlfriend and the things we wanted and liked in a pool, while adhering to our budget. He never put any pressure on us, and after sleeping/thinking on the decision and design we went ahead with signing the contract. He met with us virtually via webex to go over the design. We were blown away with the design, and he included details we would have never considered. He was accommodating to small changes here and there and presented the 3D design AND line item cost sheet in a clear and concise format. We ended up adding a spa, a covered pergola area and an outdoor kitchen by seeing the total cost of each item and keeping it within the budget. Other builders wanted 10-25k more for a similar design. We even sourced some materials on our own, and Pulliam was more than accommodating in issuing a change order and installing our hand picked materials (tile, outdoor kitchen appliances).
The only issues in terms of delay was my HOA (they are awful) and waiting on their design approval. Pulliam handled all of the permitting through the city, utilities , and the HOA. The entire build process took about 10-12 weeks and that is with delays from weather (snow storm anyone?) and Hollidays. Greg, our general contractor was also excellent. Like Carl, he was always responsive and available to communicate on any matter that arose (and there were small, normal construction issues here and there but nothing too crazy). The construction project had its share of challenges (my backyard is literal solid rock, and on a new home builder lot IE. small), Pulliam was able to overcome any obstacle or issue that arose with great transparency and we could not be happier. I have already referred multiple friends to Pulliam and they are also happy with the process thus far. Thanks again Pulliam, and special thanks to Carl and Greg for making our backyard dreams come true!
- very satisfied customers, Austin & Kerry
For those who are looking at putting in a pool, I d like to share my experience with Pulliam Pools. We looked at a few pool companies and narrowed it down to Pulliam Pools and Puryear Pools. Both had great designs and competitive costs, but what was our deciding factor was experience. Pulliam and Carl just couldn t be matched.
From the beginning of the process to now a month since startup , we couldn t be happier. For a first time pool owner who was a bit nervous of this journey, this company put my mind at ease.
Many of you know Carl Lamsfuss who was local to VOWs. From the day we met him until the day we broke ground, his expertise and professionalism is second to none. We had no idea what we wanted and left a lot of our expectations in his hands - and he delivered. It was truly a pleasure to work with him on design, price and finalizations. Carl worked around our yard, easement and maximized our yard space with the rest of our yard to help create a well balanced oasis.
Once the contract was signed and turned over to our project manager, I thought we might lose the professionalism we had with Carl. Let s face it, if you ve dealt with construction project managers then you know how brash they can be.
Not with Pulliam Pools.
Our project manager, Greg Gilbert, was such a blessing. From the day we broke ground until this last week, Greg was there night and day, highly communicative, and was there for us every step of the way. I m of the opinion that if you treat folks well from the beginning, the same is returned. Not always, but most of the time. Greg was awesome to work with.
As far as construction goes, not a single major issue to report. The entire process was smooth, straight forward and always on time (we even had gunite 3 weeks early). As with any construction project, you ll always have minor fixes and adjustments, but with ours they were minor and fixed almost next day.
We couldn t have asked for a better experience. Extremely happy and would, without a doubt, recommend Pulliam Pools to all of you too.
Thank you Pulliam Pools for an excellent experience.
Our pool was built by Pulliam Pools in Fort Worth...our sales rep was Ron Hayes. When we decided to build a pool, we met with 3 different pool companies. Obviously cost is a major contributing factor in deciding what company to hire to build your pool, but quality is definitely right up there too. Pulliam wasn't our lowest bid, but their sales staff, honesty, knowledge and quality was hands down the best of the 3..by a long shot. We were assigned a construction project manager who was excellent in answering questions along the way and keeping us informed during each phase of the pool building process. We could not be happier with the finished product and get tons of compliments.
My AquaLink RS4 Combo Pool and Spa Control Panel interface stop working properly. I read several articles regarding all the lights being on and no response from buttons. Pulliam installed pool years ago so I thought they would assist with repair. The tech arrived and immediately said I needed to upgrade to wireless kit at $1,690.00. I asked how much to replace existing panel. Tech quoted more than $1,000.00. I bought brand new control panel from on-line pool supply for $450.00, replaced in less than two minutes (plugged right in) and it works flawlessly. Pulliam attempted to upsale me a system I did not need and gouge me on replacing control panel. Not the first time Pulliam has tried this tactic to make money off of this unsuspecting pool owner. Will not be using them again. EVER. Opinion - Unethical business practices. BEWARE and do your research!
Pulliam Pools did a phenomenal job building our pool while our new home was under construction. Once we were moved in, they promptly and professionally took care of our punch list. Whenever we've had questions, they've been quick to answer them and their service department is great. Our family highly recommends Pulliam!
Pulliam complete my pool project in February of 2016. The designer, Nick, listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver a design that met my needs and the constraints of my property, a rather shallow but wide backyard. he was very helpful and the finished product looks just like the 3d drawings he gave me. The office staff and my construction superintendent, Brian, were very good about keeping me informed about upcoming events in the process and worked around my schedule when needed. They have been very helpful when I've had questions after the pool startup. Everyone that has seen the pool has been impressed with what they were able to accomplish in such a small space. I'm very happy with the results and would not hesitate to use them again.
We are in the market for a pool. Being new to the area I reached out to our community for referrals. Pulliam had rave reviews so we called them. We were told that our info would be passed along to the sales rep that serviced our area. After a weeks time with no call, we called again and waited another week, still no call. We called for a third time and still no one called us. I understand it's a busy time, then don't make promises that someone will contact people when they don't. We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Very solid choice for pool building. They will design to your specifications and they will be there if anything goes wrong. A bit pricey, but solid.
Pulliam built our pool. All of the spa jets leak, they told us to call a leak detection company. The heater wouldn't work in Feb and they replaced the main board. The heater wouldn't work in July of the same year, they told us they can't get parts for it. I found the part while the technician was still here and he said they won't work on it. You would be better served going elsewhere, Pulliam Pools has no pride in the work..
Great people great products!!! Highly Recommended...
Having a pool I think is a dream come true for most people. My dream came true this summer when Pulliam Pools put in our pool. The entire process took a few weeks and we were swimming in the heat of summer before we knew it. The staff was excellent, keeping me informed every step of the way and helping in some the critical decisions along the way.
Having our Pulliam Pool has allowed my family to spend more time together and create some great memories. I am very grateful to Debra Smith and her entire crew that makes dreams come true.
Love my pool, couldn t have been happier! Did an amazing job!
Pulliam Pools have built 2 pools for me over the years. I couldn't be happier with the quality and service. My pool was completed before the promised date. I highly recommend Pulliam if you are considering a pool contractor.
We started the design process and have loved every step of the way! Very detailed oriented. They have answered all our questions and have made the process enjoyable! We recommend Pulliam for your pool builder and all your outdoor needs! We can't wait to see our finished product!!! Excited!
They built us a great pool and had great customer service. Very pleased!
A pool light was replaced, but not checked - and it still does not work. The DE fllter was cleaned, but we're still getting dirt into the pool. Worse: They never called me for follow-up.
I built my pool with Pulliam before I became an owner. It is comforting to me to know that I received the same quality construction and beautiful pool as others do.
Pulliam built our pool in Jan. 2016, we love it! Choosing Pulliam (interviewed 3) is the best decision my husband and I made. Since the inception the staff was always been there informing us every step of the process, outstanding customer service. Thanks to Carl, our salesperson/designer for his amazing designs and the "pool school" is also a great feature for first time pool owners. Overall, my husband and I highly recommend Pulliam Pools!
I really wanted to use Pulliam for some renovation work. Anthony came out and provided an estimate which seemed fair. However, I called multiple times to discuss and schedule the work, and left him vmails, but never got a call back. Very unfortunate as Pulliam has been very helpful in the past.
*UPDATE* - Anthony reached out to apologize for the communication breakdown. He made it very clear he was there to assist with any future needs, in any way he could. I was very appreciative of his response and it was just at the right time...
We were actually having some trouble getting the pool deck redone the way we wanted with the current pool remodel company, and their sub-contractor. We needed an end-to-end solution to address our expansive soil issues and I was very clear about this being our end objective. This didn't seem to be fully communicated to the sub and they were treating it like any other pool deck job. The other pool co. and the sub wanted to charge substantially more to correct the issues, when I saw they weren't fully addressing our problem..
I reached back out to Anthony at Pulliam to see if he could step in and make sure it was done to our specification, addressing our issues. He had no problem doing what was needed with the piers, turn-down beam, soil excavation and fill, even suggesting some extra measures (soil injection), and for a reasonable amount. Anthony stayed on top of the work and made sure it all happened the way we wanted. He made sure to address the needs of our end objective, being agile during the project and making the necessary adjustments. He did so without making a big deal about it...
The deck turned out great and they power washed/acid washed the existing patio and deck when they were done. They even helped clean up a few areas that I had planned on doing myself later. Anthony and his team really went above and beyond to make us happy and address our problem. I will definitely continue using them in the future for this type of work.
Heath is the best! Today he responded quickly to our question about our pool Pulliam put in way back in 2004. We had a great experience working with them then and over the last 13 years.
We interviewed 5 pool builders and Pulliam was the best and most thorough. Our designer James was great to work with and designed exactly what we wanted. Our construction supervisor Brian communicated promptly, kept us updated, and always let us know what was next in the process.
We have had our pool for 8 months now and could not be happier. The 2 times we have called for minor issues they have responded immediately and with professionalism and courtesy.
Building a pool is a major investment and one that can be a complete nightmare if done poorly. Trust a company that has been in business for generations. We did and sleep well at night knowing we are in good hands.
Terrible communication regarding a pool renovation request. I had numerous conversations with the renovation manager between 5/3/19 - 6/24/19 via email, text message & phone calls looking for a start date. Renovation Manager never followed through. Even when I called the main office to escalate this matter I was told there was no escalation path and that I needed to call the Renovation Managers phone. I finally gave up and used someone else.
Pullium did a great job and I would recommend them to everyone
Our pool is 20 years old. Had an update 10 years ago. We were looking for a "makeover" including a new deck and changing some features inside the pool. Got the standard 3 bids. One was too hot, one was too cool, and one was just right. We picked Pulliam because of their reputation for follow up and their renovation specialist Anthony Dursi. Anthony not only gave us a competitive estimate, but recommended options that gave us a better result under budget. We got updates 2x a week on progress. Crews were nice guys, great workmanship, and cleaned up everything. Anyone can build a pool, but it's the details and service that count. Anthony was most concerned that were were happy and went the extra mile to ensure that. Never seen my wife so happy to stroke a check. ;>)
Could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish the communication and quality was obvious and even noticed by my neighbors. They cleaned up after everyday and were a joy to work with. My salesman Andrew Fluty is a real pro and went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were informed and knew what to expect. Frankie is an amazing project manager and made sure we knew what was happening, when and why. We love our pool and would do it all over again with Pulliam. The quality of work shows in all the details both big and small. Thank you Pulliam!!!
Pullium Pools installed my pool in 1993. When I asked for referrals, they dropped a list of names as thick as a phone book on my table and said "call anyone you want". Pullium Pool's quality, customer service and "can do" attitude is the best. I've recommended them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so. Thank you Mike Clark and every one at Pullium Pools for a Job Well Done!!!
We used Pulliam Pools when we built our pool last year. They were professional and honest. We had bad weather during the construction, but they handled it perfectly. They worked anytime they could and always kept us in the loop about who might be coming out and what they were going to do. They have stood behind the pool and even came back out to fix a drainage issue recently. I highly recommend Pulliam Pools!
Love, LOVE, LOVE our Pulliam Pool!! It's gorgeous, and I love having a salt water pool. I'd recommend them to anyone who is researching before they make a decision on their pool builder.
Don't go to Pulliam for service! My booster pump went out and I decided to try to replace it myself. When I got into a little trouble, I called Pulliam. I told them exactly what I needed. I called on Monday, had to go out of town Tuesday and wouldn't be back until Friday. They said no problem, they had Saturday available. Then they called me Tuesday morning to come out that day, same thing on Wednesday. Thursday they called my wife (also out of town). Friday they called to confirm the tech would call Saturday to set up a time. Guess what, nobody called on Saturday. I called and was told we weren't on the schedule! They had to call the service tech, who later gave me a call. I was told "by the way, did they tell you since you're providing the equipment we charge double?, It's going to be $250". What a rip-off! This should be a 30 minute job max! And if Pulliam had told me on Monday, I could have gotten someone else! But noooo, they waited until the last minute on the weekend to drop that bomb. I'll never deal with Pulliam again and I'll recommend nobody else does either!
