large, spacious room with a kitchenette, clean, good location close to the center
service was good, but "crazy", we ordered a transfer from the airport (for an additional fee), but nobody showed up to the airport, breakfast very poor
The only advantage of this hotel is the location of the hotel is very poor in terms of cleanliness and service as you do not even have ice during the day and for a week even the sheets did not change at all and the cold water of the hotel was often interrupted in the morning.
The hotel has been completely renovated, and I advise all tourists to stay in it, its price is very cheap, its services are very high and it is close to Nizami Street and the markets
Clean and neat hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Plus a great location to explore Baku (it's located near the cosy Fountain Square). In addition the hotel is quite cheap. Much value for money!
A cozy and quiet hotel with a very polite, ethical and conscientious staff with a perfect breakfast. The hotel supplies are charged daily. The rooms are clean and have a full range of amenities for a reasonably priced room.
Budget hotel that must have seen better days. For those who have no pretensions and is not intimidated. Great location, quite varied breakfast, the staff does its best, but communication is not the best and maintenance almost absent. Something to improve to return to being a "boutique hotel" as it was defined in 2012 at the time of the Baku Eurovision.
Small hotel but nice for visiters whom going to stay for short periods of time, staff are so friendly
Mold in the bathroom. Very loud from the hallway and air conditioning from the street (windows are not noise-proof). The location is very convenient. Near all the sights.
We booked an executive room, but when we arrived we got one of the smallest room which was dirty. We claimed an other one when they put us in a bigger room which was even dirtier. Finally we got the exexutive which was booked in June (!), so we could not understand the situation at all.
Beside this problem, there is a bar located on the first level of the hotel, which makes incredible noise until 3 am.
It is unacceptable at this price of the hotel and at the mark of four-star-hotel.
They should tell in their description this circumstance.
The stuff does not speak English very well - so it is hard to ask any advice.
Plus we wanted to have a small kitchenett, but all what they have a kattle and two mugs :D So there was not any plates or knife etc.
Otherwise the location is good, because it is close to the Fountain Square.
Excellent place to stay for the money... good location. Would recommend to anyone. Staff is wonderful!
Staff very close to the center I would recommend a clean and suitable hotel
The hotel is quite old and has not been updated apparently for a long time. Room 212 has a bad shower (the water leaves poorly and the watering can is faulty), the air conditioner noise (not the air conditioner itself, but something inside it makes unpleasant sounds), the door to the room does not open completely because the faulty air conditioner drips water onto the floor and the wooden floor has dried up . A small kitchen with 4 tables because of this in the morning the turn of those wishing to have breakfast. With minuses it seems everything. Now the pros. Good location, just perfect. The staff is quite friendly and not intrusive. Towels are changed every day, no need to remind. Well, that s all .... Four Stars DO NOT Deserve !!!!!!! I rate it at 3 out of 5 and then because of the location.
Ok hotel in Baku for a short stop. Wouldn't recommend for long stays.
This hotel is terrible. They are bullshiting and trying to steal your money. They wasted my time and money. What a shame to be in Baku.
My family order true booking app this hotel three rooms... unfortunately we found out after the reservation that there is no elevator in this hotel and this hotel not set for handicapped people- which my aunt is ... we call and ask them to cancel but they very greedy hotel and they don't care that we are not able to enjoy there hotel and they still charging full price for the all three hotels even if we not going show up at the hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We tried to cancel in a month advance but again this greedy hotel doesn't care even do we showed invalid I.D. Don't ever reserve this hotel ! They even don't have employees that speak English! No one speak to ... ignorant and careless for their guests!!!! DON'T DO MY MISTAKE- THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR GUESTS Just money:(((((((((((((((((((((
And ther is a lot of nice and 4-5 stars hotels in the area much much better then this old ugly not modern hotel !
