Our pool is 20 years old. Had an update 10 years ago. We were looking for a "makeover" including a new deck and changing some features inside the pool. Got the standard 3 bids. One was too hot, one was too cool, and one was just right. We picked Pulliam because of their reputation for follow up and their renovation specialist Anthony Dursi. Anthony not only gave us a competitive estimate, but recommended options that gave us a better result under budget. We got updates 2x a week on progress. Crews were nice guys, great workmanship, and cleaned up everything. Anyone can build a pool, but it's the details and service that count. Anthony was most concerned that were were happy and went the extra mile to ensure that. Never seen my wife so happy to stroke a check. ;>)
