A great service for shirts. Initially I was impressed because they had the best website in this field, but now that I've seen the product and customer service I'm definitely a repeat customer.

Proper Cloth charges a fair price for a quality product. They're not the cheapest MTM site out there, but their construction and customer service can't be beat. Lots of fabric options and meaningful choices about shirt details. I, too, received a first shirt with several fit issues, got expert advice from their staff, and got a free replacement shirt that fits perfectly. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

The quality of these shirts are top flight and in my location about thirty to thirty five dollars less than high end off the rack mens shirts. The sizing was spot on so I had no excessive cuff showing and the chest size gave me the necessary room. I also found that my orders have been timely which is often rare but greatly appreciated.

I was in the custom clothing business for 15 years and have been wearing custom shirts since 1987. For my first shirt with Proper Cloth I used measurements from an existing shirt and the fit was great, with one minor exception. The first button was a little lower than the shirts I own so I emailed customer service and they responded with a solution to the issue and created an updated fit profile for me. The website is easy to use, the delivery time is great, and the product is awesome, especially for the price.

Top notch customer service. Post office lost my package and when I mentioned I couldn't rate their product because it was missing, they investigated themselves and then sent a replacement without me having to ask. When it did come, the masks were super comfortable, fit well and made from quality fabric.

I was skeptical at first about ordering a shirt online, but it arrived sooner than promised and fit perfectly. It kept its size after a wash and iron. I will be ordering more from them.

My arms are longer than average so I've typically had to purchase off the shelf shirts a size larger to get the sleeve length I needed. Until I found Proper Cloth, I assumed custom made shirts were just too expensive. I now know that is not the case. Proper Cloth makes it very easy to obtain custom shirts and with just a few small changes to my personal profile, I've dialed them in to the exact fit I'm looking for and the price is very reasonable. I do not intend to purchase an off the shelf dress shirt ever again.

These are probably the best quality and style shirts available online. Great variety of fabrics and styles. I have probably ordered too many but will also probably keep ordering because they are so awesome!!!

Best shirt experience I have ever had! I've designed three shirts that you would never ever see in a store! Can you imagine a pearl snap Linen shirt? Never in a million years but heck when it's 100 degrees and 75% humidity Linen is the only way to go! This is an addition. Once again perfect! If you aren't having your shirts made by Proper Cloth you are missing out!

Took a few tries to get the fit right. I'd avoid they're smart fit altogether. I almost gave up on the company, after the first two fits failed to meet my expectations. The customer service professionalism and willingness to please convinced me to give it another shot, and third time was the charm. I havn't bought a dress shirt from anyone else since.

Man I love this company, I ordered from them numerous times without a problem. I ordered a shirt from this company; unbeknownst to me my wife came in with a shirt from a different store for a wedding we have to attend. I was worried that I would not be able to cancel my order. When I called the person from this company was extremely gracious needless to say I didn t have any problems canceling and getting a refund. I recommend this company to everyone......I just hope this place never goes out of business.

This was my first experience with an on-line custom sized shirt purchase. The web-site offered a detailed questionnaire that helped determine my exact size and the type of fit I wanted. I was blown away by the shirt when it arrived--it fit like an absolute glove! The fabric was very soft and rich and the details were outstanding. Amazing company that has really figured out how to do custom clothing over the Internet without a physical storefront. Prices, selection, and quality are all top notch when compared to competitors.

I had to return the very first shirt I bought for a minor update on one of my options for a better fit. Since then, I have ordered well over two dozen shirts and have not had to return one of them. Compare that to one of the competitors that has a physical storefront where I was measured, and it took nearly three months and three returns to get a shirt that fit.

Great service, great product, great value for money. Seems hard to believe but the model works. You can have shirts that fit perfectly without an actual Taylor taking your measures.

My experience with Proper Cloth from ordering to delivery and the shirt itself has been top notch! The shirt feels and fits great, and I'm not an easy combination to order for (I'm short and stout...). I highly recommend Proper Cloth.

I didn't get the fit right on the first shirt. The team at Proper Cloth was great about adjusting the fit and sending me a new shirt. The did exactly what the said they would do to get it right. I will use them for my next shirt purchase.

As I age and start adding pounds, it was a matter of finding clothes that fit well. I decided to try this custom shirt maker and even visited the shop in NYC and ordered my first shirt. What a great fit! The price is a little higher than paying full price for name branded shirts BUT this one fits perfect all the way around! Great fabric selection and great customer service.

My shirt from Proper Cloth was the first shirt I've ever had that actually FIT. I'm slender and never before found sleeves long enough (35") with a neck that fit as snugly as I wanted (14.5"). My dress shirt from Proper Cloth is the best shirt EVER.

Top quality custom shirts, I've tried many companies and this is the only one I consistently order with

As a slimmer guy at 6'3'', with a large neck, I've found it almost impossible to find tailored-fit shirts off the rack that fit my body where I'm also able to button the collar. I work in a professional environment and got tired of looking like a bum while wearing a suit and tie with an unbuttoned collar. Started looking for custom options and found the company online. The website makes it easy to set up your basic measurement profile which you can store for all of your future purchases, and you can go back and tweak it at any time. At first I was hesitant to pull the trigger because of the price. Certain companies offer better "deals", but lack in variety and ease-of-use online. There are certainly cheaper options, but the variety of fabrics and levels of customization are endless on the website. I figured I have a decent job now and can afford something nice once in a while, so I'll get one and if it's not that great, then I don't have to order any more.

The first shirt came three weeks later in the mail. It's creased and wrinkly coming out of the packaging, but any shirt is like that. Once it came back from the dry-cleaner I was so impressed by the fit and quality of the shirt. There were no dangling threads or tattered edges inside the seams. The collar fits perfectly as does the rest of the shirt. I've since ordered 3 more shirts, and every time I get a follow up email from the company making sure that everything went well with the experience. I definitely would recommend them to anybody with tricky measurements needing to look their best. Thanks Proper Cloth and keep up the good work.

I'm a larger guy and ordering XXL clothes online is always hit-or-miss. Proper Cloth was able to get my fit spot-on after one alteration. Now my sizes are saved and I have several dress shirts, slacks, casual shirts and jackets that fit just right. Couldn't be happier with the quality and world-class service they provide. Very happy customer.

I have been nothing but pleased with Proper Cloth. I have ordered 4 shirts in the last 6 months without visiting a store. The fitting procedure takes a bit of time but well worth the investment. The follow-up alteration was spot on. Their personal follow-up is also friendly and welcoming; and they continue to request to see the fit and suggest any further tweaks. The quality has been great and speed of delivery has been about 2 weeks. I've tried a few other options for custom shirts, but I'd definitely recommend Proper Cloth over those.

Fantastic experience! I am a big, tall, hard-to-fit guy and I had about resigned myself to shirts that were either too snug and short or too blousy and, well, ugly! What a great experience. For the same or lower price as shopping at a nice box retailer, you get to customize your size -- not just neck and arm length, but across more than 10 dimensions. I had real doubts, but when I received my shirt it was absolutely perfect. You do have to be careful to dry clean (or I guess depending on the fabric chosen it could be different), as these are not "pre-shrunk" mass produced items. The sleeve lengths shortened on me quite a bit when my cleaner mistakenly washed instead of dry cleaned. No fault of the company though.

Most beautiful fabric I've ever had my hands on, super fast shipping and superb customer service after a shipping clip tore a thread out. A bit pricey but there is probably no better value around. If you love special fabrics and like to have a shirt tailored to your specifications, then this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!

Dropped by since I was in NYC for a bit. I wasn't able to get sized because I didn't have an appointment (my fault), but they were very helpful nonetheless. Their operation is impressive.

It is hard to believe that one could get a better fitting shirt those provided by Proper Cloth. It takes perhaps an hour or two to go through the fitting measurements and they remade the first shirt for me. The fine-tuning of the shirt measurements, together with the quality of the product is nothing short of perfect!

Excellent high quality masks with soft straps that don't cut into your ears, thoughtfully cut to form-fit the face with breathing room and an interior pocket for a HEPA filter mesh or other filters to be added. Sophisticated , understated color palette.

I highly, highly recommend Proper Cloth to anyone looking for high-quality, custom fit workwear. I had an amazing experience in the NYC Soho store. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now that I've got a custom suit and a couple of dress shirts from Proper Cloth, I don't plan on going anywhere else for these items in the future. The suits are about the same price (~$700) as what you would find at J Crew or Nordstrom (referring to their average suits), but 2-3 times the quality. These are on par with suits that sell for $1,500-2,000 in department stores. So try out Proper Cloth!

I have bought four Proper Cloth shirts. I will buy many more. I was an Eton shirt enthusiast for years. (Eton makes VERY nice shirts.) I am now a convert to Proper Cloth, with no intention of going elsewhere. So long as PC continues to deliver their perfect fit and timely service I will keep buying. Simply put, there is no better shirt in my closet or my opinion.

Great staff here and a nice open space with many options! The measurements didn t take long and although the fabric feels a bit thin of the shirt we ordered it fits quite well.

Ridiculously seamless (no pun intended), from my quick fitting at the SoHo showroom to my first exquisitely crafted shirt arriving at my Toronto doorstep about two weeks later, these guys have it right. Masks have good quality fabric, adjustable ear ties, integrated nose bridge preventing my glasses from fogging up, and are well-proportioned overall. The quality of construction is unmistakable... will buy more. Thank you.

I'm thrilled with this service because (a) I get my shirts a lot faster than I did with traditional made-to-order shirts. (b) The website is extremely well done, and I can readily preview what a fabric will look like in a shirt. (c) I can get swatches to ponder at home. This is so much better than sitting in a tailor shop, trying to make a decision. (d) The prices are a lot more reasonable than you get the traditional way, and there's no 3-shirt minimum, so I was able to confirm the quality of the work before ordering additional shirts. (e) Speaking of the quality, it is just fine. And (f) I have gotten fast and friendly customer service when I have needed it.
