Took a few tries to get the fit right. I'd avoid they're smart fit altogether. I almost gave up on the company, after the first two fits failed to meet my expectations. The customer service professionalism and willingness to please convinced me to give it another shot, and third time was the charm. I havn't bought a dress shirt from anyone else since.
