I was in the custom clothing business for 15 years and have been wearing custom shirts since 1987. For my first shirt with Proper Cloth I used measurements from an existing shirt and the fit was great, with one minor exception. The first button was a little lower than the shirts I own so I emailed customer service and they responded with a solution to the issue and created an updated fit profile for me. The website is easy to use, the delivery time is great, and the product is awesome, especially for the price.
