I'm thrilled with this service because (a) I get my shirts a lot faster than I did with traditional made-to-order shirts. (b) The website is extremely well done, and I can readily preview what a fabric will look like in a shirt. (c) I can get swatches to ponder at home. This is so much better than sitting in a tailor shop, trying to make a decision. (d) The prices are a lot more reasonable than you get the traditional way, and there's no 3-shirt minimum, so I was able to confirm the quality of the work before ordering additional shirts. (e) Speaking of the quality, it is just fine. And (f) I have gotten fast and friendly customer service when I have needed it.
