What a great experience. For the same or lower price as shopping at a nice box retailer, you get to customize your size -- not just neck and arm length, but across more than 10 dimensions. I had real doubts, but when I received my shirt it was absolutely perfect. You do have to be careful to dry clean (or I guess depending on the fabric chosen it could be different), as these are not "pre-shrunk" mass produced items. The sleeve lengths shortened on me quite a bit when my cleaner mistakenly washed instead of dry cleaned. No fault of the company though.
