I have been nothing but pleased with Proper Cloth. I have ordered 4 shirts in the last 6 months without visiting a store. The fitting procedure takes a bit of time but well worth the investment. The follow-up alteration was spot on. Their personal follow-up is also friendly and welcoming; and they continue to request to see the fit and suggest any further tweaks. The quality has been great and speed of delivery has been about 2 weeks. I've tried a few other options for custom shirts, but I'd definitely recommend Proper Cloth over those.
