Pride Hyundai always services my Elantra and they do exactly what I ask of them. They are efficient and respectful of my time and always get me in and out and back to work.

A great Hyundai dealership to do business with. I recently brought in my Sonata for a service recall and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was excellent. I can't wait to purchase my next new Hyundai from Pride again!

The customer service and the technical expertise was exceptional. My Hyundai Tucson 2016 shut down I m the middle of the road with no prior warning. I got to towed to the nearest car dealership and I was so lucky to get Pride Hyundai. They were very professional and helpful about my whole situation.

my mother purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata in 2015 and it was a service loaner, oh goodness what a great experience my mother and father had! they still to this day brag about this company and i would want the world to know!!

my parents were in the market to buy a mid size sedan but at first they went next door and wanted to buy a maxima. after looking at the fine print it was going to cost more for a 2013 used car with over 50k after financing its way more then what the car would be worth so we were all irate and walked up the hill and was greeted by RON? i think his name was a portuguese man. which my parents only speak portuguese so it worked out to the best! we test drove a few cars and i said to him " WE DNT WANT A NEW CAR DONT TRY AND SELL US A BRAND NEW CAR" he just said okay go look around and if you find something you like please let us know. and all of a sudden my parents were discouraged and was about to walk back down the hill to get into MY car and leave. Ron said "HEY! i know you said you dont want a new car but take a look at these 3 used cars" so we said why not? and showed us 3 sport models a red black and silver one. my dad gravitated towards the red one and of course my mother followed and we went on the longest test drive i can immagine and this was later within the day towards closing. and ultimately the car was SOLD. my parents were so eager to just bring it home but of course there was so much more then that they are such a great honest dealership they take the time to listen to your needs and wants and wants to make sure your not CAR POOR or ever encounter buyers remorse! went thru the whole car even fixed a few little scratches and gave us a little of touch up paint and offered us more warranty then hyundai already offers.. piece of mind goes a Long way esp somebody who speaks the same language as you and did not try to take advantage of you due to the language barrier . very happy with this experience and many of our friends went and purchased cars from them/him.

My car was involved in an accident and the damages amounted to about $10,000. As you can imagine that was a pretty big job yet Pride Hyundai managed to get my car back to me looking and feeling better than when it was new! Anna was absolutely wonderful in keeping me updated on what was happening with my car and she really listened to all of my concerns and made sure to communicate them to the body shop. She s professional but Warm and friendly and definitely goes above and beyond for her customers. I felt I was treated more like family and it really was the silver lining to this bed situation I was in with my car. Tony the service manager was fantastic in taking care of the extra services I needed done, and he went the extra mile and buffed out any marks I had on my car. I m so grateful for the amazing work he did, and they even detailed it! My car looks amazing, feels brand new and the work is guaranteed. Hands down this was THE BEST experience I ve ever had with a body shop and I can t recommend them enough!

originally went in to inquire about a re-finance, Elisabeth worked with practically all day to to help me. she put several different deals together to try and find something that will help me with my needs. She is a huge asset to Pride. i hope they never let her go.

My wife and I had gone to multiple dealerships looking for not only the best deal, but the most professional and best put-together company, because purchasing a car doesn't end at the sale.

Maggi, our sales professional, really made the sale. She was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. While the offer wasn't the lowest quote we received, she made us feel very comfortable that Pride Hyundai would go above and beyond to make our long-term experience a great one. I will definitely be recommending Pride Hyundai (and specifically Maggi) to our friends and family in the future. Great job!

The reason that I buy all of my cars at Pride is strictly because of Tony, Wendell, and their Service Technicians. This is the best maintenance that I have ever experienced on any of my vehicles. Great service, timely repairs, and fair pricing.

The price i was told by the sales guy was totally different from what was on the contract. They don't sell you a car from what they have on their website and they take advantage of people. They sold me a car for $28000 and the price on their website is $23000... They tricked me and took advantage of me. They lie about the price of a car and their rebate deduction.. They scammed me...avoid this place. They are terrible

Very disappointed, I worked there and gave my all. After being let go they then proceed to tell unemployment I quit which is far from the truth. I could say a lot of nasty things but I do believe in karma. So consumers if your looking to purchase a vehicle be careful, if they treat employees and past employees this way imagine doing business with them.

Pride Hyundai took good care of my car! From beginning to end they were courteous and prompt. My car was actually done earlier than thought. Thank you, Pride Hyundai, for your excellent service!

I have gone here for service multiple times and each time they are very courteous, professional and honest.

This last time, the body shop fixed our car after it was side swiped and they did a fantastic job. Car looks and rides great. They were completely transparent throughout the process; always calling with updates when they said they would. There were absolutely no surprises.

I will continue to go back to them for any future work or service that is needed.

Just before the holidays, I went into Pride Hyundai. It really was on a whim, as I was positive I was going to get the Honda Accord and just wanted to see how Hyundai stacked up. You can imagine my wife's surprise when I ended up coming home with a Hyundai, NOT a Honda and it was all on account of the friendly, attentive staff, the "no-hassle" paperwork, and the extremely outgoing, uber knowledgeable and professional salesman, Cameron. I've rang him a few times since...just to ask random questions and I feel as though I now have a new friend, as well as a new dealership!! Thanks Pride...still has the new car smell and look forward to being back again!

I didn't buy my Hyundai here, but based on my experience, if I decide to buy another one, I will definitely buy here. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. Wendell, in the Service Department, was a pleasure to deal with. I took my car in to have a part replaced and unfortunately, they didn't have all the necessary parts that day. I was a little frustrated at the thought of having to come back after taking time off work to do this, but Wendell brought over a supervisor to hear what I had to say, and ultimately, they ended up coming to my place of employment today, picked up my car, replaced the part, and brought it back. I really appreciate that they made things right and will happily refer them to anyone looking to buy.

Their service department is very nice, I do recommend that side, but, when I decided to possibly look into a newer car, that was a joke. I found a model I was interested in - and made it very clear that I wanted to communicate via email or text only, and the first thing they do is call and call. That was my one request... I work very very long stressful days and don't have time to be on the phone. Other dealerships in the past - I had completely done transactions online and just came in to sign. And really there are virtual car buying opportunities all over the country now....maybe they need to realize it is 2019. If they couldn't follow a simple request when I was going to buy from them, I was planning to fill out the credit app..finance with them and everything. And the messages left for me were not customer service oriented either. This all to me was an indicator to not buy a car from them. I went a different route and really glad I did.

Roy Silveira at Pride Hynidai sold me a new car and the experience was very positive. I've talked with Roy several times over the past months as I've thought about which new car to purchase. He was never high pressure and always knowledgeable about his products. He honestly told me that he wouldn't recommend a particular model for me because it didn't meet the needs that I expressed. When I finally decided on the car to buy, I was in and out within 4 hours and the process was completely painless.

I was going to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership, overall the deal was good. However the staff became rude when I would call to ask about title registration. Walli specifically was short and Kurt, it seemed like he didn t have time or patience to be bothered with my questions. The sales person was new and still in training, many of the questions she either needed to ask Walli or she would provide inaccurate information and would have to correct what she told me later. Ultimately I told them I ll take my money elsewhere. If you re someone who likes being informed about the progress of your car being sold to you, when you can take delivery of your car, and questions about finance (interest rate, the ridiculous 499.00 doc fee, 180.00 registration fee, and many other fees they charge) avoid this place.

We have purchased Hyundai Vehicles prior with another dealership. We came to Pride to look and see what they had to offer. Maggie was absolutely amazing!!! We felt so comfortable with her. Maggie made the process so easy for us. We will never go anywhere else. By far the best dealership and salesperson we have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a new or pre owned vehicle, go to Pride and see Maggie. You will not be disappointed.

Very unprofessional group, will Never return, worst New car buying experience, from the Top of the Organization down, Pathetic to say the Least. Bought the vehicle on Monday 10/19, sales manager tried 3 times to scam me with a "Fee", he was conveniently forgetting to subtract the trade in allowance for my trade, from the total price of the new car, and adding a 7% fee. 7% x 14,000= $980 fee into his pocket. Then the clueless finance manager "Art" begins the paperwork, notices a monitoring company on my credit (Good to have) and says I will have to wait with the sale associate until he resolves it, NP. 45 minutes later he says he cannot get through to Hyundai finance, I shouldn't wait around, he will take care of it, he doesn't. What he never told me was I had to call Hyundai finance myself (Fine if he gave me the number and actually explained this to me) due to the credit monitoring service I have. Finally on Wednesday I get through, and after numerous calls to Pride Hyundai and Rob K (He's In Charge) none of these associates, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, No One ever told me I had to call Hyundai Finance directly. Probably should have told me Monday while I was sitting with Art in his office. Today, just NOW, 24 or 25 days later my new Registration arrived in the mail, speaking with the Owner, Lisa Anjous Pariseau, she sent me an email (I'll post shortly)stating she would mail it asap, she didn't. I left her a VM, and as expected no call back. The new registration is dated 11/6 today is 11/24. DO NOT Purchase a car here!!!!

This was our 2nd Hyundai purchase from Pride in Seekonk we are so very pleased with all aspects of our new car Maggi is a very informative salesperson I have told many people about how easy and smooth it was.

I went into the dealership with an upside down loan and extremely high interest rate on a vehicle that I had bought 2 years ago. Roy was an amazing person who took the time to help go through several vehicles that would make me feel comfortable and work for my budget. He helped get me out of the awful loan I was in and put me in a reliable vehicle that was affordable for me. His personality was so welcoming, not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I highly recommend anyone who shops at Pride to see Roy for anything you might need. Definitely will be returning in the future when its time to buy again!!

Just purchased the 2011 sonata hybrid. The car is gorgeous and drives like a dream. Maggi assisted me with everything even before I walked in the door. She is top notch, personable, professional, kind, outgoing and her hard work shows. I'm over the moon pleased and have found my one car shopping stop. Bravo to the entire staff and thank you!!!!

Pretty fast deal for buying a car. Knew what we wanted, knew what we wanted to pay and got a fair deal. Roy was great, cut down some of the back and forth games which I appreciated.

People were very helpful,waiting area was extremely clean,my car was done in a timely manner.

I started leasing my car last year from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. The entire experience from start to finish was great. I recently brought my car in for maintenance and the service department was such a delight to deal with. Tony, the Service Manager, takes his time to explain details about my car and what it needed so that I understood it. I could tell that he knew what he was talking about and I trusted him fully with my car. He was such a pleasure to work with. The world needs more Tonys. I just recently purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, Mike S worked with me to find a card that would work for me financially and that I liked. We had already looked at a couple dealerships in RI before coming to Pride and I was impressed with their customer interactions and no hassle. Mike was very honest with us and worked with us to meet a deal that we were both happy with. I would definitely recommend pride Hyundai, for their service and great cars.

Avoid buying the cars at this dealer, who doesn't know how to treat the customers. Completely disappointed me by making false statement of
less price when I first visited and later when I visited there again expecting that price, but they cheated me by increasing the price in just two days difference.

The service department at Pride Hyundai is great. Always friendly, and willing to get things done promptly and correctly. I would buy a car from Pride because of their service.

The Pride service department staff always treats us well. We have 2 autos that they service and we have never had an issue with the work they have performed.

Always fast and courteous! Very attentive to details and always make sure you are satified with any service.

Purchase used vehicle great experience

I just bought a used Hyundai Tucson best experience I ever had in buy a vehicle Went in and told them my needs and wants and manager said he would find me what I was looking for wasn t there more than 30 minutes on my first visit left my finance info while I was there for them to pull my credit report And I test drive one of the vehicles similar to the one I was looking for Came back 2 weeks later and they had what I was looking for finished up my paper work again only about another 30 minute process left and came back couple days later to sign final papers and provide proof of insurance they said the lowest finance they could get was 11% when I came back they ended up getting me 7% financing I had special registration needs so I left once again as they needed some time to take care of my registration and get the car detailed I came back the plates were on the car and it was ready to go great group of people my salesman was. Dennis Esteavo And the manager I dealt with is Rob both were very professional and treated me well highly recommend this dealership and I will be returning to upgrade to a full size next year great group

Can t say enough good thing. Bought my car in Wilmington Mass now I wish I bought it at Pride. On the other hand now that I go to pride I would not go anywhere else they are great to work with.

The service at Pride Hyundai in Seekonk is outstanding.They go above and beyond to accommodate their customers concerns. The service tech Wendell was very knowledgeable and had my car repaired the same day. I would highly recommend this company. Also has a very clean and neat waiting area.

I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited in October 2017 and had a great experience with Maggie and the staff! Super accommodating and helped me purchase the vehicle for a price that worked for me. When my car was totaled in January 2018, I took it to their Collision Center and had a pleasant customer service experience even though the result of my new car being totaled was an unpleasant situation. Immediately, they informed Maggie of my situation and she quickly worked to get me information on another 2016 Hyundai Tucson Eco (w/Turbo)... this one was actually better than my first one! Worked with the Dave and the Finance Department to get a great rate on my loan and ultimately ended up in a better situation than I was expecting! Highly recommend.

Spoke to Matt on a Wednesday about my motor making noise and throwing a knock sensor code. He advised me to bring the car in and have a look at it. By Friday everything was set to go!! The paperwork was started before walking in the door and Matt had a rental already staged by for me. I was anxious I would be spending thousands, but Matt was quick and spoke to Hyundai of America and advised me that my vehicle was being fixed under warranty. My Santa Fe needed a motor. Matt had the motor ordered and the Technician had the car ready to go within 72 hours. They were very professional and easy to work with. Matt and the technicians have my full trust I now know where I will be bringing my vehicle for service.

Came here to get a brochure and look at a couple vehicles on the lot. Salesperson was friendly enough, and the sales manager was kind in offering a test drive whenever I had time. I *know* that's his job, but I didn't feel an exorbitant amount of pressure to buy during my visit.

I am so happy with the service I received buying a car with Chris and Rob!!! I went to 3 other places before I went there and no one was willing to work with us. When we walked into pride they not only worked with us but they got me into the exact car I wanted!!! And they were super fast we got our car in 1 day with not alot of money down. I bought my car here and I always go back for any repairs. Customer service is amazing there! I always feel very welcomed and they do whatever it takes to help you and to make sure you're happy when you leave. I took my car to get fix in this location and they took over a month with my car in order to get fix.. never give me up dates about what was going on .. I dont recommend any body this place !

I had a great experience at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. The 3 employees that were behind the desk were each assisting others when I walked in the door, but they all acknowledged that I had entered with a polite smile. I was a walk in for an oil change and was told that they were very busy. I asked if I should make an appointment for another day in the current week, but was told that would not be necessary and even though they were busy with appointments they would do their best to complete my car in a timely fashion. My car was in and out in less time than other shops I have been to in the past, with which I had made appointments. The bill was even less than some of those other shops.

I had an excellent experience at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk! I leased my first Sonata from here a few years ago, and last week was able to trade it in for a newer one early. My Father and I worked with Michael Domingos and Jonathan Borges, who were very knowledgeable and genuine. They did everything they could to make sure we got the best deal and were satisfied with the outcome. I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride (excuse the pun...), which I've experienced happen at other dealerships. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Hyundai!!

They take your information and tell you they will look for a vehicle that you want then never get back to you. They give you the run around. Empty promises

Awesome! I was planning to go to another one but my brake pads needed to be fix. I called them up around 8am and they told me to come in. It took almost 3-4 hours but I had a lot of stuff that had to be fix. Wendell helped me out. I went to go get IHOP because I was starving. I was going to order a Lyft and I went to tell him and he told me to cancel it. He got someone to drop me off and pick me off. Great service felt welcome will come again if needed.

From the moment I dropped my car off until the moment I drove away, everything here went smoothly and effortlessly. The employees were attentive, helpful, and pleasant. Anna particularly, who worked with me the most, really made a bad experience (the car accident) as pleasant and stress-free as possible. She went above and beyond in keeping me updated with everything during the repair as well as made sure that I felt more than comfortable contacting her with any concerns. If I ever need anything handled with my car again, I will 100% come back here as well as recommend it to anyone I know.

Decided I should start looking for a new car. Walked in and right away Tom greeted me. He was able to answer all of my questions. He was very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with, as well as very helpful! I was very happy with the visit!

I've been lied to repeatedly by this dealership. I'm a war veteran, and requested a veteran registration. The dealership bungled this, and initially tried to pass blame to everyone other than themselves. After being pressed, they eventually admitted that it had been their mistake and agreed to get a new veteran registration. A month passed and the dealership did not follow through with this promise. They then agreed to refund us the money for the registration. Again, a month has passed with no follow through on this promise.

I've attempted to contact their general manager, Bill Oldmixon, by phone and email numerous times with no response. When asked, the staff is clearly instructed to say, "He is in a meeting". There is no integrity at this dealership and I will not be doing business with them again. I would advise others to avoid dealing with them as well..

The associate lied to us, they made us get an inspection we never needed and then got into a verbal altercation after they lied and we pointed it out. Don't go here, it's the worst and you can get better service elsewhere

Now we were asked to call to talk to Lisa (she responded to this actually) and somehow she is never at her desk and never returns any message I leave. It is baffling they say that customer service is their first priority but they they literally ignore their customers

I can't believe I am picking up my new car next Friday. The loan officer Roy, and Sales Supervisor Greg, were amazing.They don't try to push you into buying a car you can't afford like car salesmen normally do. This dealership has amazing people who work here. The owner, Lisa, is absolutely exceptional! She helped me with an issue that I was struggling to resolve, and I could not have resolved it without her help. If you are local and looking for a place that actually cares about people, this is the place for you!

I stopped in to look at the Hyundai line, and was very disappointed with the cold atmosphere, I felt. I went to another Hyundai showcase to view the product and ended up acquiring one . It seems they just don't care at the pride store in Seekonk......

So I bought a car here last year. They ran multiple hard inquiries, and spelt my name wrong on them! So I have 8 hard inquiries just from one dealership. Was not aware of this nor did I consent to multiple hard inquiries.
When looking at the car itself I looked at the prices listed on their website. They kept trying to sell it for 2k higher than listed. You know, that's false advertising.
Also the salesman was hitting on me. He was much older and made the whole process very uncomfortable. Not a happy customer.
They also wanted me to drive illegally. Gave me dealer plates for several days and told me if I got pulled over to say I was test driving.
Seems shady.

Young sales staff. Have an outrageous "regional price adjustment" charge that increase cost at least $3000 above MSRP. They will then give you discount on this false price and pretend it is a good deal. When asked about the price adjustment they claim everyone has it, which is not true. Would not return for a car in the future.

Our experience started off a little rough, but ended very nicely. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Pride Hyundai. Everyone treated us very nicely and were very professional. Dean was very nice, very accommodating along with the General Manager. We didn't think we would be able to afford the car we wanted, but when we went back to talk to the finance manager Dave, he really worked a miracle for us, and he also made it fun purchasing the vehicle. Buying a car is always a very stressful process, very nerve racking, but I have to say at Pride there is absolutely no pressure. I cannot say enough nice things about Pride Hyundai. Dean took the time to show my daughter and I all of the gadgets and goodies in our vehicle and sent us on our way. I just want to say a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to everyone that dealt with us. Visited pride Hyundai recently and had the pleasure of dealing with Doug Knight. Usually don t post reviews but I had such a pleasant experience. I explained that I was in the beginning stages and he went above and beyond making me feel as if my satisfaction was paramount. When I am ready I will be visiting Doug again at Pride Hyundai!
