Highly satisfied car shopping experience. Angel was honest and upfront the whole time with regards to trade value and financing options. Got more for the trade than expected and great staff experience with everyone. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return for next vehicle.

Roy Sr. Helped my choose my new car I really liked the fact that he did not pressure me into making a decision. I would recommend to ask for him I was very pleased it was a great experience!! Stress Free. Overall Great experience I love my new car!
It took me a while to decide if I should give this place a 1 star or 5 stars. I had a 5 stars service from Billy (sales consultant), Aaron (sales consultant) and Tim (Internet sales manager). But I had a very unpleasant interaction with the Finance Manager. I believe his name is Mike. I was in the market for an electric car. After I narrowed my decision to a Kona Electric. I reached out to several Hyundai dealerships to see which one would give me a good deal. Pride Hyundai was very responsive (Tim). So, I decided to stop by their office to see if I could close the deal. Once in the office, I requested a summary of their offer in writing. I didn t want any surprises: fees I didn t know. So, they gave me a written offer. The offer had the price we talked about by email, plus all their fees, and a $1500 discount. So, I said: let s do it! . Me and the sales manager signed the offer. I waited on Billy s desk for several minutes until they took me to the Finance Manager s office. Before I started signing all the papers, the Finance Manager is trying to sell me an extended warranty at a very expensive price. I was not interested so I politely declined. He said: Let me see if I can give you a good deal . He made some changes in the computer then he gave me a lower price. So, I am thinking: this guy wanted to screw me over with a high price first. But, since I didn t take the bait, he is now pretending to be nice and give me a discount. Well, I declined the lower price too. After my second declined, he started with his manipulative sales tactics. He tried to make me feel bad I was making a bad decision. I am not being smart, etc. I was polite. So, I said No, thanks . He raised his eyebrows and started preparing the whole paperwork. I started signing the paperwork and I realized he was not putting the $1500 discount from written offer, which by the way, I have a copy of it. So, I made him aware. He checked the offer and he agreed to grant the discount. He started a new set of paperwork and I signed them all. The final step was me going the bank to get the down payment. While I was in the bank they call me and they said they made a mistake. The $1500 shouldn t be there. I was: WHAT?!. I was very disappointed. I thought I was getting a good deal and I wasn t. I came back and Billy was very apologetic. He said he was sorry for the mistake. I requested to talk to the General Manager. But, he wasn t available at the moment. The Finance Manager was walking by and he told me they deal was without the $1500, period . I tried to make my point that I have a signed offer and he repeated: they deal was without the $1500 with a louder voice. While I am still digesting that the offer was without the $1500, I tried to negotiate other options. Then, he raised his voice and said: I am losing my patience, the deal is without the $1500 dollars . He was mad. He had a face he was ready to punch me. I was shocked. Well, that didn t finish there. He started with his manipulative techniques again. He said: Who does that?, You are like people when they get $5 extra in change and you don t say anything . I am even more shocked. So, I said: Seriously? He said: Yes, seriously and he kept going. He started repeating himself until he reached my limit. I said: I am backing out of the deal because of your comments . So, he stopped. He left while still saying stuff. What an unpleasant event, isn t it? I believe the Finance Manager sucks at his job. If you part of your job is dealing with people, I believe you need to like people. Otherwise, find another job. Now, is this the way this dealership works: the good cop bad cop? I really don t know. I am not a lawyer. But I am pretty sure I could have fought for the $1500 they agreed on legally. Anyways, if you decide to go with this dealership and want to avoid an event like mine, ask your sales consultant to do the finance part with Aaron. He was great!
Doug Knight was very professional, positive, and full of knowledge, he helped me find the perfect car without me having any clue of what I wanted. I highly recommend this place and commend Doug on his amazing service.
Roy and Mahmoud delivered top notch service. They did everything possible to ensure that mine and my mom's experience was a pleasurable one. Super patient and great service! Everyone was nice and down to earth. No pressure. We left with 2 new cars! I highly recommend!
Worst place ever.......dont go there.if its your first time financing and dont know anything about cars, make sure you do your research first. They will sell you a used car for the price of new car with lots of mileage on it.
My experience at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk was great. They were able to help me find the perfect car for my grandmother for the RIGHT price. I suggest you go see rob & chris if you re planning on buying a new car! You won t be disappointed I PROMISE!
Super friendly staff, very outgoing and professional. My shark antenna wasn't functioning once I brought my vehicle home. I spoke with Maggi and she had me come in and set me up with the service department for the repairs. The part came in very quickly and scheduled my date and time. It didn't take them long to replace this and I was off and jamming to my xm radio. Phenomenal service A+++++++++++++
For over eight years we have serviced our car with Pride Hyundai of Seekonk,we have always been extremely satisfied. The needed work was done perfectly and on time.and the service crew very helpful and courteous.Susan
I told Angel what I needed and that is exactly what i got. Angel went the extra mile and made my first car buying experience excellent. I strongly suggest working with him. I brought my uncle with me and he took the time to answer all of our questions. I did not feel rushed or feel like i was being pressured to buy the car. I now have a safe reliable car for my daughter and I.
My experience with Pride Hyundai dealership of Seekonk was Top Notch! Maggi Cedano and Mahmoud Shawish went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the vehicle I wanted.
Recently went into the dealership to look for a new car. I dealt with Doug Knight and he was great he wasn t overly pushy or anything. I told him that I was just starting to look and he did not try to push me into purchasing a vehicle that I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely come here again.
Aaron Dudley is the most amazing sales rep!! He worked to get me into an amazing!! Thank you so much!! Keep up the great work!! Thank you Pride!! Your the best!!
Never had a complaint with Pride. Dean in sales made buying a new car great. Tony and Stacy in service have always been so pleasant to work with with my other car. Highly recommend them.
I had the interior of my car detailed and that includes the seats, floor, rugs, trunk and tires for $89.95 and I must say that I was very happy with the service. My cloth seats were shampooed along with my rugs and the floor of my car and the tires were cleaned. The dashboard and everything inside my car was wiped down and polished. I didn t think the trunk was going to be shampooed because I had some groceries in my trunk but I opened my trunk only to find that they still detailed my trunk as well. I was very happy with the service.
I have always strongly disliked buying a car. The experience never failed to be miserable and shady. Dealers were pushy and forceful and always made me feel uncomfortable. They'd sell me the world only to break my heart. I would tell them what I could afford to pay, and they never respected that, always coming at me with a figure that was simply to high. My experience with Pride was the complete opposite of everything I just described.
Not only did they make me feel comfortable, but they were kind, professional and reasonable. They were respectful of me and my finances. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy and with the car I wanted. I can not say enough good things about my salesman, Roy, and the team at Pride. I will definitely go back and recommend Pride to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car!
When I arrived at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, I took the time to walk through the lot and view their large inventory on their lot and had lots of questions. I walked into the showroom and was greeted by Roy Silveira. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for. I was impressed that he didn't try to oversell, but was genuinely interested in what was the best fit for me and my needs. Roy took the time to address all my concerns and even though I asked some of the same questions more than once, he was still patient and had my best interests in mind. We He went into detail on each vehicle I had looked at which allowed me to make an educated decision. After deciding on my dream car, I was introduced to Dave Rosendhal, to explain the financing options. This man is amazing! Dave turned what usually is a frustrating process into one that was comfortable and enjoyable. I felt like I was sitting and talking to someone I had known for a long time because of his friendly personality. Dave took the time to search all the banks and find the best rate for me. He wanted to ensure that what we came up with fit into my budget and worked for me. I truly appreciate his efforts and thank everyone at Pride for a wonderful car buying experience. I would highly recommend Pride to anyone in the market for a new or used car!
Fast service on a routine oil change , Service advisor friendly and with a pleasant attitude Heather. Lounge area is big and comfy and the coffee is great .
As a repeat customer of Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, I couldn't be happier with my experience and that is a 5 star credit to Tony in service and Rose in customer service. These two people are my main reason for being a repeat customer... they are always very friendly, and helpful but mostly make you feel comfortable and treat you like their own family. Both are a real blessing to Pride and to me. Virginia Turner Cranston R.I. 02920
Deceptive and misleading marketing and business practices to lure people. Stay clear when a dealership uses deceptive processes instead of being transparent.
The collision center was by far the best experience I have ever had. Mark, the collision manager, is awesome!!! My car was repaired and returned in better condition that what it was prior to the accident!!!!
I have been here a few times to look at vehicles not once did I ever feel comfortable or they were truthful about anything I'm sure some great people work here but I no longer go there or look at their vehicles.
After nearly 65 years of driving I was recently involved in an accident, and yes it was a stressful experience. My insurance co. gave me a list of auto body shops that they recommend ,I chose Pride Collision Center only because it was close to home.Turns out it was the best decision I could have made. From the time I walked into the office until the work was completed I was treated with courtesy and respect by the office staff of Mark and Anna. Everything that was to be done was explained to me. I was provided with transportation for the duration for the repairs and given periodic up-dates as the work was being done. A mechanical problem developed after the body work was completed and was promptly taken care of. Was I satisfied with the work done by Pride ? Yes Would I recommend Pride to others ?-------------Yes Would I come back to Pride in the future? Only if I had to.?
Purchased a 2016 Elantra from Pride for my son. From start to finish I could not be happier with the experience that we had while going through the buying process. Thank you Cameron!
Doug.... all I can say is amazing. Was working with another dealership and was getting the run around, and Doug had it done in 3 hours. He kept me informed each step of the process and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Can't say enough great things. I would recommend him/ the dealership to anyone.
Just purchased A 2020 Hyundai Tucson From Roy. I must say definitely had a Great experience! Place was clean people were friendly and the popcorn was delicious!
Wendell and Tony are always a pleasure to deal with. Also, the service departments availability is next to none. I leased my 20 Elantra through First Hyundai but I will not go to them for service. I called at the end of August for an oil change and an electronic update recall. They have lease packages so I would've obviously preferred the discounted pricing but she told me they didn't have anything until the 28th which I find outrageous. I called Pride and was taken in 2 days later. Thank you to all the employees, you do a great job!
First of all - I love to read reviews, but I never write them. My experience was so good, that I felt like I needed to! I just purchased a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, and I could not be happier. My salesperson was Cameron - he is absolutely fantastic! He completely went out of his way to help me - I had been searching for a used Santa Fe Sport with low miles, but every time I called a dealership to inquire about something they had on their website, it was either already sold, or it didn't have the features listed (I needed AWD, and I wanted a sunroof). Cameron was very patient with me, and found a way to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted with my requirements. Finding one of these with a sunroof was proving to be nearly impossible, but Cameron suggested I have one added after market, which looks fabulous, and was something I didn't even think of doing. He went out of his way every step to make this process run smoothly, and I find to be a very rare quality with salesmen/women these days. I highly recommend going to see Cameron! He will not disappoint you!!!
Tony was great. He was so very helpful from the phone call earlier in the day and when I got there until completion. Also, service man who worked on my car was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much for making the experience so easy and painless. Never any reason to go anywhere else.
Horrible service the car has to be fixed a third time because it still is broken Oh an it's now December 18th an the vents are broken again 4th time!!!!!!!
I am once again very disappointed in Pride Hyuandai. I had a terrible experience three years ago when I leased a hyuandai there and swore I would never do business with them again. I was contacted to set up an insepction of the vehicle as my lease was coming to and end as of March 1st. I was told that if I bought out the vehicle or upgraded I would not be charge the $400 fee for the inspection nor have to get anything repaired on the vehicle that did not pass the insepction. I took car in for regular oil change and new wipers they said I needed and paid $90.00 While there I checkd out cars and spoke to a salesma. I could not buy the hyandai elantra or upgrade to another as I recently had a spinal cord injury and was having difficulty seeing over the front of the vehicle because of its shape. I explained this to customer service person and sales person. I asked if they had other used cars available toyota or Honda brand. I was told they did and that as long as I purchased another vehicle from them I would not have to have my leased vehicle inspected ro pay the $400. I returned two days later and test drove a toyota and a honda. I told the sale person I had to think about the purchase and that I still had one and a half more months on my lease. The sales person and the finance guy Dave told me if I pruchesed the Honda that day they would take the leased hyuandai I had and would not hav eto worry about having it inspected or repairs made. The sale person again told me several times that the dealership would take care of that $400. fee. Dave told me instead of them paying off the remaining lease amt. (as the sales person told me Pride would do) he would credit me for the last payments I owed and I would pay it off myself. Now the leasing co. is saying I owe the last payment and a that it is an early determination of the lease and that I have to pay for hundred dollars anyway. I explained what I was told by Pride and by the leasing co.on the phone. She is sending me a bill. I spoke to David and he told me that when I get the bill to send a copy to him and he would call leasing co to see what he could do. If I knew this I would have waited until last day of lease to turn car in instead of being pressured into turning in then so that sales person could make a sale that day. I feel I have been deceived and that this is an unethical way to conduct business. Also the carfax report I received reproted there had been no accidents or repairs done to body of car. After getting it home, I noticed the right side rear side had been replaced and that the pain did not match the color of rest of car. I refuse to pay that $400 and I want that part of the car painted (no charge to me) to match the rest of car. If I do nto get any satisfaction in both these matters I will call Turn to CHannel 10. I am tired of being lied to and not being treated fairly. I hoep we can work this matter out. ]Sincerely, Mariann Christ Rose is well aware of the problems I had three years ago and my current situation. I am still unable to work because of spinal injury and she understands why Hyuandai vehicles did not work for me. I loved the car other than that.
Being in an accident is extremely stressful and this was the second time I was hit by someone this year. I was given the option to go here for the repairs so I figured I d go chat with them. The woman who worked with me is named Anna, and she was wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and EXTREMELY helpful. She set up my rental entirely, kept me up-to-date about my cars repairs, and any issues I had I was able to call her and she would deal with it immediately. The repairs took a bit longer than I expected which I m absolutely fine with as long as the repairs are done well and seemingly they were. I got my car back yesterday and it looks like before the accident, and they even washed it before I picked it up. They were absolutely wonderful and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
Honestly had a fantastic experience here all the way around! Dan Forlasto was my Client Advisor, and everyone along the way was friendly and helpful. Most importantly I never felt rushed or hurried to make a decision. With Dan and the crew's help I was able to get out of an upside down loan and trade it in for a new lease. Definitely established a longtime customer in me!
The dealership is clean and inviting. John was great to deal with. He has a great personality and pays attention to details. Overall the experience was great. We did not feel pressured. The service department was helpful and curtious. We bought a 2009 Saturn Vue and felt confident that John was trying his best to get us a good deal. I would make a few recommendations: The policy is to fill the gas tank for new Hyundai purchases should be expanded to all purchases. Even though the car is noy brand new, it is one the dealership is selling and the cunsumer is still paying a lot of money for it. Additioanlly, the car we bought ended up having a problem with the doors not unlocking automatically when the car is placed in park. Initially, we thought this was just a set up issue and could be corrected using the car's set up menu. Turns out it is a problem that will need diagnostics and repair. Hyundai will not cover this as thety say it is not a safety issue. Repair on this "new to us" car will be at an additioanl expense to us. I feel that this should have either been disclosed to us before the purchase or rectified by the dealership. Overall the experience was a positive one. Ask for John!
After getting rear-ended back on January 5th, it took a while for the at-fault's insurance company to 100% accept liability for me to get my car fixed, but everything happened quickly with Pride Collision after they did! I was picking my car up within a few days after dropping it off, and rental pick-up/drop-off was coordinated there as well - making the whole process seamless. Anna was super helpful and understanding of me wanting to get my car back sooner rather than later and her priority of the customer definitely shows. Thank you, Anna and Pride Collision!!
