Pride Hyundai of Seekonk, always do a good job when I bring my car in for service. Just had my A/C recharged and they fixed the hissing sound my A/C was making when I turned on the heat or AC. They always call you before they service an issue you might have not have known about. Technicians are really good and it''s always nice to receive a call the next day to check to how your car is working. Shows they car about you and the work they do. Great work.

went and looked at a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, loved the car and signed the sales agreement for them to get approval from the banks on sunday. Knowing this was Columbus day weekend we did not expect a call from the dealership until Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon after not hearing from the dealer we called them. we were told the finance manger was not in until later if he came in at all. we were told to expect a call on Wednesday..again we had to reach out to them. we were given the run around again and told to expect a call on Thursday AGAIN I had to reach out to the dealer and was told we were approved and should come in and talk to the finance manager, when i asked what we were approved for they would not answer my question and said we should just come in tomorrow(Friday almost a week later) but it couldn't after 2pm because the fiance manger was not there after that. I asked again to tell me what the monthly payments we were approved for where and they would not answer my question. My husband finally went to the dealership Thursday night to get some answers and was told they we couldn't get approved for the Hyundai but they approved us on KIA optima we never saw, test drove, or agreed upon. I would not recommend them to anyone.

But then I discovered Pride Hyundai of Seekonk for service and I can not say enough about them. The service department at Pride is first rate!
Everyone is helpful and friendly and I have not once felt like they were trying to "put one over on me"!
I recommend Pride Hyundai of Seekonk and will be sure to purchase my next Hyundai here!

Pride Hyundai and Collision has employees that truly care about what they do, from the customer service to the body and collision department. I had been to a lot of Hyundai dealers in the area. Their customer service was either horrible, their dealership too small to service me in a timely fashion, or the way in which they slashed prices on their estimates just seemed shiest.

I have been to Pride multiple times now- to both the dealer and the collision department and the team's service was impeccable. And unlike most dealers, their two departments are truly integrated and communicate with one another. They recently fixed my Hyundai Genesis after it was hit three times in less than three months. Pride went above and beyond to make sure my car was like new, each and every time, including most recently which caused the most damage to my vehicle. I wasn't sure how it would come out looking this last time.

I appreciate all of the work and meticulous detail the team put into my car. The fine details and time they spent allowed them to make the repair quality. This level of work could only have been done by an on-book collision repair team. Their objective is to bring your car back to showroom level aesthetically AND operationally! The distinction between the two matters, because most shops will simply ensure that you car's exterior looks good, while ignoring other deeper issues as a result of structural damage. They did not overlook this when conducting the car's body work and even informed the other party's insurance company of mechanical damage that needed to be repaired, prior to returning my car to me.

When they gave me my car back, the color matched perfectly and the seals and body work lined up seamlessly. The staff even thought enough to put my damaged wheels in the estimate. Best of all they returned it to me with a car wash and wheel dressing. My car looked better than the day I bought it.

2nd car from Pride and another fantastic experience. Bought a 2016 Santa Fe last year and a 2017 Elantra today for our son.
Roy was salesman for both transactions and he is extremely helpful and does not hard sell you.
Great salesperson.
Pride finance department once again went above and beyond in getting a deal done even under some tough circumstances.
Mahmoud was excellent and gave us and my son solid advice in financing this car.
All this done in 2 hours.
I've spent full days in other dealerships in the past.
We won't go to another dealership again.
Roy, Mahmoud, and Pride gave us tremendous service today.

Wow! Where do I begin. Just about 2.5 years ago my wife and I purchased Hyundai's from Prestige Auto Mart a non Hyundai dealer. Both of our cars had Bluelink technology that needed to be set up by a Hyundai dealership. I called 3 dealerships before I called Pride. All 3 dealerships had no interest of helping us. "you didn't buy it here" etc . I called Pride and spoke with Maggie, she immediately invited us in. On 2 separate occasions she spent over an hour with us going over the entire car. Fast forward 3 years, we just traded both our Sonatas for a beautiful "19" and a gorgeous 2017 Santa Fa . Rob the GM personally took care of us beginning to end. He was able to get us a very fair Bank interest rate. Rob made the deal happen in less than 5 hours. Another superstar is Wendell, we talked over the phone at least a dozen times. A True gentleman. I was thrilled to hear Wendell is the assistant service manager for the last 21 years. I On delivery day, (less than 12 hours after Rob worked his wonders) Another salesman Manny pitched in and helped Maggie delivery us our beautiful cars. Thank you!!! Rob, Maggie Wendell and Manny, We are now a proud members of the Pride family for life! Jennis, Katie, Ella, Ava, Willie and the dog.

My first time for service at Pride. I went in for what I thought was a muffler or exhaust issue. Turns out that an oil change chain employee did not properly reconnect the air filter assembly. What impressed me the most was that Pride didn't try to up sale me or announce they "found" some other issue. They reconnected it and I was on my way. That goes a long way towards building trust between me and the service department.

Go to pride Hyundai and you will be glad you did.
Don t forget to get your special coffee from the best machine they have, it makes more than 50 choices of coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte......
Best welcoming people they make you happy and comfortable and the best thing in them is their smile and welcoming.
I encourage all who are reading this review to go and try.

DIRTY TRICKS AND LIES, LIES, and more LIES. I received a letter in the mail from Pride saying I may have won $5,000. I called the # given and was told I was the lucky winner 100%. My wife and I ran down there only to find out I didn't win anything and it was just a ploy to get me to buy a car. They even had special salesmen to come in from out of state to try to get me to buy a car. So my wife really liked the new Tucson and wanted to buy one. I wanted to leave at this point but was assured that I would get a great deal to make up for them lying to me. Wrong again! This guy tried to sell me one at full price. So he goes from telling me he will save me thousands to trying to trick me into paying full price. That was it I was out of there. Avoid this shameless place like the plague unless u enjoy being lied to. Believe it or not the manager even tried to hold the keys to my trade-in car to stop us from leaving. I almost had to call the police to get them back. I plan on calling the attorney general to report their scams and false advertising.
Response to Lisa: stop lying, I called the salesman I dealt with and he said you knew all about the $5000 bait and switch. He also said your so sleazy you cheat your employees out of their commission all the time too. I am so glad I didn't give you a dime if my money. I hope everyone reads this review and steers clear of your dealership.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the salesman I had (Valdez) was awesome. He helped me as best he could with everything. Other than him, this place doesn't deserve any stars and had the car not been what I was looking for and Valdez not being there I would have walked out. To start, while I was getting the deal together I was saying how I would need a remote start. Andy told me he would give me a deal and give it to me at cost for $399. Having had experience with buying remote starts before, I thought that was kind of high for a car that doesn't have FOB keys. While waiting, I decided to walk to their service department to ask what the cost of a remote start would be for the car I was getting (making it seem I was already an owner of a Tucson) and the service guy behind the counter said it would be $260 +tax!!!! When I told Valdez he went over to Andy and the manager, Bill to explain how their credibility was crap. The manager just put his head down and shook it knowing they had to honor that new lower price. The next scam came when I went in to the Financing room with Abe. He gave me a bunch of options for additional warranties. After going over the prices, I declined and said I was all set. He then turned the computer screen and asked if I would change my mind if he lowered the numbers. Again I declined. He asked me why and I explained how I drive a lot of miles and I would use it up before I would pay it off since I would be financing it. He said that I was the first person to decline it in 4 months and I was missing out on a good deal because bumper-to-bumper warranties only went to 3 years or 36k miles, making the warranty of the car I was buying expired. After continually being asked, I knew that he had to be getting something out of this. Who would care that much to pressure someone who already said no twice if they weren't making something out of it??? I also googled whether these extended warranties were worth it and all articles said they weren't. After saying no a third time, he was frustrated and made sure I knew it by slamming paperwork and pens down on the desk. Before finalizing the paperwork, Abe asked me a fourth time asking if I was sure about not getting the extended warranty to cover the "800 other parts" of the vehicle. Again....I declined. After the paperwork was signed I went back out to Valdez and let him know about the experience with Abe. I also reiterated that he said I had no bumper-to-bumper warranty on the vehicle and Valdez told me that was incorrect and I in fact had it for 5 years or 60k miles with a certified vehicle (LIE/SCAM #2)! In addition the manager, Bill was not welcoming or personable AT ALL!! I went to the dealership twice, spending a significant amount of time each day since I was purchasing a vehicle. Both days, Bill was there and was either behind the desk or leaning on the desk never greeting customers. Knowing that there was a sale and that I was buying a vehicle, he never once came by and shook my hand and saw how everything was going. His tactic was to try and be as intimidating as possible.

Long story short.... If you choose to buy a vehicle at this location make sure you know your information before going because if you don't they will try and take advantage of you. The only 2 sales people that I would use and recommend are Valdez and Joe. All I can say is good luck at this location, it seems they need to do some house cleaning with some of their employees.

We have been completely happy thrilled! with Pride Hyundai, from buying our car through its first service. All the staff are friendly and make you feel like your business is appreciated. Even though we came late for our service appointment, our car was done very quickly. The extra schlep for us from Portsmouth RI is well worth it.

I am quite satisfied with the courtesy and quality of services at Pride Hyundai. My car engine light came on and I did not know what was wrong with it. I took my SUV in, they diagnosed the problem and informed me that they need to keep the SUV overnight. However, they provided me with the car rental and since the parts required to fix the problem was still under warranty, I only have to pay $100 for the service. I got a call the next morning when my SUV was fixed.

Went here a few weeks ago to get an alignment done because my car was pulling to the right. After I left I noticed my car started pulling to the left. I spent almost 3 hours in there and the job was never done correctly. I called back shortly after and they told me I would get a call back after speaking to the service department, which I never received a call back. Now I need to go out of my way and pay to have the same maintenance done twice. I was planning on buying my next Hyundai at this location but I will send my business somewhere else.

The service I received Monday at Pride was excellent as always! I had a flat tire on the way to work ( not the way you want to start your week) so I called Tony at Pride Service right away and he told me to call AAA and after AAA putting on the spare, come right over. A new tire was ordered and I went back later that day and by 4 pm was on my way home. I could not have asked for more plus the follow up call the next day. 5 stars!

Terrible service. I called the dealership to inquire about a used car I saw in their stock online. They told me it was there and ready for a test drive. So I tell them that I would be able to go visit them the next day to take a look at it. They said said that was A-ok. I go the next day to the dealership to look at it and they tell me to take a look at other cars first.I tell them I just want to look at the car that I drove for in the first place! They said alright and that they'd bring it over. The guy then comes back and tells me that actually their going to sell it at an auction so they can't sell it to me... AND then he goes back to trying to sell me overpriced cars! What?! NEVER AGAIN.

The only thing I think they PRIDE themselves in is terrible service....

They are running a con ad that presents to people as if the have won a prize, then they sell your information. Even the 69k+ people who win a gift card are receiving small amount gift cards to companies that charge high prices and shipping. To receive this gift you have to allow a bunch of other companies access to your information as well. I knew used car salesmen were dirty but this is a downright scam.

Car shopping and car maintenance were top of my I dislike list but they are necessities in life. Pride Hyundai helped move these two tasks to my I enjoy (maybe not the maintenance, but the shopping?) list. Victor was honest and respectful throughout both the searching and buying process. I was upfront with him and told that Pride was the first dealership I visited so no matter what he offered me I was walking. At the end of my time with Victor I promised him I would return and let him earn my business after I had shopped around. I made this promise because even though I told Victor I was walking he gave me all the time I needed and never pushed to make the deal. After visiting a number of other dealerships I quickly learned that game playing between the sales person, sales manager, finance guy and me, the consumer was still in full affect! When I returned to see Victor I was once again comfortable in the process. The deal was made (and I believe it was a great deal!) and I left with my new car.

I have returned to the dealership for a few misc. visits since bringing home my car and the positive experiences continue. Victor is still friendly and helps me with any question I have and everyone I interacted with in the service department are approachable, and dare I say caring.

There are no guarantees in life; but I am pretty confident that if you visit Pride for you next Hyundai and you ask for Victor as your sales advisor you will have an enjoyable, almost stress free (there is always stress when I am spending $$$) car shopping experience!

So I never ended up purchasing a vehicle from here, just went to check out a vehicle I was interested in. I CANNOT stand when a salesperson doesnt listen to your clients needs. I was looking to test drive the value edition of the tuscon, which I had booked the appointment online and youd think that they would have that info on file somewhere. The first car they rolled out for me to test drive was a use 2017 tuscon...not value edition. So I told him this was the wrong vehicle so we went back inside to look for the correct vehicle. I was able to test drive a tuscon...that I thought was the value edition..filled out a credit app and the payments were ridiculous per month. So I declined the offer. After this visit I went home and viewed the inventory again online and found out o test drove the limited edition. Which is 2000+ more than the value edition. So I got to have my credit score lowered even after expressed being uncomfortable with filling one out and having my score be lowered...and this all happened because someone is incapable of listening to my needs.

Will not reccomend this dealer to anyone.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received upon arriving at Pride Hyundai. I was met by Roy Silveira, Sr. who answered all questions I asked. There was no pressure with Roy, and he gave me plenty of options on deciding between leasing or purchasing my car. After spending quite a while leisurely walking their great inventory I found a couple Sonatas I was interested in. Roy then took the time to sit with me and go over my option packages to find out what was important to me, then suggested a test drive. He pulled the car up and off we went. He explained many of the safety features and convenience features of the car and by the time we arrived back at the dealership I had made my decision. Pride did everything they could to make my experience as stress free as possible and I can't recommend them enough. I'll be sure to return there again!

From start to finish and beyond great experience! My sales girl Tori waa amazing to work with as was my finance person Art. They got me financed when others wouldn't-thanks for having faith in me!! I had my car for about a week when I came upon an awful situation that left my hood scratched. I was heartbroken as I finally got the Tuscon I have wanted for so long. I went in to pick up my registration and was telling Tori about it and Wally said he would take a look. He reassured me that it wasn't as bad as I thought and had it taken care of right away. My car looks brand new again. Thank you so much Wally!! I highly recommend this dealership and have already started to refer my friends and family. Thanks so much again to the Pride Hyndai team!!

I own a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe and have been to Pride Hyundai of Seekonk multiple times for service. They have always been courteous and helpful and have helped keep my vehicle running well. With my latest tune up, they said this vehicle could easily be trustworthy for another two years. I love my Hyundai and loved hearing that it could last for 15 years. I would definitely purchase another Hyundai when it is time to replace this vehicle.

We brought my 2008 Sonata in to Pride Hyundai for check engine lite. The service dept. told us that we needed a new transmission and there was a bad circuit board. Our car was there for three weeks while they fixed both problems. We were given a loaner car for the three weeks. We were kept up to date daily on their progress with our Car. We got our vehicle back and it is running like a new !!!
We could not be happier with the service department at Pride Hyundai. They were terrific and very courteous, the experience was very positive. When we need to buy another vehicle we will go to Pride Hyundai to pick out our new Car.

I really want to like this place, but they ve come up short in the few instances I ve dealt with them. For starters, I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from another car dealership. Since it was a used car, I brought it in for a diagnostic one day after picking up the car. I agreed to pay the $120 for their 30 pt check and also asked if they could check to see if the navigation was up to date. About an hour later I was told my car looked great, navigation was up to date and was handed a receipt. I asked if there was another sheet that might give me some more detailed information on the condition of my car (brakes, tires, wiper blades, battery, etc.). They said they ran out of those sheets but my car didn t show any problems. I left the dealership not comfortable with the fact that I just paid $120 and was basically given a verbal your car is fine . I did later call and asked to speak with Tony Fernandes, the Service Manager. He reiterated they were out of the sheet I was looking for, understood my concern and said they would do another diagnostic free of charge and to call back at the beginning of the next week to set up an appointment. This was on a Friday.

The same evening I took my car to visit my dad. As he was getting into the passenger seat he happened to feel the floor on the passenger side which was completely soaked but not noticeable due to the color of the floor mat. After a quick google search we felt pretty confident that the problem was a clogged AC drain line. I wondered how a completely wet passenger floor had gone unnoticed during the diagnostic? Had my AC been checked wouldn t someone have noticed no water dripping underneath the car? Also, after another quick google search I found that the navigation in my car is not up to date.

The next morning (Saturday) I called the service department and spoke with Wendell. I explained my problem and he told me if I could get my car in by noon they could take care of it that day. Wendell was great. I asked if they could possibly try and shop vac some of the water out of the floor when they were done. When I was about to leave and Wendell heard that they hadn t used the shop vac because nobody was there to do it he apologized, told someone to bring my car back again and that he would make sure it got done.

One week has gone by and on my way home from work I stopped by this evening to pick up some touch up paint that I had ordered and was ready to schedule my second diagnostic. I was again told that those sheets still hadn t come in.

My experience with Pride Hyundai, particularly, the service department has been mixed. I don t know why the diagnostic fee is so expensive. When I bring my other car, a Kia Sportage, to get an oil change it comes with a complimentary 27 pt safety inspection, free car wash, and at half the price. At the conclusion of the 5 year/ 60,000 mile warranty I will probably bring my car elsewhere.

Arrived for recall appointment. they take the car in. After an hour the give me a list of suggested service needed based on mileage (43000 miles) and inform me that they do not have the recall part in stock. They ordered the part that the recall states the dealership WILL REPLACE.

Bought 2017 Sonata. Quinn was my salesman no pressure to buy and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, answer all my questions and concerns. Only problem was Pride Hyundai didn't budge much on the price of vehicle. I still bought the Sonata anyways.

Had a great experience with Pride. I took my mom to PRIDE because I know WENDELL that works in the service department. The salesman Roy Silveria was extremely helpful and did everything in his power to get my mother the car she wanted. Roy is an excellent salesman to work with, he's personable, not at all pushy and he listens and then helps you find the car in your price range that you like. Mike in finance is also very helpful he did all he could to get the car financed efficiently.
