Their service department is very nice, I do recommend that side, but, when I decided to possibly look into a newer car, that was a joke. I found a model I was interested in - and made it very clear that I wanted to communicate via email or text only, and the first thing they do is call and call. That was my one request... I work very very long stressful days and don't have time to be on the phone. Other dealerships in the past - I had completely done transactions online and just came in to sign. And really there are virtual car buying opportunities all over the country now....maybe they need to realize it is 2019. If they couldn't follow a simple request when I was going to buy from them, I was planning to fill out the credit app..finance with them and everything. And the messages left for me were not customer service oriented either. This all to me was an indicator to not buy a car from them. I went a different route and really glad I did.
