I was going to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Sonata from this dealership, overall the deal was good. However the staff became rude when I would call to ask about title registration. Walli specifically was short and Kurt, it seemed like he didn t have time or patience to be bothered with my questions. The sales person was new and still in training, many of the questions she either needed to ask Walli or she would provide inaccurate information and would have to correct what she told me later. Ultimately I told them I ll take my money elsewhere. If you re someone who likes being informed about the progress of your car being sold to you, when you can take delivery of your car, and questions about finance (interest rate, the ridiculous 499.00 doc fee, 180.00 registration fee, and many other fees they charge) avoid this place.
