I've been lied to repeatedly by this dealership. I'm a war veteran, and requested a veteran registration. The dealership bungled this, and initially tried to pass blame to everyone other than themselves. After being pressed, they eventually admitted that it had been their mistake and agreed to get a new veteran registration. A month passed and the dealership did not follow through with this promise. They then agreed to refund us the money for the registration. Again, a month has passed with no follow through on this promise.

I've attempted to contact their general manager, Bill Oldmixon, by phone and email numerous times with no response. When asked, the staff is clearly instructed to say, "He is in a meeting". There is no integrity at this dealership and I will not be doing business with them again. I would advise others to avoid dealing with them as well..
