Spoke to Matt on a Wednesday about my motor making noise and throwing a knock sensor code. He advised me to bring the car in and have a look at it. By Friday everything was set to go!! The paperwork was started before walking in the door and Matt had a rental already staged by for me. I was anxious I would be spending thousands, but Matt was quick and spoke to Hyundai of America and advised me that my vehicle was being fixed under warranty. My Santa Fe needed a motor. Matt had the motor ordered and the Technician had the car ready to go within 72 hours. They were very professional and easy to work with. Matt and the technicians have my full trust I now know where I will be bringing my vehicle for service.
