Young sales staff. Have an outrageous "regional price adjustment" charge that increase cost at least $3000 above MSRP. They will then give you discount on this false price and pretend it is a good deal. When asked about the price adjustment they claim everyone has it, which is not true. Would not return for a car in the future.
