Presidente InterContinental Puerto Vallarta Review

March 2019, been here for 4 nights with 1 more to go. The contruction is pretty much done. This hotel exceeds ALL of my expectations from the facilities/location/views/services/FOOD.

Man, go ahead and kick yourself in the Butt if you'd been to PV and did not stay here

I love the fisherman's restaurant, the delicious food and the very attentive staff, the best restaurant in the hotel

Bad drinks can not be called a luxury hotel if they serve Jimador, so you pay at night should serve better things
They take care of the cents and they neglect the weights !!!

The Park Royal was Fantastic. The hotel is not finished completely but the staff made up for any complications ! The food was fantastic! The staff in the Italian Restaurant were above and beyond! Gonzalo Ramirez is the absolute best, Manuel Navoa, Eduardo Perez, Mario Ramos, Jesus Aharon. This team went above and beyond they made us feel so special! We met the chef he as Super! I was there for 5 days and the water in the pools was frozen, no one gave an answer or solution.
The seafood restaurant is only open on weekends, there is no variety in the specialty foods that are 2 every day they offer the same. In the other there is no variety
In the cafeteria the coffee machine did not work
In the pool area the shower did not work

Very bad experience to be there ... there was no internet, for not purchasing the whole paid or a glass of water we could buy, they treat you very badly to the rest of the guests, the toilet of the room they did at 4pm when one wants to go to rest for a while and is not in the Tules, until it seems that sunscape accepts the guests that do not fit in the Tules but do not give good attention at all .... DO NOT COME TO THAT!

Hotel is not for people who like sun. Most of the time pool area stays in a shadow of hotel buldings. Ocean is rough most of the time. Rooms are clean an spacious, beds are comfortable but closet located in a bathroom and your cloth is always damp. Pools suposed to be heated but it wasn't. Water was freezing cold and one of my kids got sick after swimng in the pool. Food was good . Most of the hotel employees are nice and polite but it seems they have no idea about basics of customer service. I wouldn't recomend this place to myfriends and family.

The somewhat distant location, but the service, hospitality, food and the beach are great, perfect for resting.

The worst experience I had. I went to see if I like the hotel and use the restroom then the security guard approach yelling at my wife and making my daughter cry to walk away from the hotel. Even this ackawrd situation happened, the hotel is next to a beautiful private beach. It's worth to tries.

The beach of this hotel is very nice, clean, hot water and comfortable sand. I do return and also have good service

At the Veranda restaurant, we were served by Nancy, super excellent service. As soon as we arrived, the young lady approached the table early to see what we wanted to drink & soon she went to bring the drinks. During our meal, she was in charge of making our visit very pleasant, and pleasant all the time. Thank you very much Nancy. Great item in your hotel team! :)

The hotel was very clean. Food was above average but limited. 24 hour service not available and room service is limited to once a day. No menu in the room. Staff is friendly. Not much sun on the beach. If there is a wedding, don t plan on sleeping since it s right outside every room. All rooms face the beach so you hear Everything. Not much English is spoken. Maintenance shows up at 8:30 at night with just one knock and then they open the door. Information on daily events is lacking.
