The Apartment and service was OK. We had a nice balkony with enough space.

Great apartment in a great location in Barcelona
The apartment is centrally located. Very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. We recommend this place to other travelers.
stayed last week and its was terrible. we paid huge amount of money but frankly its nothing more than 20 euro per night hostel.
Flush was broken, so we had to pour a bucket of water into toilet all the time as it was year 1800s or early 1900s , asked to reception several times but they simply didnt care about it.
we asked for clean fresh towels and lady was staring at us trying to understand what are we asking for. we just simply asking for fresh towels .
beds were terrible, total disaster !

The apartment is well located being not far from both the Metro and the V13 bus line into Placa Catalunya and in a quiet part of suburban Barcelona. It is also across the road from a very good Japanese Restaurant. There are several restaurants with about 10 minutes walk. These are supported by several cafes and specialty breadshops and delicatessans. The Check-in/check-out is easy and comprehensive regarding the apartment. It would be nice if there was some more tourist infomation. While we were there the Festivals La Merce was on but we were informed about it. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a balcony for relaxing on. The unit is good value for money being in a quiet part of town.
Very poorly organized check-in service. You have to go through the office that is in a neighborhood far from the center otherwise you have to wait until 20 and pay an extra 40 euros. You have to leave a more expensive deposit than the total cost of the stay. If you don't pay in cash they charge 3% more. I do not recommend it.
Excellent location, attention and equipment of the apartment. We stayed with my husband and our small children and had everything we needed, unlike other establishments we visited on our holidays. We will be back! 100% recommended
Good service, central location, clean flats, friendly staff. Wasn't too loud, although the street is pretty crowded. Rent a bike and sleep in a nice apartment. 10/10
We stayed here for 4 nights and had the penthouse apartments. The main bedroom is great, a good size but the 2nd bedroom is tiny with low ceilings.. I ended up staying on the sofa in the main lounge. The sun beds outside on the terrace were very comfortable and there was no noise from the adjoining penthouse apartment. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The review from "Rita Labbe" is unfortunately a FAKE and not more than a copy from a review from the website of homeaway, written by "Eva Fernandez" who also just reviews apartments of myspacebarcelona.

WORST APARTMENTS. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOGRAPHS. MIS-LEADING. TERRIBLE. DIRTY. We are absolutely disgusted that they have failed to respond to any of our multiple complaint emails. We have been emailing since June to see what progress has been made with our complaint. But we are being ignored. A very special birthday was ruined by the awful apartment and the total unsuitability of it for our group. The apartment was dirty, the bathrooms were appalling, there were no dining chairs or cooking equipment and the pool was empty. The photographs and description are completely mis-leading. To add insult to injury we were overcharged compared to the price we were quoted. One of our group has been in contact separately about this but has not heard back either.
I have tried emailing again, and still no response. The reply to my post that there is no records in my name could be solved if they actually replied to my emails. With all my booking details in it.
No problem with the apartment, but a major problem with the customer service and getting my deposit back. We arrived back in the U.K. On September the 7th 2016, they said the deposit will be paid within 2 weeks. Two weeks later no deposit returned. I phoned the team up , they said they have had a problem with being able to pay people ( sounds suspicious I bet they don't have any problem receiving money.) Since then they have promised payment , but still failed to deliver. When I question them, they simply blame the accounts team and don't accept responsibility as a company. Every time I phone they claim to have no knowledge of my previous calls and emails , so it appears communication/ general desire to help customers is minimal. Still waiting now , no further forward despite numerous calls and emails, it appears they literally don't care as I am in the U.K.. currently waiting for 400 euros. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY......
Whenever I travel to Barcelona for work, for years I have stayed in My Space Barcelona apartments, they are very well connected and very comfortable and very modern and cozy decoration. both the staff and Raquel, your Manager, are very competent, cheerful and very, very helpful people.
They are highly recommended!

first of all this apartment is more suitable for 6 people than for 8. The fourth bedroom is in a "bad" appendage, in which neither the heating nor the light were functioning. Staff didn t care about us at all! After the check in, when we encountered the problems with the heating and electricity, I contacted them 5 times, but every time I was promissed that someone will come to solve the problems, thing that did not happen. Very very bad experience!

In April 2017 we reserved an apartment (1500 reservation)
Little nonsense on our part we did not look at the conditions.
-No eating outside after 8 p.m.
- Swimming pool prohibited except from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
-Not allowed on the balcony from 10 p.m.
-No noise but really no noise from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. (so party animal not recommended)
-No smoking on the balcony
-Very strict Spanish neighborhood apparently
And I do not site everything because the list is long.
Read the contract carefully before your reservation, the reservation fees in case of cancellation are lost ...
1500 win for myspace which sells their apartments like luxury apartments in a party city all year round.
I strongly advise against party animals wanting to spend even an evening.
The apartment we stayed in was perfectly nice, however even though we left it exactly how we found it they are refusing to refund our 400 Euro deposit. During our stay we received a noise complaint, this should not however effect our security deposit which is for damages of which we caused none! We paid an extra 80 Euros to check out late on our last day, they didn't mention at any time that our security deposit would not be refunded at that point. If they had made that clear we would not have paid anything extra! From reading previous reviews it would seem that they keep everyone's security deposit for one reason or another, complete scam! We were a group of 10 women, if you are looking to go out and enjoy Barcelona night life I would not recommend this apartment, you are overlooked by residents who complain at the slightest amount of noise. Our flight arrived at around 10pm, when we arrived at the apartment we sat outside at the table to have some dinner, we were just talking and eating and received a complaint about that. On our second night we made some noise for around 20 minutes when we returned home from a nightclub and received another complaint. This apartment is not suitable for anyone looking to have some fun on their holiday, it is in a built up area surrounded by local residents, which is completely unsuitable for holiday makers. This should not affect whether or not a damages deposit gets refunded!!!
The apartments are beautiful .. Same as the photos or more. But I have rented weeks ago and they never returned my deposit. I FEEL SCAMMED. I have already sent countless emails without any response.

This is the third time I've spent more than a week in Bonanova's apartments. All the service and attention is excellent. It is very close to Centro Medico Teknon. Both the entrance and exit of the apartment very easy. Value for money, unbeatable! We will repeat more times.
None of the apartments looks like advertised. The rental also comes with a long list of things you can't do. (like using the balcony after 8pm.)
One thing you need to be aware about if you book any apartment through Myspace Barcelona is that they will try their absolut best to NOT refund your security deposit of 300-400 euro. We finally got our deposit back one month after our departure and after dussins of e-mails and phone calls. They replied twice that the refund was completed but that turned out to be a bunch of lies.
We are not the only ones who has experienced this so don't expect your money back at the first try.
Great 4 night Christmas Break
Fist time in a Myspacebarcelona apartment over Christmas with our daughter who is an uni in Barcelona. Apartment was clean, quiet and had all the utensils we needed to manage a family Christmas dinner.
Great location in Barcelona for access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely use again.
The location was absolutely brilliant, almost right in the city centre and the underground station. My host waited despite my delayed arrival due to public transport and showed me the local amenities which I greatly appreciated. The private swimming was a big plus for our family!

We just got back from vacation and we really enjoyed it. The fantastic pool and the staff helped us a lot with transportation as there was a taxi strike and they fixed everything for us

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks for medical reasons. The apartment is big and comfortable for bigger families like ours. The staff was helpful and responsive everytime we needed to contact them. We had a great experience and will come back if we need to.

Amazing apartment
We found this apartment company via a friend who lives in Barcelona. It is totally fabulous. it is on one of the best streets in Barcelona surrounded by chic shops and restaurants. There is a great roof top and a very comfortable bed. When you think that it could not get any better you ALSO have the fantastic staff, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, providing a great service .
Please do not use this company - I stayed in the apartment named Barcelona - Terrace & Pool for 8 Bcn PUT:H35.b.2 and it was not as described and although I received a small amount of compensation for this and the H & S issues, they took 400 euros out of my bank account in July 2016 on the day of my arrival and said it was a deposit that they would give back when I questioned it BUT apart from empty promises to give it back again and again, after countless emails proving this, I've received nothing to this day! They are con artists!

We were 3 families spending New Year's Eve in the apartments in Prats de Mollo and they are not at all as they appear in the photos. They lack cleaning and are quite damaged. The service as we complained upon arrival was quite tense, we made a claim that they dismissed. I do not recommend it as the price is quite high.
A group of 7 of us rented a lovely apartment whilst we took part in the Barcelona Marathon of March this year. Overall, the apartment was nice and the service was great when we arrived late from our flight. We had to pay a little extra for out of hours check in at the apartment but this wasn't unreasonable.
However, what was VERY unreasonable was the difficulty we've had trying to get our security deposit refunded. SERIOUSLY - They swiped one of our guests credit cards and said they would refund it as soon as we left. Now, more than two months later we've had the refund from the credit card company after making an official complaint to them.
We tried to be polite about it and sent countless emails/facebook messages asking for the refund and were told that it would be deal with as a matter of urgency.
All I can suggest is that you give these a miss and find a more reputable company to rent property from in Barcelona.
They will not give you the guarantee money back, noisy and dirty place to stay, overpriced and will not answer your emails back.
I highly recommend not to book with them, it's a scam!

Great appartements with a great location (near arc de triomf). BUT they refuse to refund you your security deposit no matter if you caused any damage or not. I was there with some friends more than a week ago and I still don't have my security deposit. It's total scam and I don't recommend anybody to book with this company. I think I'll have to take legal steps.
First time in Barcelona and apartment was located at excellent location and was extremely beautiful. Metro station is 2 mins walk, lot of eateries around. Loved the dormitories, the common area, swimming pool and the Breakfast was awesome! Staff was friendly & helpful. Beds were very comfortable, lockers were big enough and toilets had good showers! Best part, I made such good friends from across the world which opened opportunities to travel with them. I am definitely going back to the apartment for more!

Do not book with this company!! The accommodation was nothing like what was advertised on the web. Our apartment was dirty/filthy to say
the least. The kitchen toaster, microwave and other appliances were
so dirty we did not even use them. Even the washer dryer was dirty. We complained from the very beginning of our 16- night stay. They claim someone was sent to do an extra cleaning, that never happened.
We finally received an email response from My Space after contacting Apartur - Association of Tourist Apartments in Barcelona with our
complaint. Per My Space the property owners are refusing to provide
us any compensation stating we didn't complain about anything until
the end of our stay which is totally untrue. We will continue to pursue
with Catalan Consumer Protection agency as well. Staff members,
Vanessa, Aamir, Tony we are very disappointed. We provided pictures
and communicated our complaints to all of you on different occasions.
I booked this apartment for my mother and her sister with my name. I payed the deposit in cash and they told me they would deposit it back to my account here in Spain which i left written down. After the two weeks they said they would return my deposit when the reservation finished, they didn't pay me back. I called every day to ask for it, they said they didn't found my contract, they hadn't any reservation with that name at those dates, and countless of excuses. I even when there personally and they told me I had to write them to their email to give them my account number (which i already had, and they hadn't responded any of my emails so far). I keep calling 2 months later, and the SAME EXCUSES all over again. AWFULL, I'm still waiting my deposit back.
