Many spelling errors in the books. Something that. Years ago it was already like that with previous courses. Even pieces of text that are incorrect. Pity. Also great to do.

you cannot be sure that the teaching material is correct .. Definitely not recommended

Very disappointing training, full of errors in the curriculum, unclear about which material is exactly treated during the exam and, moreover: unsporting handling of complaints about this. Errors are not corrected, and the complaints handling department is fully defended, without wanting to find a solution together. Certainly not recommended.

I just called (3/31/2020) but Nibesvv is not available by phone. So then tried via chat; Unexpected error occurred. I wanted to report that the exam did not match the textbook. Practice questions were not available, although promised in the description. And all for 1000. To put it lightly, I am dissatisfied.

NIBE-SVV gives incorrect exams! Exams contain many errors (including calculations), which makes passing an exam pure gambling on multiple choice. Submitting an objection to an exam costs 75 and a re-exam 150. No wonder they want than they don't succeed in one go. Because I am convinced that I am right, I submitted an objection, after which I received the reaction that this objection had to be substantiated on the basis of literature! How is this possible if you are only allowed to view an exam? You are not allowed to take entire questions home with you. Should someone then have a photographic memory to remember the assignment? 1 word: Scam!

The curriculum is not in line with the questions asked on the practice exams. Certain concepts that appear in the exams do not appear in the book at all (a simple ctrl + F through the digi-book gives no results for many concepts). It comes down to the fact that in the end you still have to look up many things outside of the curriculum.
