The service during the stay was good. The food is acceptable, and the cleanliness is fine. But in the end, they wanted to make extra charges to our stay because of a misunderstanding they had from the bank with which they made us a promotion and they did not let us go. To the point where the car that was going to pick us up had vans behind to prevent us from leaving.
