Be very clear when you that you want the all inclusive reservation. Not every room has the all inclusive package.
Also, do not set anything down and take your eyes off of it. Things are not found and turned in. It's just gone.
The food is very good and the workers are friendly.

We used the day pass since the nearby beach didn't have bathrooms. It was worth the $950 pp since the pass included towel service, bar service, food, snacks, pool, beach access and restaurants if dressed appropriately. We spent the afternoon here and enjoyed it very much sure to the above mentioned amenities and friendly staff

the hotel facilities are good, although as was changing management were in the process of improvements and new adaptations; I loved that it was on the beach and especially the beach was beautiful in that place, it is a quiet and very nice hotel; the buffet food is good, but what was of luxury was the attention in the specialty restaurant, the delicious food, the attention of the staff in the luxury restuarant.
The negative point was the harassment of the people who try to sell you a timeshare in the hotel and you enter an area where they give you information about these timeshares and if you did not get anostated to receive information they do not allow you to be in that area ( tache)
Outside of that, if I would visit this hotel again !!

The good; Nice beach at the foot of the hotel, although it's short, but it makes it something private. The food very good (Congratulations to the Chef), the attention of the good staff, you have a view of the sea, very beautiful. The bad: Far from the center, which for some others could be an advantage, you will be smelling of damp, the overall appearance of the hotel is an old hotel, but what I understood is remodeling, very short pool, missing shows or variety night, in itself is for rest.

We enjoy our Staying at this resort, the staff and all the personal assistance were very helpful in all kinds of ways, the restaurants workers in the resorts were very helpful in all matters. I like to mention some of the staff of the resort : Don Brandon, the manager of Andiamo and Frida, Mr. Cesar and other waiters from these restaurants Sr. Gonzalo, Jakeline, from Veranda also Miss Paulina, also Orlando. The Bartender Alberto, Yonathan and many many more made our staying very delightful. With the wish of coming back soon. Thanks to all of them for their wonderful service!

In no stay here in the hotel there was not even a incombeniente, very attentive and helpful waiters, resepcionistas, cleaning, etc.
My family and I were very satisfied.

We are having the best time at this resort. Everybody is friendly and all of the staff from check in, to the bars, to the restaurants work so hard at providing excellent customer service! The Grand Park Royal Resort has the most fabulous location and a gorgeous private beach. We've already made reservations to come back in 2020!

We stayed here January 22-29, upon arrival we were greeted by our Royal Holiday staff, they helped us get checked in, I noticed right away the place was not up to par. We were taken to our room, opened the door and was very disappointed. The rooms had no refrigerator, no microwave, and had a weird smell. I however can not complain about the view, that was amazing.
Now on to the pool & beach, the pool was very cold. The beach was nice the first day, but the rest of the time was non existent. The surf was bouncing off the walls of 5he patio.
The food, has much to be desired, no taste! Only one buffet, and one Italian restaurant that serves 75 guest a night. There is also only one bar. I love Fernando, he is a wonderful person and great bartender. Only thing I miss about this place!
We will not return to this location. Not pleased. So sad we used our Royal Holiday points for this vacation. Waste!

Given the construction of the additional tower should lower rates, if you plan to rest you will not get in this hotel because the construction noise is all day, you can hear and feel throughout the hotel (literally vibrates).

My stay was pleasant in the hotel, but unfortunately our arrival was overshadowed by a despicable and contemptuous treatment by the sales managers of its Royal chain, being specified by Mrs. Carolina who does not know how to treat people when rejecting her. selling treating us in a rude way telling us to respect and making you have a hard time, which surely makes me not want to return there or even recommend them.

Super, its facilities the current super nice room, the attention of the excellent staff, super friendly and attentive, the restaurants its delicious food have Mexican restaurant, Italian seafood and one of food in general they have snack area other desserts and ice cream, the Super nice beach, super good activities I really recommend it, there were some bad comments and that's why I had doubted but it was worth the risk, only the pool the water is a bit cold, beware there are no shops or pharmacy nearby, but You can take a truck that takes you to the boardwalk passes a few steps from the hotel or take your precautions and take the basics in medicine, but we really had a super nice holiday, thank you!

Good but not very good food and a lot of noise in the hotel

My stay was excellent. Beautiful place and if I will come back after these moments. The truth is that I had a great time. on Sunday we had dinner at the fisherman's restaurant we were delighted with the service from edwin very helpful and good waiter. The fisherman restaurant manager mr. Mario was the best he supported us a lot and showed us he explained the dishes of the buffet and the menu. We were very praised for that part because it was the first time that we had dinner in the seafood restaurant and the manager Mario explained most and recommendations. The service in reception of the best Miss nayeli super friendly and very helpful thank you. I will also share my comment on tripadvisor. This hotel s the best thanks for making us feel at home.

The hotel is under renovation and the noise can be unbearable. The beach is very beautiful but full of stones, I do not recommend it for children. Friendly and helpful treatment from all the staff.

Initially, the location, far from the hotel zone, the pool water was never cleaned during a week's stay, very dirty, with construction materials and "swimming" and that is dangerous for young children , the food with very little variety, for the remodeling there is little place of parking, you do not have any store or pharmacy nearby for any emergency if you come with children, it would not come again (even if it is already remodeled). The truth on this occasion was a very bad choice of hotel, it seems that it is one of the first ones that were built because it looks like an old hotel. The mattresses hurt the back, the cleaning service of the room is very slow (we had cleaning until after 4 PM on occasion), when usually in all hotels is at 10 am. If you want to go downtown, it takes half an hour to get there, so you either leave very early to reach a tour or you can get bored in the same hotel because there is nothing to do but watch TV.

The best Hotel we have been to in the Vallarta area, the beach seems to be in the Mexican Caribbean, with a quantity of fish, snails and turtles ideal for snorkeling. The super modern facilities and with very good taste. Exquisite food especially the Italian restaurant Andiamo and the Mexican Frida. It is worth hiring the Ekinox package, with the adult area. Also the super recommended Spa.
We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

2 weeks ago we spent 3 days in this hotel. It is perceived its uncomfortable and elitist tone when refusing to see the details of their shared plans, when we showed in that position it seemed on purpose that we delayed the room and removed the remodeled that we were notified just by checking in for a Not remodeled that was just below from the lobby bar, room 412 and we could not rest as there was loud noise until 1am or if guests stayed there, we listened to all the nefarious talk of others, we requested change and they told us that it was not possible because of the occupation. The bathtub in the room had a leak. We got intoxicated on the 2nd night when we dined at the Italian a la carte restaurant and that we never left the hotel. A two elevator does not work and is a real can because it only fits 5 to 6 people and the hotel has 10 floors. To order a drink for 20 minutes and not feel like ordering something because of the slow service, the very basic food one or two dishes in the buffet are good and everything else without imagination compared to lower category hotels has many have more variety, I spoke with guests from the USA and they commented the same thing, they preferred to go paid, to another hotel, the positive is that the room does correspond to 5 stars and the impressive beach

I want to start that I made a bad choice by going to this hotel. Usually hotels in Mexico are in great condition but this one was the worst by far. Short staff and lots of insects on the hallway floor, on the way to the elevator, in the pool area and lots of flies in the buffet area. I want to say that the Only A La Carte restaurant on the 5th floor, food was great and cleaned. How ever in the main buffet for breakfast was a lot of flies all over the food, I was only able to eat Chilaquiles because that was the only thing I did not see flies. We was in a suite on the 10th floor and it had a bad smell like mould. Unit was spacious but old and in need of an upgrade. We regret that we went there since we was promised two nights and after the first night we was told they no longer can provide us with the second night since it was rented to another family. Unfortunately we took our belongings and left the country to another tourist spot in the Caribbean.

Hotel quite comfortable with a great view of the sea, clean and pleasant facilities, the food is varied and with a very good seasoning and presentation, the service of the staff is warm and attentive.

Very bad cocktails. The hotel is overrated. It cannot be a 5-star hotel when in that sense they are limited. I hardly drink but you order a Bailys and they give you a cheaper imitation. The restaurants were excellent, especially the Italian and Mexican. A shout out to the crew: chefs Sergio and Daniel, and waiters Enrique and Carlos, and waiters Manuel and Cesar. Nice rooms. The front desk and travel desk staff were also wonderful.

Horrible. The noise of its construction is unbearable ... It is a robbery that continues to sell room service. They expect you to endure the "inconveniences" and do not offer an apology for the inconvenience. DO NOT BAG YOUR MONEY, it's not even cheap.

In terms of services (lodging, restaurants), all very well. The lousy is the approach of the promoters who harass you to buy their membership that get to the annoyance if you say no. I think you are going to rest and they deceive you to take 1 or 2 hours of your time to offer you their membership, saying that what you paid for the first time will be rewarded on your next visit, but it is the hook.
