A great outing. Great for all ages and the variety is sure to provide something everyone in the family will enjoy. By the way... did we mention they have a gigantic Light Brite style fiberoptic board to play on? Nobody can possibly outgrow the fun of that.

We went for the dinosaur exhibit, which we did enjoy. A lot of their usual stuff was broken though, including a big screen kids can draw on, a lot of the push buttons for info at each station, and their penny souvenir machine, plus more. We were at the craft station making dinosaur hats and stepped back to take a picture, still right next to the table though, and a worker came over and started cleaning up our spot and almost threw our hat away. But in out book it wasn't a total waste, we did enjoy the dinosaurs

The Alden B. Dow Museum is a must-see in Midland. There are a lot of hands on activities for kids and a wonderful educational room. The special exhibits are usually great, as well. It's a great balance of art and science, and it's fun for the whole family. One of my favorite places in Midland.

Prices are obtainable, can't get a bad seat in the little theater for sure, big theater is great, too. Staff is super nice, very welcoming place to go. Free parking with little traffic, won't go anywhere else if we can help it!

The Center for the Arts has been the center of Midland's cultural scene since it was built.

In the 70's, the MCFTA was my second home, as I participated in Music Society, TMI, Theatre Guild and the Chorale productions. It's a beautiful facility and continues to evolve to meet the cultural needs of the city. Between Dow Gardens, two beautiful auditoriums and the Museum of Science, the MCFTA still rocks after all these years. (Though I used to hate it, I do wish they hadn't replaced the main curtain in the big auditorium. I understand it was a Dow original.)

I don't give Five Star reviews lightly, but this place deserves all five.

Went to see Eat Your Science! Live with Alton Brown. Amazing experience. The facility is beautiful and well maintained. Definitely worth seeing a show or just visiting to see the art exhibits they offer.

Midland Center for the Arts is a beautiful museum. Lots of things for kids and adults to enjoy. Nice display for Hanukah, Santas and Christmas trees. But I was disappointed that there was no Nativity Scene. How could they exclude the "Reason for the Season"?
