The staff very attentive and very friendly. The good food is buffet and the Italian restaurant very rich. Some commented that the dish was with little ration but the truth very big the dish. Very clean beach and bar and snack on the beach. The water in the pool is at room temperature but very clean. I really liked all the truth. (The only bad thing in this moment message is that the hotel is under renovation and there is a lot of noise that ends up getting angry and no longer enjoying the stay.)

The facilities are very beautiful. Good space in the rooms. The restaurants are delightful.

It's not like they sold me the room, they showed me photos of the hotel, as they think it will be. But it's still far from what they post, says heating in the pool, and it's frozen, THERE IS NO HEATING, TO THE IMPOSSIBLE SEA, So you can not have a nice time in the water anywhere. And the noise of the remodeling . ONLY SUPER ATTENTION.
I return disappointed.

The service very well, except at reception, and they gave us a room until 4:00 pm. they told me that it was not in their hands, I ask myself: then who? It's your responsibility, and I'm shocked by that kind of answers, things are solved, they do not excuse themselves and they turn around.
The buffet very scarce and the chicken with very hard and dry mole, almost inedible, there are no desserts in sight, you have to ask the waiter and he brings you the one he wants, he does not give you to choose that there is only brings you something what is inside, the bar very attentive the barman, has a 10, the room very well, clean and spacious.

Good Hotel for its beach and attention, I had a problem with the room and they changed me right away

Shame what they have done with environment; how can they call themselves a luxury resort? After they finished their construction work, they never bother to clean the mountain across from their building which is now full of junk and construction debris. Do you feel your guests enjoy the view from your corridors? You also damaged the road which was not properly repaired. Such a beautiful mountain is now a junk yard.

Very bad experience the whole hotel in remodeling noise, the pool all bad my son cut his feet, the elevators do not work, of the 3 restaurants only one in service, do not respect the buffet schedule I do not choose this option again. POOR OPTION

My wife and I visited the resort last week staying 7 nights. We loved every minute of it. There was only a slight miscommunication upon check in (we had paid for an upgraded package through AirCanada vacations and I don't think it had been communicated to the hotel), however this was promptly rectified upon talking to reception - thank you to the staff member that organized this for us (sorry I forgot your name).

We were looking for a small, relaxing resort away from the hustle and bustle of downtown PVR and this hotel was PERFECT. Yes, the beach has waves and an undertow (it is the Pacific Ocean after all) - but is still easily swimmable if you are a competent swimmer. We had goggles too and had a fun time spotting different fish and rays out in front of the hotel.

Yes, this resort is located out of town but you can easily get the bus (or taxi) into Puerto Vallarta if you want to - we did to see a show and it was hassle free. I liked that it was out of town as it have it a more laid back and relaxing vibe.

The rooms are HUGE and have epic ocean views. The hotel is kept clean and tidy at all hours.

I know that there are some negative reviews regarding the food however, I personally had no issues with everything tasting fresh and flavourful (we ate at all of the restaurants). There was a higher proportion of typical Mexican dishes than I have seen at other resorts - but personally I see this as a positive, especially the breakfast buffet.

All of the staff were AMAZING - so friendly, always smiling and very patient and understanding with my Spanish (I speak spanish like a 3 year old child - my wife speaks better). Some special mentions to specific staff below.

Cafe Sole: Carolina and the other girl (sorry I can't remember your name) were always so friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. I looked forward to my daily espresso doble.

Ekinox: Natalio was always ready with a smile and can mix a super decent daiquiri. One day he even went out of his way to bring us coffee to the rooftop bar (even though it wasn't on the menu).

Front desk: Jose and Nayeli- thank you so much for the cake and card you organized for our birthday breakfast.

Spa: We had massages, body wraps and aromatherapy treatments at the spa. The two women (sorry I did not catch your names) provided excellent treatments. They were always very friendly, courteous and professional.

Lifeguard: Edwin (or Edward - I didn't quite catch your name) did a great job making people aware of the conditions and keeping people safe. I really enjoyed our conversation on the beach - we only wish that our stay was longer so that we could have hungout and talked with you more .

Overall we had a great experience and would love to return for another visit with more of our family.

In general the hotel is fine .... the rooms are clean spacious with good view ..... the only "bad" there are details in the rooms that are already old as the tubs or ornaments, but in general everything works well only Take care of that kind of thing. The air conditioning could not regulate the temperatur, but in general works well and cools very well .... The restaurant has good seasoning good attention of its staff cleaning and good space ..... the "bad" there is not much variety of food since in the days that we were staying I saw dishes that had been served the previous day. The drinks that are served in the bars are good attention is also good especially the one of the barman of the lobby "Fernando" that covers the shift of in the afternoon it seems to me .... the "bad" I consider should raise a little the quality of the wines with which they prepare the drinks, are not current but there is still another level of wines a little higher in the economic, another point is that drinks should be served in own glasses and not disposable as is currently done . In the pool area, in general terms, it is always clean and "dry" because you can always see people picking up trash and drying the water on the floor, the beds are comfortable and in good condition everyone has a good number of umbrellas. .. "bad" the water in the pool is COLD at any time of the day and that if I consider it as a VERY BAD point for those of us who like to spend most of the day in the pool. The beach is clean with sun loungers and umbrellas in good numbers too ..... the "bad" for those who like to be on the beach I think they should have at least one person waiting to offer a snack or drink for the people that is on the beach and in the pool because there is no one that offers something just pick up the garbage but out of that nothing, the sea was three days with red flag so we could not get. The location of the hotel is going towards same, which makes it a private place away from noise ... perfect to rest inside the hotel. The hotel is 20 minutes from the hotel without traffic ... and trucks go by the same road to go to the center of vallarta so you can go by car or truck without problems. In general it is a hotel that for the cost of its services this quite acceptable and pleasant ..... without a doubt I would return, as long as and of vdd I hope to attend my request fix the theme of the water of the pool.

Very good location of the hotel and with a great view of the sea, I feel that the rooms were missing, in my room there was a lot of humidity and it did not cool the weather well, in another room the climate dripped, I think they lack many more entertainment activities to the public of that on the outside all very well

I have a question, are there stairs inside the rooms that are assigned as a service area, on each floor? It is that in my stay I touched the last room before the bathroom, and two children came out, a girl of about 11 or 12 years old and another boy of about 9 or 10 years old, ... it seemed strange to me that they left that place of service, because once inside the room, my husband said, who entered the room a time after mine, that he also saw two children come out of the same bathroom ... that action bothered me a lot. ..

We are thoroughly enjoying our stay at the Grand Park Royal in Puerto Vallarta. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We especially enjoy the service at the Ekinox adults-only area. We have tried the buffet, seafood restaurant, and Mexican restaurant and enjoyed them all. We plan to try the Italian restaurant tomorrow evening.

We did experience a misunderstanding at check-in; however, Alejandro (Manager on Duty), resolved our issue and offered his apologies.

The only thing that would improve the resort would be having additional activities to partake in throughout the day, as well as games to check out from the front desk.

I would recommend this resort, and it is highly likely that my husband and I will return again (and being our kids with us next time)!

It is a hotel that is still in remodeling in one of its towers, some ruifo and masons, the water in the pool is frozen and nobody uses it, the beach is very small but if there are emotions, the Italian menu is a delight, the rest is common.
Be very careful with the people of Royal Holiday claim that you buy credits from a vacation club but there are many bad experiences documented on the internet, take care of your money and do not be part of the group of people who no longer know how to take care of this problem.

One comes to the beach to sunbathe .... nonexistent theme in this hotel at this time of year. The sun hits for an hour a day. There is little personal and motivated.

The attention from the waiters is excellent however there is no security in the valet parking since they deconfigured the car stereo and there was a terrible solution from the staff and I ended up removing my keys since they were not responsible for any incident With the car, I was very upset since the staff was the only one with access to the vehicle. The attention in the pool area is very good but only once I was able to make use of the pool since the water is freezing can not be enjoyed at all and getting into the sea was not possible either because the waves were very strong, Stay was very boring as there was no activity to tell me that not all would be in function but there was nothing to do just eat and eat and the snacks are not good much much variety in the food except your Italian restaurant. I retire with a very bad experience of the hotel, I am a member with a membership of 3 years, and I wanted to buy a 30 year old, and with all this I really do not encourage myself to deal with the troubles so many years one will rest not to stress .

The Hotel needs maintenance (the room has problems with the electronic keys, the elevator does not always work, the restaurant has no access for people with walking problems, the food is generally acceptable), most of the workers do what is possible with what they have at their disposal to please you. This until the day 1 of 5 nights (September 9 to 14) to which I will remain for the people who do everything so that you can spend it comfortably. Do not lose the electronic key and the tollas in the pool because for the cost you would buy 4.

My record experience at Gran Park Royal, Puerto Vallarta was excellent, all the staff were extremely attentive and helpful and sometimes they were more than expected, to great thanks to such an excellent team.

The place is beautiful the food is quite acceptable. However the room service leaves me in doubt of his service attitude and the reception is very unresolvable

The rooms smell horrible to wet, all really, we were staying in more than one room because although we asked for change was the same, the timeshare sales staff is mega annoying, they do not have a doctor and the closest is 30 minutes, the buffet is not the big deal, only the Italian restaurant saves it because it is a delight, the beach is very beautiful and the view from the rooms also; the staff in general is very friendly. I do not recommend it much, if not for the beach, the view, the Italian restaurant and the staff would say it's a terrible place, but that saves them. I really did not have a very good experience.

Excellent stay, very quiet place to rest and enjoy it, the beach is excellent. Delicious food and the best servers always the best deal. A special mention for Dante who looked after us out of 100.

Bad foods, poor buffet, limited drinks and cheap wine. For what they charge it is not worth recommending. The restaurant staff (except the fisherman) do not help the guest, as directed by the managers

Friendly staff, clean room, good food & drinks, nice pool and beach. But we haven't been able to enjoy the latter that much because of high surge, although the weather is really nice and almost without any wind. Trip to the city center by bus (orange-white ones) is fast (15 minutes) and cheap (7,5 $ (pesos) at the time of this writing).

A very good option to spend a well-deserved vacation in Puerto Vallarta, located in the Mismaloya area, Grand Park is a small but warm hotel, the best it has are its food and allotments. It has specialty restaurants that make you spend a pleasant time. If you decide to pay extra to stay at the Sky bar, the views are beautiful and the drinks are premium.
Apart from what it offers you for your rest, it is a company with social responsibility. Highly recommended!

It is a quiet little hotel, a little far from the tourist area, very friendly hotel staff, acceptable buffet food, not good snacks, everything arrived cold and unappetizing, the restaurant of very rich specialties, the acceptable drinks, very spacious and simple rooms, the Bar tend from. Lobby very good. The only bad thing about my visit is that it is being remodeled and there was a lot of construction noise.

Very father and very good attention ... very rich food ..... the only thing I suggest is the pool water that is warm ..... and have lifeguards ... I touch red flag without lifeguards. ..

The cleaning service is missing ... sometimes they do not put the things that are missing .. like towels or the beds do not do them well after the first night ... as they only pull the sheet and they will not rest the sheet of the mattress. ..

The facilities are very good but the service you need to improve

The place is amazing, the service is very skillful and super friendly. In the place, the rooms are very comfortable, clean and very spacious. The best thing is the service of the different bar's and restaurant that is inside the place, the view of the sea, the pools. All!!
