Recently refurbished hotel with good instalations and big rooms. Three specialty restaurants plus the standard buffee, best options for dinner are the seafood place as well as the mexican. When we were here it was heavily understaffed, but the personel did their best to offer good service. Good pool are and beach. Pretty far from downtown though

The sun never rises, the water in the children's pool is freezing, the water in the dirty main pool, in the pool area when you get off the elevator there is a stench of rotten water, in addition to how far you are from downtown Vallarta For everything you have to go by car, the only salvage is the service.

In our stay we have detected a lot of noise due to the works in the first floors of the hotel which breaks with the idea of resting, very badly.

The view is very good and the treatment of the staff is very good, but out of that context, in my case failed in several aspects such as cleaning the rooms since the closest thing to cleanliness was the arrangement of the things in the room, aside the specialty restaurants the attention leaves much to be desired, since they do not respect what was ordered and even if you make a small incapie in what happened it does not seem to matter in the least and they only wait for you to leave the place.

They stolen $120.00 from my purse in my room, they never return the money and manager acting careless. I can't believe they never answer to us. And also tell me I am free to post the review about it. That ruin my vacation ! Totally disappoints ..food was bad only the Italian restaurant have a decent food. I never be back bcuz is no secure. The only money and credit card didn't stolen was the one in the security box...if you want booked a deal in this place better thinking twice!

I live next door at Girasol Sir and have used day passes to enjoy the many ammentities you offer. Friendly staff, good quality,resort. But after the renovation you added a very large new air conditioning blower that throws terrible noise at our building and ruins the environment. What kind of a neighbor does such a thoughtless act. Please clean up your noise pollution.

The food is very bad; Poor quality, not good flavor, and very reduced menu, in El Pescador it took 2 hours to bring our food, the first day we arrived there were only 2 restaurants open, in which if or if you had to go formally dressed, if you wanted to eat. A year ago my husband and I stayed at this hotel and everything was EXCELLENT, we wanted to return this year but it will not be possible, as they DO NOT ALLOW PETS. The point here is that when you search the hotel and see the data and its services is like if you allow pets, was about to book but I happened to speak to confirm and then the answer was that they do not accept, which makes me a little angry because there is false information. I would have loved to return now with my puppy but it will not be possible, I put 4 stars just for that situation because otherwise it was very good.

The hotel is small compared to other resorts in Puerto Vallarta and is somewhat far from downtown in a condo and residential area. The rooms have luxury finishes and all have a view of the sea. The buffet and snack are quite good and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The beach is beautiful with clear and fine sand. Currently they are finishing some remodeling and therefore some services such as the gym are not available and maybe that's also why the pool water is not lukewarm. What I did not like so much is that it needs more green areas and that the parking lot is small and the car stays under the sun all day.

Excellent service. Maybe improve the variety of food. In the Italian food restaurant I had very bad service from one of the waiters, they brought us things that we did not order from the menu, we asked for sparkling wine, but it never arrived. We ordered drinks and it took forever to arrive. They piled the three times of food into very, very large plates. We had to put the food on a single plate to be able to eat. The waiter got annoyed every time we asked him for something. Our stomach closed, both because of the delay and because of the courage that he put us through. And the desserts they served us, that we didn't ask for, they lowered their quality.
As for burgers, nachos, ice creams and very good room service.

The hotel is under construction, and will be for quite a while. There is also what looks and smells like sewage running directly across the beach into the ocean. The construction is overwhelmingly loud and exhaust from the equipment is smelly. This is what you will experience.
