Two big pools below and one on the 12 floor on Spa area plus you have access to the sea beach, some days the waves were ruff. People here are amazingly friendly. We stayed at a newer section, all furniture and all was new. Just be careful with taxis they can get expensive a ride to the hotel which is about 20 km. Cost about 500 to 600 pesos from airport, call Uber and it will cost 187 pesos.

Constant blaring bingo, music, obnoxious entertainer with a microphone...soo loud. It is everyday....we are the building south of the hotel that shares the beach. We can t sit on our terrace and have a conversation with guests in our condo.
The food is good and the rooms are spacious and in good condition, but it is notable for its lack of staff as well as the lack of activities during the day, besides that the water on the beach is quite clean, the soil is very rocky which makes it difficult Enjoy swimming on the beach, so the pool does not give a proper cleaning and is quite worn.
The biggest problem is the noise due to the construction of a tower next door, which also generates unpleasant odors in the corridors due to the stagnation of the water.
My stay was quite comfortable, although there are not many restaurants, the food is very rich, the facilities are very good and the beach is beautiful. I do not recommend the place since I was robbed with cash inside the room even though it was inside my luggage, its safe deposit boxes do not work. The hotel completely evades responsibility and questions that I have brought that money. It was a nice hotel. The people were nice. The only thing that I would say negative is that the buffet restaurant (although free)on the first floor was at best cafeteria food. They had three other restaurants available as well which two only opened at 6pm.
One was all seafood. The other Italian, no kids allowed. And then a Mexican restaurant which requires you to dress nice. I mean I went to wear flip flops and shorts. And with the heat it felt a little inconvenient . So we would just ride into town on the bus to get food from the local restaurants.
We eventually went to the Mexican restaurant and regretted not having went the whole time we were there. The food was great.

Despite being a luxury hotel and having the correct infrastructure and a fairly defined concept the attention leaves much to be desired, and I mean from the person who receives you with the suitcases to the person in charge of explaining the hotel, to the waiters, barman, even the one who sells ice cream in soler. The worst waiters I had to deal with were the fisherman's restaurant, the terrible attention in that restaurant apart from the little variety of sea food that there was. People are not used to saying good morning in that hotel, not all but the vast majority. Once I tried to enter the fisherman's restaurant with my wife they did not want to let us in because there was no table for two people, and the girl at the entrance told us that we'd better go to another restaurant because there was no space there, and there were several unoccupied tables maybe for 4 or 5 people, and when asked about those tables he said "that is for the families that arrive" and I thought maybe my wife and I are not a family and we are not paying and we are not arriving First ? I do not understand your definition of client / family / or service that this girl has.
