Despite being a luxury hotel and having the correct infrastructure and a fairly defined concept the attention leaves much to be desired, and I mean from the person who receives you with the suitcases to the person in charge of explaining the hotel, to the waiters, barman, even the one who sells ice cream in soler. The worst waiters I had to deal with were the fisherman's restaurant, the terrible attention in that restaurant apart from the little variety of sea food that there was. People are not used to saying good morning in that hotel, not all but the vast majority. Once I tried to enter the fisherman's restaurant with my wife they did not want to let us in because there was no table for two people, and the girl at the entrance told us that we'd better go to another restaurant because there was no space there, and there were several unoccupied tables maybe for 4 or 5 people, and when asked about those tables he said "that is for the families that arrive" and I thought maybe my wife and I are not a family and we are not paying and we are not arriving First ? I do not understand your definition of client / family / or service that this girl has. Setting up our hotel safe was impossible because it was blocked and no matter how much I called the staff, they did not finish configuring it for me, which should be done before I entered the room no later, and as for the "life" of the rooms. Hotel activities are very discouraged that when I tried to look for the activity of dominoes I realized that there was nothing organized and neither promoted nor encouraged the activities. Bartenders in the pool deny you certain drinks with the liquor and ingredients available on the table. Of rest the beautiful hotel, the Italian restaurant highly recommended and very good service there and the comfortable and beautiful spacious rooms, the spectacular view.
