The truth is a very controlling hotel and they make you waste your time to make you buy a membership and when you no longer accept until they get rude, you can not smoke anywhere in the hotel, they walk behind you worse than cops ... It leaves much to be desired.

A GREAT HOTEL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, VERY CORDIAL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF, A FANTASTIC BEACH AND AN INCREDIBLY CUTE ROOM.

This would be the third time attending this hotel, as always my experience is very good.
They offer the Italian restaurant, with exquisite dishes and excellent attention from the waiters.
It is always clean, they take great care of the details, the view that this hotel has and that it has private Olaya is a plus.

Excellent, food, animation team, beach, but those who try to sell ... Fraudulent!

The place was great. The staff was nice abs the food was good. It also had a very nice gym and their trainer Brenda was very nice, attentive and very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back soon.

I was last year at the hotel for summer vacations myself and my three children the place is beautiful and clean beach the staff very attentive only k were in the process of remodeling so a lot of noise and one of the elevators did not serve the food It was very good the first day but then opened another restaurant and everything was delicious and the pool was being remodeled so it was a bit uncomfortable and what if we did not like it at all, the drinks were really bad everything, I knew I would like to wait. better then acavava to acquire royal park so k k wait for drinks and meals are as in their other hotels and if we return again I hope I am surprised

Would I recommend this place? NO. We stayed for seven nights, after two days, we just couldn't wait to check out.

Location: it's 17.5 km away from the airport. 8.7 km away from the old town, a local bus ride takes about 17 min to the old town.

This "resort" is just 2 connected high-rise buildings. You can walk from one end to the other in less than a minute.

Avoid this place if you want sun exposure. On a sunny day, you get about four hours of sunlight on the property, from 2 pm to 6 pm. The beach and the pools are in the shadow of the buildings. The only place that have more sunny hours is the roof top, BUT you have to pay 470 peso per day to use the roof top (terrace & swimming pool and better alcoholic drinks), you are not allowed to sit there if you don't pay.

The restaurants serve terrible food. A few times in a week the seafood restaurant is not open as advertised. The lasagna was barely warm, only the sauce poured on top was hot. The tiramisu cake was two round biscuits with drops of thick cream in between. The seafood restaurant has shrimp curry, which is just some deep fried shrimps. Each a la carte restaurant has only one menu. The buffet restaurant does not have much change either. You'll be eating the same stuff every day. ALL restaurants only offer self help salads, so if you don't go there at the right time (be there as soon as the open or try your luck when they decide to refill), you'll be eating left over salads. In the buffet restaurant there is one person with an only task--to sweep the floor. She is diligently sweeping next to our table almost every time we eat there. This is the only place in my life that is sweeping the floor next to me while I eat!

If you are look for water activities, forget about the beach. The waves are big and pounding. Almost everyday, there is time period that you simply are not allowed to walk to the beach. There is beginner surfers, only a couple of swimmers who are brave enough to swim in a day. The first couple of days the water was clean and clear, there is school of fish from time to time. After the rain the water has floating foams and lots of debris, and you don't the the fish coming anymore.

Noise. The glass partition is not sound proof. All rooms have a balcony facing the ocean and then entrance is facing a busy street. I had poor sleep every night! Pounding waves is very different from gentle waves. The street traffic noise is non-stop because is a main road.

Staff. Friendly but barely speak English. The place serves a lot of local clients. In the restaurants, if you say something they don't expect, then you probably will not get what you are asking for. I once ask if they have a microwave oven to warm up the milk, the waiter brought me half a cup of cold milk. I had to rely on Google Translate to communicate with the room cleaning staff.

Very private beach Beautiful views. Bus transportation excellent!! No trouble getting to town.

The beach is amazing, very nice view, although if you want to swim is not the best, there are many stones that you can hit.
The hotel was under renovation, so sometimes the elevator was out of service and the masons could be heard working.

The attention from the staff is good except for the person who wants to sell you timeshares, the cleanliness in the room is excellent. I think that to be an All inclusive it lacks a bit of variety and the pool requires more careful maintenance.

This hotel is in the middle of major renovations (as of December 2017). Our room was clearly brand new, frankly huge with a bathroom twice the size of ours at home. Comfortable and clean. Some down sides: we found rhe pool pretty cold, although the swimup bar helped snooth that over. Only two restaurants, and although the menu in the buffet changed daily it was all kind of the same. Always ok but not really fine dining. Location at the very end of the hotel strip means cab or bus to get anywhere at all, although cabs are pretty cheap. Perhaps the biggest irritant is the strongarm tactics used to try to rope you into a high pressure timeshare presentation. Avoid this if you possibly can. I gave it a 3 because it s in transition but it will almost certainly get better. Of course the attractive price may go away too.

Loved my long weekend stay at this wonderful, very clean, great location resort. The only thing I would rate low are the restaurants. Food is NOT THE BEST. Had to go downtown or another location to get quality food and drinks.

Personally I liked the place, although not the service of the staff, they were very rude especially those who had a khaki dress, did not let enter the beach because the sea was very choppy and rudely wanted to take you out. The food is decent but for what you pay I think there are better places.

We stayed a week and it was very relaxing. The staff was amazing and the bar staff was even better! If your looking for a relaxing stay this is the resort for you. The one thing that I was disappointed in was that there was no night time entertainment like the description said in their website. The food was good and the restaurants within the resort was amazing. I would have liked more options but for what they had it was great. There was a wedding during our stay which is fine but very loud. Be prepared to have a disturbance until 11:00pm. So all in all it was a good stay.

Appalling! We were 10 nights and they robbed us in the room! The first time we did not realize it, the second time we made the claims at the hotel and nobody did anything for which they robbed us again and just there, the operations manager learned of the incident. Nobody took care of anything, they did not give us an answer or compensation, they only overshadowed as beautiful a place as Puerta Vallarta is. Coming to disassemble the suitcases, I still notice that I am also missing my daughters' clothes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The installations are not very recent so, at least in my room, there were several leaks. Those who offer tourist tour packages want to sell by force and they offer them to you when you arrive, if you made a 10-hour trip like my case, the only thing you want to do is rest, not to be entertained for more than 10 minutes to offer you a package.
The food is not very varied in its restaurant either.

It is a very nice hotel, and its beautiful beach, the food is excellent, I think it needs activities and animators that really "cheer" because they do not serve their animations are boring and nobody wants to do them, they do not have a place where there is a show in the night to entertain who we stay there, it is a hotel far from the boardwalk and not like going to a bar nearby nothing, I did not like that, I think it is an expensive hotel for the deficiencies that still has a 5 star rating

The new rooms are very good. It only has two food options and the menu is not particularly varied. They need more service staff on the beach. It is very far from Puerto Vallarta.

The view from its fifth and tenth floors is beautiful, as well as all its facilities, activities and restaurants. The rooms are super complete and the room service is great. I recommend it because I spent a vacation with an all-inclusive package and it was really worth it

The good thing is the beach, spacious room, comfortable bed and a good bathroom, for specialty restaurants you do not have to make a reservation, in general everyone's attention is very good but for my taste I highlight the good treatment of Sandy from cafeteria sole and those from restaurant Italian, a heated pool ...... on the other hand the bad, the heated pool never looks crystal clear :(, on the top there is a bar, a pool and a gym but you have to pay extra :(
If you are looking to spend a lot of time in downtown Vallarta, it is a bit remote but in return you will have a beautiful colored beach :)
