They did an incredible job on my postcards and I couldn't be happier with them!!

PostcardMania is awesome! All of the hard work I would have put into a direct mail campaign they did for me, freeing up my time for other tasks. They designed postcards for me, mailed out flyers, and found the mailing list that fit our needs. Will definitely use them again for future mailouts.

Persistent high pressure sales. Very good graphics developers. Marketing words/slogans a bit amateurish. Big concern: In my 8 month program I only received 4 postcards and I (customer) am on the mail list. Following up with recipients I knew, indicated the same. Explanation we delivered to USPS . USPS says they were delivered. They are not inexpensive. And out of supposedly 5000 cards mailed -0- response. That s 0 for $1800 investment.

Service was fine but there were too many additional charges and upselling beyond what I expected. Postage is charged separately and after they try to sell additional services that ended up costing too much. Not sure if I will use them again.

Awful customer service.. I contacted them to design and mail postcards. They scheduled two calls with me and didn't show for either. I gave them another chance and I sent emails which they never responded to. I decided to give them one more chance and went to their site, started a chat and gave them my need. They told me they needed to call me to discuss and would do so in the next few minutes and again they stiffed me! Worst customer experience EVER!!!

I've used postcardmania for a couple direct mail campaigns and I paid them to build my website. Over all my experience with them has pretty good with a few hiccups.
However, one thing I want to stress is the customer service ive received from Lee Stroh. Hands down he's given me the best experience. Each time there's been a problem he has acted quickly to make sure it's token care of. He went as far as helping me get my website up and running when he was off the clock and on his personal time. This is the second time I used post card mania. The first time was smooth, went well, just as expected it should go. BUT this time, it really could not have been much worse. Our Rep was changed in the middle of the prosses and delayed the mailings by roughly five weeks with out letting us know. We had already paid almost four thousand dollars up front. I scheduled the mailers to be sent out during my slower season for a reason. Instead they send out in my busiest part of the year. When I FINALLY go a hold of my Rep, she said it was out of her hands and she would have her supervisor call me. Well, I haven't heard from them since. Lots of money down the drain!!!

I have used PostcardMania for many years. This year's special mailing went much faster than previous years, mostly because I'm picky about my designs and this year, to my delight, they were able to provide me with multiple choices in one email rather than one at a time (very time consuming - uhg.) I highly recommend them.

PostcardMania did an excellent job managing the process from start to finish. Avery continues to impress with her customer service, making sure we are in the loop every step of the way. The design team does an outstanding job taking our concepts and making them look sharp and effective.

I came to PostcardMania with a bit of an unusual campaign : we re trying to find a lost dog, and anted to hit all the addresses in the area of interest with a postcard campaign. They were wonderful: pulled it together for us in a very short time, and had the cards in the mail amazingly quickly. I m very happy with PostcardMania, and based on this experience I plan to use them for my business needs as well.

Where should I start.
I call for 500 cards. They offer me to buy 5000 since it is a better deal. They explain they are the best in what they do. Then they say that they have a Direct2 mail system that will allow others to look at my services after they have left my site.
They promise the moon.
I am starting a little business that will help me with dead-ends.
So I sign for everything.
Then they say to go to the bigger size cards, that they have proven to work better.
I get my design completed and send to them. This happened 2 months ago, I just needs to send cards fast just 500.
They I need to call somewhere else for a listing. There is a person called DAWN, she will absolutely convince you of everything! -- BUYERS BEWARE.
There is this other 4 employees (you just keep calling people there to get your job done).
They are very fast to take your credit card information and convince you of everything. but VERY SLOW to deliver. When you call for an answer, nobody is available. (I have been talking to different people for 2 months)
To this date, I have no evidence that the cards were sent. I called them to cancel all work I have requested with them. The Direct2mail that they say I would get more traffic and sign for, is not working - I paid like $ 600 for that service.
Then I log in to my account, and there are no cards, no service, nothing done. I call for the 12th time. They explain to me that "they have a brand new system now" that they information in not there, but somewhere else.
At this point I absolutely HAD IT with Postcardmania.
BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE. Please save yourself form this aggravation.
I can show evidence of everything, all invoices, all e-mail, delays, etc., etc. I have lost around $2000 with them.
This is very sad that they want to take advantage of small businesses. :-(

Post card mania should be your go to for marketing!! There professionalism and knowledge within the marketing industry is top shelf.
They have dedicated teams to help you with everything from design layout, facebook ads, instagram ads, online banner ads, and follow up emails put in place that make it a 100% done for you sytem...

Very unhappy with PostcardMania. Would have been much easier and less expensive to use Vistaprint. Told our account manager multiple times to remove us from their mailing list, but we are still getting multiple postcards a month filling our inbox. Do NOT use this company!

Dealing with both Bryan and Kelly and both have been great! Will be dealing with them in the future.

2-stars: To start, PCM does good, high quality work. Generally very helpful and does good business.

Unfortunately for the past year, we have found they haven't been consistently timely with their production. For our business, expiration dates work best for the offers that we place on our postcards; because of that, they need to reach client mailboxes by a certain time. Our marketing team has seemingly had to start the design process earlier and earlier in order for the cards to reach mailboxes -- even then, they are still late and the offers don't get a chance to reach full effect.

Not sure if PCM is starting to grow too large and can't keep up with their customer base. Maybe they need to start asking a date for when the customer is hoping to get the postcard mailed by the absolute latest and have some sort of warranty in place. Without the latter, we're thinking about moving our business elsewhere because the investment is starting to outweigh the return.

3-stars: PCM was speedy at contacting us to discuss how to resolve the above issue -- much appreciated. Our marketing team just started the design process for a new postcard this past hour and we will see how it goes first before making further comment.

It was a rough start at first, because I had never done any advertising through the mail. Dylan had such patience working with me and helping me to understand and get exactly the postcard design I wanted. We've seen a good amount of business through these postcards!!

They will harass you with SPAM emails from the minute you go online. Our company was considering using them, but due to their outrageous spamming, we would never ever under any circumstances use or recommend this company! See snapshot of an email I received from them AFTER I told them to never contact me again!

Lisa was very helpful. It tooks us almost 2 months to finally commit to a design but she was not pushy, she helped to make sure it was everything that we wanted and was extremely polite and respectful of our choices.
Derek helped us to make sure that the post card looked exactly how we wanted before printing and he was very easy to contact anytime we needed him.
I woul highly recommend this company if you are looking to market or just make a quick survey card like we did.

The main reason Im writing them a review is, we recently had a miscommunication and I was charged for something I didn't realize I had singed up for. When I asked about it, they were very prompt to refund my money and there was zero hassle. 5+ company.

bait and switch! Complete waste of money. They promise to send to certain demographics and then blindly send them to empty apartment dwellings or to those that do not meet the agreed upon demographics. When I discussed it afterwards, They replied that they would give me a refund. Suddenly, they refused to talk to me when I asked when..... Enjoy their prepackaged response that will be coming below.

Service Industry utilized postcard mania for increased business for a very large trade show. Lead list provided, was very inaccurate and ended up finding addressed and sending them instead of using the lead list. Several banner ads were viewed, but less than 10 clicks and zero phone calls over the past 2 months of the campaign...2 months more to go. Of the 600 plus cards sent out, we "think" we got one lead. The person was unsure of how he got our number/name. The Postcard mania service is wonderful, their design department is very helpful and friendly. Excellent in those areas and I would use them again in that sector. Sadly, no results have panned out from using the service for my company.

It has been a great pleasure and joy to work with several of the employees or associates at Postcard Mania. They have been helpful, honest and dependable.

Honest review: I was ecstatic to work with PostcardMania for a mailer I was sending out for my office. They mail out nice cards, but there is a lack of explanation of billing, and automatic renewals when the program is explained. The mailer cost me almost double what I had discussed as my budget with my representative.
If you are a small business following a strict budget, I would use someone else. There are many hidden fees and things that are added later in comparison to the original price.

They get one star because I can't do less than one in order to leave a comment. They said they mailed out over 6,000 pieces of direct mailers. I have received NOT ONE CALL!!! , nor visit from anyone. I asked specific people from specific addresses, if they had received the mailer, they said NO! Post Card Mania is not a company i would recommend to anyone trying to spend their marketing money wisely, and effectively. They also misspelled the city name of the flyer. Now they are trying to sell me another 6,000 mailers, they said customers need to view the mailer more than 3 times. NO WAY I WILL SPEND MORE MONEY OR TIME WITH POSTCARD MANIA. ZERO STAR RATING TO THEM.

I have been following Postcardmania for many years and using their TIPS. When I started working for a new business over a year ago I went right to Postcardmania. They are very service oriented and helpful. If I had any questions they were answered quick. Since It was the first time working with them and I knew exactly what I wanted I ended up going back and forth MANY times until I was happy with the product that was going to go out. Throughout all my back and forth changes they were never more then helpful and friendly! I attribute that to the knowledge that they have and because of the training that they get. I spent nearly $5K on mailers and I didn't even get a 1% return. I only got one phone call and basically paid $5k for it. Several months after I was done with the mailers project they hit me with a $200 bill because I didn't cancel the tracking service which the representative Charlene never told me about.
