Very helpful, courteous, and professional. The initial consultation was very in depth with them asking questions and <gasp!> listening. Our dog had gone lame (temporarily, we hope) in her back legs. They presented many different options, each with good info as well as pros & cons. We have opted for the least intrusive approach for the moment and it seems to be working. Quality of life is a big concern for us and they respect that and work with us.

Dr. Caveness came highly rated and we drove 45 minutes to resolve a Food Allergy and Ear Infection issue with our adopted Beagle. We got a diagnosis quickly and the dog is happy and healthy. All this after a previous visit with another vet in Watertown. The staff is super friendly and although we waited 3 weeks for an appointment, it was well worth it. Phone call follow up calls we waited awhile for but the overall picture was great. I'm not sure how an emergency issue could be dealt with being that this guy is so booked, but maybe a backup emergency vet could be in order if these guys tell you that you have to wait weeks out to see them when an emergency arises.

I previously went to another vet who didn t care about my cat s longevity. I couldn t be happier with Integrative Animal Health. The doctor suggested a plethora of methods for my sweet baby and wants to check up on her every few months. The people who work here are kind and knowledgable. Some of their products allow you to return them if your fur baby doesn t like the taste, texture, etc. I m very pleased with them and will continue to bring my cat back.

They have taken care of our dog, Rudi, for many years and not once did we have a bad experience. The whole team is very friendly and caring.
Dr. Linda Rogers has gone above and beyond helping Rudi through some difficult health issues. He required a lot of testing and Dr. Rogers frequently called to discuss the results with me, typically, at the end of her long work day. Working in health care myself, I always had a lot of questions for her which she patiently answered. I felt she was treating Rudi like she would be treating her own dog and that was very reassuring to me. I highly recommend this practice.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Linda Rogers and the entire staff at IAHC for saving my beloved dog, Tennessee, who was brought in on an emergency basis due to severe respiratory distress today. Dr. Rogers, Chris, Matt, Maegan, and everyone at the clinic was calm, kind, and compassionate, both to Tennessee and to me. They worked carefully to monitor and stabilize him, when he was in serious distress, and never left him unattended. Their efforts enabled him to come home again. I am so grateful to all.

My pets love this place. I was interested in having them write the review but for some reason they just don't take to the keyboard so well.
I have a stray cat we adopted off the streets who has had some rough times and the Vet here in Bolton has really been helpful. If you are looking for a vet this is a great place.

The receptionist, Cheryl Swift, had an incident at her home which actually concerns me. One of her dogs was mauled to death by other dogs she has in her home. Animal control was called and had to visit her home. This reflects badly on the business as a whole in my opinion. If their staff can't take care of animals, how am I supposed to trust them to take care of mine?

Dr. Linda Rogers is our vet and we love her. But on the occasions when I've had to go there with an urgent care issue and seen one of the other vets, everyone is super nice and absolutely competent. I trust them completely! My obedience/agility dogs go in regularly for chiropractic "tune ups" with Dr. Rogers as well as doing all our routine veterinary work there. She's magic when it comes to sports medicine for dogs! She has also helped tremendously with my one very shy dog. I also love that they are not "vaccine pushers"

Dr. Papscoe (the avian/small animal doctor) is always helpful and kind. She has helped us many times with our small animals and I couldn't recommend her enough. Everyone else is very pleasant and easy to work with as well. Great place to take your animals for anything that might need looking at.

A big Thank you to Dr. Rogers and staff during this Covid time. My 8 yo GSD needed a Mast Cell Tumor removed and I am so grateful that she was willing and able to arrange for the surgery to be done there. Matt was his technician and I really appreciated his multiple follow up calls. My boy is doing great and healing is amazing.

I started seeing Dr Rogers first for her chiropractic service. It was an easy way to introduce my boy to her and help him understand that vets can be gentle and make him feel good. He showed his gratitude by approaching her giving her a gentle small kiss . It was the only time he has ever kissed a veternarian or anyone in the profession;. That did it, I shifted all of his care to her and the clinic shortly after. It s an hr drive one way but so worth iThe staff is attentive, kind and genuine.

I ve said this many times in person and will say it again, I love Dr. Rogers and the entire staff. I feel confident with the care that is given to my boy.

Dr. Rogers is wonderful!!! She and the team were instrumental in the care that "Fernando" received for his ailing wrist. The aquatic treadmill is a lifesaver when it comes to osteoarthritis in large breed dogs.

She and the team made a mould of his wrist and sent it out (the brace) came back from the lab and helps to immolbolize his joint to keep from injuring further.

I personally had "no clue" about this type of therapy that's available for dogs. It's a win-win situation to see less stiffness in his joints and more movement + momentum in his body. Granted the aquatic treadmill won't be that easy...

First we had to get "Fernando" acquainted with the equipment ( sort of an impromptu introduction to it), and then spend several minutes in the enclosed space letting him get used to the water being pumped in. This is a feat in itself because "Fernando's" a German Shepherd with an analytical mind, and his mind is thinking up ways to avoid "new surfaces". If he feels that the depth perception is off he won't engage in the activity.

Dr. Roger's has that ability to see "Fernando's apprehensions and tackle it head on". That's why we've been coming for a little over a year... The team is so caring and wonderful...

My wife called last night because our dog has an irritated eye that is getting gunky and leaking down her face, they told her for an extra fee she could be seen urgently or call back tomorrow in the morning, first come first serve. I called back in the morning and once the phone was picked up at 10 past they are fully booked and cannot see my dog unless I pay the Urgent fee, so now they will not see my dog again and I cannot make an appointment unless I wait till 8 tomorrow morning. First come first serve sounds like a vet I do not want to do any more business with. Turning Healthcare into a game. I do not get how my money would make room that isn't there already. When they did see my dog in the past they were awesome, but I don't know where this you can't make appointments for your dog came from unless you pay an extra fee. I hope this practice works for you and them but it does not work for our family have a great day everybody.

This vet has poor customer service plain and simple. They are to busy for their own good and waste peoples time. I came here to get my dog a shot and they couldn t handle him so they charged us extra for medication he doesn t need instead of just letting us help them. Now we have to come back again and it may not even work out. All this was after we took our dog to a different vet because they wouldn t see him when he had an actual infection the last time we needed help. Would not recommend.

I found a cold, wet, and lost dog with one of their rabies tags. I brought him in and they got us in a room immediately supplied with blankets and hot water bottles. They contacted the very worried owner and Lenny was back home in no time.

The service I received from this establishment was beyond superior. They were fast and friendly. Also, the lawn was the most impeccable lawn I've ever seen in my life. I almost passed out from pure joy and wonder.

Great doctors and staff, nice waiting area/lobby. Integrative means they use traditional veterinary practices as well as other modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic, and they have a new water therapy room. Have brought all of my cats and dogs here for years and never been anything but extremely satisfied with my experiences.

Dr. Parkis was completely unprofessional today with my dog. It s unbelievable the way she would not listen to a thing I had to say before she rattle off something she learned from a text book. I ll I wanted was bloodwork done to check my dogs liver and kidneys since being put on medication. I asked repeatedly to have the bloodwork done and instead I continued to receive an entire rundown of everything she thinks she knows about everything... and what she thinks is wrong with my dog. This was our first and last appointment with her because it was a brutal experience. She also, WITHOUT my permission, requested records from our previous vet which is completely unacceptable.

Amazing place with awesome doctors and staff who have taken great care with our 2 cats and 4 dogs for years with tons of wellness, injuries, and illness visits, including coordinating top notch specialty care on site at times with referral physicians that come there for them. The integrated care approach is terrific by us and everyone there is always friendly and helpful.

Dr. Parkis is amazing. She spends the time to make sure all of your concerns are addressed. She is thoughtful and kind and makes sure our dogs are at ease. The vet techs, other vets and front office staff are all lovely and knowledgeable. I am so glad I found them.

We love it here and the staff and doctors are excellent. Dr. Rogers helps us so much with taking the best care of our babies. Over the years, we've had to say goodbye to our elder furry friends and Dr. Rogers was so comforting and helpful.

My latest visit here was for the worst possible thing a pet owner can visit a vet for. I arrived late, technically after they closed. And the staff was wonderful. They took their time and were caring, considerate and amazing to an animal that was clearly in pain. My previous experiences here for normal yearly vet visits was positive. This experience made me know that my pets are in very good hands here. Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.

We are a long standing and happy client of IAHC. Recently though, when we were planning for our trip to Canada we realized we had lost our dog's rabies certificate. I emailed IAHC at 10PM and by 11PM on Saturday night they emailed me that someone would go to the office to print us a second copy on Sunday when they're closed. I NEVER expected this amazing response but this is a testament to the amazing lengths they go to for their clients. THANK YOU.

Both Dr.s at this facility are excellent and kind with animals. I have taken a few of my animals here for quite serious things, my dog which ended up having to go somewhere else because it was an emergency overnight and had to put my cat down there : ( so sad because I accidently ran over her (even more sad) this was a very special family pet and it was horrific for me. They were so kind to me and did not make me feel stupid at all. Then a week later I got a card with her paw print and and a sympathy card. My kids really appreciated it, again it was a really sad time for us as a family so that helped a little seeing her little paw print. I would recommend this place anytime. It is a little more expensive than a few other local ones, but it's worth it.

The work was great and we've used these people as long as we've had pets in the area. Only ding is because I didn't feel like our concern about getting oral antibiotics into our cat after recent surgery were taken seriously.

Dr. Caviness and Matt drove 30 miles to my house to accommodate my family in ending the life of my beloved dog Miggy. He has been her vet for over 13 years, and is exceptional in every way. I cant say enough about the entire practice, all of its staff and the incredible caring and leadership of Dr. Caviness. Thank you for the love and care you have shown my dog and family over the years.

I m sure others may have had better experience with them but our brief interaction was not good. Lucky we didn t proceed with them. Called about seeing our new puppy and the best appointment they could do was more than 2 weeks out. The puppy would have been late on its shots. Clearly not looking out for the best interest of the animals!
