I look at many companies and read all the glowing reviews of how they did this awesome and how they did that awesome! I think there is more to be said about a company on how they react when something goes wrong.

I recently had a discrepancy with my account and was VERY SATISFIED with the way they handled it, prompt, professional, fair and at the end of the day I would happily use their company again in the future and refer to friends.
