The first job was truly rough. They can improve their processes and protocols from when a customer calls and the project is dropped in the mail. Becasue of the glitches, someone from quality assurance contacted me to learn the details of the job. The call was very professional and at the end they made it up to me. Purchasing your advertising from them. When I first started working there, they tricked me into thinking they actually cared about there employees. Especially Angie Missonis shes the head of HR . For someone to have such and important role in this company she s very unprofessional. She would talk about her employees , for example she had told me she was firing one of the receptionist, because she didn t like her and she complained too much. But she was firing her without even giving her a notice she even hired her replacement. And I felt bad so I warned the Employee to start looking for a new job. Angie then made it seem like she had no idea what the girl was talking about when she confronted her. Not only did Angie mention it to me she was firing the employee she told another employee the exact same thing. Angie then gave the girl a promotion to cover herself. She s very sneaky and messy I wouldn t get too close to her. hints as to why PostcardMania is always hiring and can t keep anyone . I had got a better job opportunity, and I let Angie know I will be leaving in a week and I was sorry I couldn t give a full two weeks notice. She than congratulated it me made it seem like she was happy for me, but than talked about me, saying how terrible of a person I am. Moving forward my last day at PostcardMania was October 25,2019 today is November 29,2019 and I haven t received my last check yet. I had two checks left to get I told them I will come get it. Angie then told one of the employees she didn t want me to come get it because she didn t want to make anything easier for me. When I called in and spoke to her she told me she told Jayne ( the receptionist manager) to hold it for me, which was a lie because, Amy the women who handles the checks was told by jayne not to hold my check and mail it out. So obviously someone was lying, when I told Angie that, that was strange she told them to hold it and they still mailing it out she goes oh let me reach out to jayne as if she didn t know why jayne didn t hold it for me. Now my last check whew !! I ve been so patient every time I call to speak to angie she s never available. She always has one of my friends that s an employee there reach out to me, which is so unprofessional. She should be the one calling me and keeping me posted on my check. I got tired of waiting so I called again, finally on Tuesday Athena(Hr person), reached out to me telling me about how my check was sent to the wrong address. But the truth is they forgot to send out my check. Angie shared this information with an employee and they told me. This place is not a place I recommend anyone to work at.
Gabriella at PostcardMania was so efficient and helpful! The design team created a great card from very basic instructions, they used our website and logo to make a card that reflects our business perfectly! We needed the job done very quickly and they made it happen in just days!

No refund policy, after no postcards & no service rendered or delivered, & the 21 Year President Melissa Bradshaw (Last Page) sent me an email asking why I did not order Everywhere Small Business. The election of the city council that I made the postcards was moved to Nov 2020, I removed myself from the ballet via the Secretary of State TX (Sent Proof of Document), the order was NOT printed and dates changes, so I canceled the order. The President never replied, made employee make up some reason, but no refund for $685.00 prepaid to make postcards, never created and sent to me, lastly sales rep stated check back in 30 days and will give the refund another go.
I worked primarily and directly with Kayla Barkalow. She was very friendly and quick to respond. I had no issues in my communication with her and she was patient with all of the necessary edits to our postcard design. No results in a year, wrote an email to cancel my web and phone tracking service. I was billed the following month. Contacted my rep, asking confirmation of cancellation and a refund. They continue to not honor my request and keep pushing me to be contacted by a client customer representative regarding issues with results. I have stated, I just want to cancel and receive a refund. As of this moment, not sure if I'll ever get a cancellation confirmation or a refund and if they'll continue to bill me in the future. They are like the Ferengi in Star Trek, once they get your money they'll never give it back. UGH!!!
UPDATE: Thanks Laura and Mark for finally getting me a refund. Initially, the customer service was good, but after I didn't get any results, I decided to cancel the Direct Mail and call tracking service. Make sure you get an email confirmation of cancellation. They will also try to talk you out of canceling

Really terrible customer service. Rude staff, they only want to answer your call when they want to take your money. Disappointing design service. Extremely long wait times to get the postcards out. Usually about a month turn around time. Confusing website to approve the process and nobody seems to want to help when calling in for explanation.

My real estate investing company signed up with Postcardmania in June 2017 to mail 5000 postcards to a very specific target group that both myself and Matt agreed would be the best fit for our company. We decided to use an existing Postcardmania template that I was told to have worked successfully with other real estate investors. Our results were "horrible"!! Out of the 5000 mailed, we received 2 phone calls. One was from a homeowner that asked us to take her off the mailing list and the other was an individual wanting to sell us a home out of our mailing area. I was contacted by Dawn in February and was assured she would review our account and get back to me. After a phone call and an email she has yet to respond. Great at sales but POOR on what matters...RESULTS.

If I could give this place a Zero I would. First the order took twice as long as I was sold for 12,000 post cards. Communication with your account manager can take days or weeks for a response. Then as my mailings were happening I was getting next to no response rate. I paid for a list of foreclosures in my county and surrounding. After getting no responses I decided to cross reference the list I paid postcardmania for with the county and came to find only 1 in 3 were actually a foreclosure. So I paid for bad leads plus all of the marketing material I paid for to send to these bad leads. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We at SELLability have really enjoyed working with PostcardMania. Our hit rate on our website after their design was 50% better. We also utilized them to write our newsletter that has generated a lot of new business for us. Love them and would recommend them to anyone.
The employees of PCM are wonderful. They are upbeat, joyful, and fun collaborators.
The only reason I am not leaving 5 stars is that I tend to have to "chase down" answers and the turn-around is not always as indicated in their correspondence.
On a few occasions, my contact says "we'll have this ready for you in 24 hours" and I don't hear back for up to a week. If you are not in a hurry or turn-around isn't critical (and it wasn't to me in all cases), than you're in good hands.
If you become a client, expect lots of follow up email with suggestions other services. I get that they have lots of other ways to grow my business but sometimes I'd rather get through a project without being sold on other options.

To be honest I feel like they only want your money and that's it. They offer you empty promises and that's it. I have a new salon and have a small marketing budget, but I trusted them that they could help me get some business so I could start making some money. I got very little business from my 3 mailings, and virtually no phone calls. All they could tell me it comfort me with afterward, after I'd already spent over 2000 dollars, is to buy more postcards. I had so many that got returned to my shop, that I feel like it was such a waste of money that I could have used in other places. Such a bummer.

I ordered 2500 mail addresses for my business: Spanish Camp. I ordered addresses for children 3 to 10 years old in 3 different towns. When I got the address I checked people in my own town and I found that 20% of them they didn't' have children in that range, or that their children are in college. This was bad service, they didn't update the information.
I was afraid to send more post cards knowing these post card would go to the garbage with the 35 cent stamp. It was about $1000 in stamps.
I complained to them but they told me that its normal. They buy the addresses from another company

It's a pity that I didn't read all the reviews before, like in Yelp. Luckily, I only bought a small amount of them.

Absolutely awful. Ordered 5000 postcards to be split into two separate mailings. Took 3 weeks, 32 e-mails and speaking with 7 different associates to try and get the second mailing out - It was exactly the same mailing as the first.
I finally gave up and cancelled that mailing and was reimbursed. 2 months later they're trying to charge my card again!
Support your local printing company. The cost savings said-and-done is negligible and you're likely to get a much better product and customer service.
PostcardMania project was a significant investment. I did 3 monthly mailings with no single lead. The company, simply blamed my luck of success on my poorly designed website. PostcardMania does not seem to have experience with Medical or Aesthetic marketing. They have no idea about HIPPA rules. When i reported my unsuccessful results after 3 mailings, they kept requesting my clients names and addresses, so they can compare it with their mailings. My review was not posted on their website. They only post positive reviews. I dont know what business can benefit from this service, but certainly not Medical or Aesthetic. Do not recommend. Find a better way to invest your money.

This company lacks integrity. After working with them through my small business and being overcharged for a product that was not delivered on time or to spec, I have worked for years to be removed from their incessant marketing calls, emails, and snail mail campaigns. They chase the almighty dollar at all costs and flout best practices. A full 6 years after I asked for money back, they still call my cell phone every other week to try to sell me more stuff that is not a fit for me or my business. Be ware of ever giving them your contact information.

Terrible Service !!! They are masters at up-selling you to stuff you don't need. Do NOT listen to their advise, they will tell you anything to sell you their product. I've purchased postcards though them, and got zero business as a result. Ive tried reaching the owner of the company numerous times, and she just ignored me! They only contact you when they need you, but don't respond when you need them.... Pathetic, is all I can say! STAY AWAY from this shady business!!!
Design of the postcard looks great. Will have to amend a comment on the results of the mailing once it gets delivered.
(11-27-19) The results are in. It's been a month since the cards were sent and the response has been...wait for it: Dismal. Pathetic. The worst it could possibly be. Gloomy. Cheerless. Pitiful. Disastrous. Calamitous. Out of 5000 cards sent, not one single BRM came back. Not one. I could have gambled the $4000 on the craps table and lost it all and had more fun.
The design team and sales staff have been very courteous. They sent out our postcards a month ago. We highly recommend their services.

We've been using PostcardMania for over 8 years now and have been consistently pleased and impressed with their product (postcards, business cards and mailing lists.) The customer service and attention we've received is far above what I'd expect -- we're treated the same as if we were a large and "important" account. The results we get from our postcard mailings are over triple what we got when we were producing our postcards ourselves. Direct mailings are responsible for 1/3 of our business each year. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the great quality product. The sales representatives are knowledgeable and take the time to make sure you understand the products and get what you need. I would highly recommend them.
