I've used postcardmania for a couple direct mail campaigns and I paid them to build my website. Over all my experience with them has pretty good with a few hiccups.
However, one thing I want to stress is the customer service ive received from Lee Stroh. Hands down he's given me the best experience. Each time there's been a problem he has acted quickly to make sure it's token care of. He went as far as helping me get my website up and running when he was off the clock and on his personal time. He's expressed through his actions that he truly cares for his clients. For that I say thank you.
