Where should I start.

Where should I start.
I call for 500 cards. They offer me to buy 5000 since it is a better deal. They explain they are the best in what they do. Then they say that they have a Direct2 mail system that will allow others to look at my services after they have left my site.
They promise the moon.
I am starting a little business that will help me with dead-ends.
So I sign for everything.
Then they say to go to the bigger size cards, that they have proven to work better.
I get my design completed and send to them. This happened 2 months ago, I just needs to send cards fast just 500.
They I need to call somewhere else for a listing. There is a person called DAWN, she will absolutely convince you of everything! -- BUYERS BEWARE.
There is this other 4 employees (you just keep calling people there to get your job done).
They are very fast to take your credit card information and convince you of everything. but VERY SLOW to deliver. When you call for an answer, nobody is available. (I have been talking to different people for 2 months)
To this date, I have no evidence that the cards were sent. I called them to cancel all work I have requested with them. The Direct2mail that they say I would get more traffic and sign for, is not working - I paid like $ 600 for that service.
Then I log in to my account, and there are no cards, no service, nothing done. I call for the 12th time. They explain to me that "they have a brand new system now" that they information in not there, but somewhere else.
At this point I absolutely HAD IT with Postcardmania.
BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE. Please save yourself form this aggravation.
I can show evidence of everything, all invoices, all e-mail, delays, etc., etc. I have lost around $2000 with them.
This is very sad that they want to take advantage of small businesses. :-(
