2-stars: To start, PCM does good, high quality work. Generally very helpful and does good business.

Unfortunately for the past year, we have found they haven't been consistently timely with their production. For our business, expiration dates work best for the offers that we place on our postcards; because of that, they need to reach client mailboxes by a certain time. Our marketing team has seemingly had to start the design process earlier and earlier in order for the cards to reach mailboxes -- even then, they are still late and the offers don't get a chance to reach full effect.

Not sure if PCM is starting to grow too large and can't keep up with their customer base. Maybe they need to start asking a date for when the customer is hoping to get the postcard mailed by the absolute latest and have some sort of warranty in place. Without the latter, we're thinking about moving our business elsewhere because the investment is starting to outweigh the return.

3-stars: PCM was speedy at contacting us to discuss how to resolve the above issue -- much appreciated. Our marketing team just started the design process for a new postcard this past hour and we will see how it goes first before making further comment.
