Awful customer service.. I contacted them to design and mail postcards. They scheduled two calls with me and didn't show for either. I gave them another chance and I sent emails which they never responded to. I decided to give them one more chance and went to their site, started a chat and gave them my need. They told me they needed to call me to discuss and would do so in the next few minutes and again they stiffed me! Worst customer experience EVER!!!
