This is the second time I used post card mania. The first time was smooth, went well, just as expected it should go. BUT this time, it really could not have been much worse. Our Rep was changed in the middle of the prosses and delayed the mailings by roughly five weeks with out letting us know. We had already paid almost four thousand dollars up front. I scheduled the mailers to be sent out during my slower season for a reason. Instead they send out in my busiest part of the year. When I FINALLY go a hold of my Rep, she said it was out of her hands and she would have her supervisor call me. Well, I haven't heard from them since. Lots of money down the drain!!!
