Using Postcard Mania for a back to school promotion we won Best Marketing Idea at The Best Marketing Seminar Ever in Atlanta as well as brought in an abundance of new patients and reactivated about as many! The staff is awesome to work with and they always have 'their ducks in a row', they work on a strict time schedule and always come through for us! I would recommend them to anyone, FIVE STARS!

They get three stars because I haven't made a purchase yet. I read through a lot of reviews and seem excited yet hesitant. Samantha Heald is my rep and has been awesome. She calls me back at the times I ask. So as far as customer service it's a 5 star so far. I am skeptical on the list. From what I read that seems to be the major issue with people. I received a sample list about 8 months ago and at least half of the businesses on the sample list are permanently closed. I addressed this concern with Samantha. She said they can get me an updated list with more detailed demographic breakdown. This is now the deciding point for my business. If they can come through with a solid list to businesses that are open, within my demographic and they all get delivered then this will turn into a 5 star review! I have high hopes and expectations!

So Far Sooo Great! I am very excited to see how my campaign goes and I have had an awesome experience so far with a team who seems to want to do everything they can to help me. The process has been very easy and people are pleasant and prompt. With this kind of customer service you would expect higher prices, instead, their prices are GREAT too! I can't wait for my mailers to go out, everything looks perfect!

I've been utilizing PostcardMania for a couple of years in my real estate business and have had a great experience and more importantly, great results. I market to property owners who have had their properties on the market before and were unsuccessful at selling them. I developed a marketing campaign using the Colossal size cards and I do multiple mailings of the same cards to those target sellers. I've been told many times, I called you when I got the 3rd card because I knew you were different than other Realtors.

This past month we started a massive mailing campaign to a neighborhood with over 5000 homes. With PCM's help, we were able to identify the homes we wanted to mail to all the way down to the street level. I can't believe how precise our mailing campaign is. It will definitely generate a HUGE Return-on-Investment.

Just spoke with their live chat customer service about a custom job that our past vendor had failed to complete for us with quality. Within minutes, she had taken down all the correct information, and called for a follow up. This is how customer service is done, right! Looking forward to doing business with this company for a long time.

This company is the worst. They promise response on the post cards sent and deliver ZERO feedback. I got absolutely NO Feedback, zero calls, website is static, zero e-mails. When you complain that you are receiving no results they encourage you to just keep spending more money. We fell for that once! We spent lots of dollars with this company and literally received NO returns. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I started off with a nominal budget but I knew that I wanted to try direct mail marketing although I am a bit new at it. I told her what I could afford and she instantly came up with a target market that made sense for me and my business. She immediately tabulated all expenses and we were off and running in no time. I really liked the fact that I could go online and check the progress of the project at any point. Look forward to many subsequent mailings and ultimately success.

I used to always use vista Print for my business cards and i really wasn't ever happy with them. I was recommended to try Postcardmania. This was one of the most non stressful processes ever. My Account manager was always quick to reply and always helpful. I love it when someone can hold my hand versus leaving it up to me to do. I love the design and the quality of business cards was great! Over all 100% happy with my product and service . I WILL Continue to do business with them and refer them.

Working with PostcardMania has been great! My organization has done multiple campaigns with PostcardMania and we have been more than pleased with the outcome of all our projects.

I followed all their suggestions and great concepts for over six months. The ROI was zero. I believe this is a great concept and great company. However, for a Real Estate Broker in a competitive market in Texas it did not work. I spent over $16,000 for the jumbo cards, everywhere small business, small business summit, six months of consistency to the same mailing list. The shear numbers of nearly 4,000 mailers a month should have yielded something. Their group seemed as dumbfounded as we were. They were supposed to the experts, If you are in real estate and a very competitive market, please do your research and remember the best marketing in real estate is still relationships. I am not saying it doesn't work because obviously it does or they would not be in business. It just did not work for me.
