DO NOT BUY WARRANTY
I have always been against additional warranty the dealers sold. It s great that your financial managers talk you into buying the warranty with broken promises. Anyway, I bought the Honda s tire and wheel warranty with the promise that the service won t take long. I guess what they meant by long is couple days. I made a reservation for 2:15pm and walked out at 4:45 to fix a flat tire. 1 little repair that took over 2 hours. If i took it to mom and pops to repair, would be done in less than 5 mins. Already mad when picking up the car, I asked to speak to the manager. They bring me to one of the service advisor and tells me he is one of the top advisors. Did i ask to speak to an advisor or the manager???? I guess your top advisor can t even read your own invoice because he asks me if I even made a reservation. It states right on the invoice reservation 3x cust made reservation. The reason for taking so long was because Honda is very busy and theres about 15 people ahead of me? Do you guys only have 3 mechanic working? Ohhhh you must need a specialist to fix a flat. Is it ok to make the non paying customers wait extra long since you won t be pocketing more money?
