I want to rescind my previous bad review regarding DCH Honda. I recently got a call from one of the manager Bruce Laga and I want to thank him for his professionalism in helping me resolve my issue. It's managers like him that makes a loyal customer feel they are appreciated and will do anything in their power to make things right. I know with his leadership DCH Honda will have more satisfied customers. I also want to thank Francis Suguitan service center representative for keeping his word when he informed me that he will have this escalated to his managers. Thank you DCH Honda....
