I had been saving for a new car for awhile, and I knew I wanted to get a Honda. While this would have been my second car, it wad the first time I was personally buying one so I really didn't know what to expect or what the process was. I decided to go to DCH since my family services their cars with them. I was not dissappointed. Diego Cozar walked me through the whole process and gave me time to think about my choices and pricing. I was able to get a fantastic rate, and he had amazing patience with my family and me. I did a test drive and mingled with some of the features of the car. I wasn't able to have someone drop me off to pick up the car, but he even offered to pick me up the next morning so I didnt need to hire an uber. Shadi Saadeh explained all the financial aspects and warranty packaging and gathered all my documentations for me. Weatherly Del Rosario explained all of the features in my car and took the time to manage the settings to my preference. I'm a tactile person, so I'm glad she had me go through the features rather than show me for better muscle memory. Overall, I'm pleased with my car, and my family and I were thoroughly impressed with the experience. So much so that my parents are now contemplating buying a new car from DCH as well through Diego.
